I had a slow leak in a tire that has only 16,000 miles. They said they could not fix that because the nail was too big of a diameter My research is that is bull crap Also, when I left, I said I had low tire pressure They said I had to drive it to make the tire pressure go up Which also is bull crap I would not recommend this service For anyone

One of the associates and mechanics in there made things happen. Got my park lights working and knocked out my tire pressure sensor. I was talking to the manager about how people nowadays do not want to do there job. He went over and above even though it was only a phone call for the outcome. I appreciate that way of work.

Decent service, friendly people. The customer service is a bit spotty. My 08 sentra had a special sized tire on it. At first, there was nothing that could be done at this specific store, so I hung up. I called back later to buy a whole set of another sized. I had to talk with a tech at Sam's to figure out what my possibilities are.

This is the last time that my wife and I take our cars here. This morning my wife took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. After one of the staff members call her to suggest additional services, they let her know if would be $600 and they ended up charging her over $700 dollars. She was having issues with her blinker light and once she got home, realized that the head light was not working anymore after the techs worked on the vehicle. The head light had been working without any problems, and when she called to ask what could be the reason and see if they would help her, the person that answered the phone said “it can’t be something that we did” after working on the car the same day. My wife just ended up laughing because oh how ridiculous this was. That is not something you said to a customer after they are trying to get an issue resolved. Sounds like this place is not very good at keeping customers anyways.

Said that too much rust near the heater prevented them from completing an oil change- I’ve changed the oil myself and never knew the two were near each other… never go here

Come here because I have had good experiences with them. Dropped my car off because of UNEXPECTED issues and they had it fixed the next day. I called to let them know I wouldn't be able to pick up until 5 days later because I needed money to pay for the service (almost $1k) and the man on the phone was huffing and puffing making me feel like an inconvenience to them. I was even apologizing for the inconvenience to them and he NEVER said “thats okay” or “thank you” or anything.

Don’t go here for a diagnosis. Told me my cars fine and couldn’t figure out why it was making a grinding noise. Took it to tire plus and they told me my brakes were completely gone and needed replacing. They can’t even tell what bad brakes look like, I wouldn’t go here.

I paid for an Inspection+. I did not get any paperwork back except a receipt of payment. I wanted a checklist showing what was checked and results like air pressures and brake pad readings. Manager said Firestone no llonger provides one but they used to. So now I have nothing to show for my money other than an inspection happened and a verbal "everything looks good."

I took my car to firestone for a jerking motion when accelerating. They told me it was a head gasket and a couple other things that would cost around $1200. I paid them to fix it and they assured me they guaranteed their work for a year. Not even a couple weeks later the issue persisted. I took it back for the SAME issue and they claimed it was a bad turbo booster and would cost $2200. I got a second option considering they obviously did not fix the issue the first time. Turns out it was an engine misfire and costed around $300 to fix. Learned my lesson to not bring my car to Firestone. Would absolutely give 0 stars if possible.

I will never go here again. I had another reputable mechanic look at your quote after I got robbed from you guys. He was a 1000.00 less. Your tire price fine...... whatever. Oh and your the only place in the city who charges 185.00 to plug in a vehicle to check codes. Shame on you. And before the owner gets on here and says something stupid DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE! I've been coming here for years, mostly for oil changes. I required some extra work recently, paid their diagnostic price. They gave the typical laundry list of recommendations. I chose a couple things for them to fix from the list. First thing I noticed when I picked up my car, it was missing the tire air caps. Whatever, no big deal. Kind of sucks because I literally just got new ones because I was missing a couple, pointless on my part because they're missing again after spending the night at firestone. Second thing I noticed was once I got into my car, it smelt of farts, someone hot boxed my car with their rectal fumes, I'm guessing. Hah! Back to the list, two of the recommendations was my MAF sensor and engine filter. They were indeed need of replacement. Together for the two, the quote was 400$. I declined because I'm capable of doing those two things myself. But I'm guessing since I declined, they couldn't bother putting it back together. Once I got home to put in my new oem sensor, I found the filter housing open and one of my clips broken and missing. The air line was sitting in place but not snapped in leaving a massive gap in the line. I'm not sure if that was just laziness or to be inconsiderate for refusal of that service. I wish I would've taken a photo before I gave them my car and I'll be sure to do that in the future. Bummed because it's so hard to find trustworthy mechanics.

Terrible service. I dropped my car off as soon as they opened at 7am. I was called around 12:30pm with recommendations. I discussed and approved certain recommendations to be repaired. Never heard from anyone else after that. I looked on their Google page for hrs of operations. And it said they were open from 7am-7pm. So I called at 5:55pm to check on the status of my vehicle and the guy said that they close at 6pm and that the technician went home for the day. He was just closing up.

Fantastic service, there was a mix up in the tires that I had ordered but the guys in the shop went above and beyond, price matching a set that was far superior to what I had ordered. Quick in and out service and kept me updated along the way as well as notating some other maintenance needs in the process. Couldn’t be happier.

Every person Ive worked with has been exceptionally professional, honest and upfront, fixed my car in a timely manner, and was very communicative for the whole process. I've never felt pressured to purchase more than I actually requested. Really enjoy this location!

An absolute scam. I told them my brakes were making noise and they told me I needed all new rotors and pads. I took it to a local shop and they quickly told me my back rotors and pads were fine but there was actually a more dangerous problem I needed address. These guys clearly were trying to take advantage of me for just saying mentioning something about my brakes. I would NOT take your car here.

We had to call 3 times to get quotes after an 8am appt. They kept the car overnight and still didn't have it done. We walk in and all employees are standing around talking. They charged us $80.00 to look at the car without doing any work to it. Ethan the service manager had the audacity to call us names as we were leaving and said he didn't care he lost a customer. Even though it was their ignorance and lack of customer service that resulted in the issue to begin with.

Great experience on a Sunday. Needed an oil change and the chain oil place across the way was super busy. Decided to stop in and see if they had an opening. Cebastine was working the front and went to ask if they could squeeze me in. They agreed. After starting, the tech working on it had something come up and Cebastine stepped in to finish the job. He did this all while answering phone calls and helping other walk in customers. He was working his tail off. I hope he gets some recognition from management! Great little place.

I was visiting KC from Omaha this past weekend and I had a sudden, unexpected issue with my car on a Sunday morning. After lots of stress, anxiety, and around a dozen unhelpful calls to different auto shops, Dan was not only extremely helpful, but had me come in right away to get my issue checked out. Everyone was quick, kind, and courteous. I am so grateful to this shop for helping me out so many miles from home. Thank you again!

Terrible service. I will likely never revisit Firestone. I see two outcomes from my recent visit. I won't know which till someone else checks out my tires. I went in to patch a tire. I was told the leak was on the side wall and un-patchable. (it happens) I was told I needed to replace the other 3 tires, if something happened it would be "illegal" to even touch them. (I know this is a lie, they later backtracked and said it was company policy) I asked if that was covered under warranty (I bought all 4 tires from Firestone, which were less than 3 years old and 15k miles on a 50k mile tire.) I was told that the warranty was only for defects, and that a tire failing more the 3x faster than normal was "not" a defect! However, the second guy I spoke to when paying for the tire said the opposite as he was explaining the warranty on the new tire. He then backpedaled as fast as he could when I brought up what the previous employee had told me. There is more to the story(worse for Firestone), but it's company policy or employees that are the problem here. It's a big problem!
