Had a pretty hefty bill with repairs on my car, but the customer service was top notch and with the amount of work that was done it was finished up quite quickly. Megan Ray was super friendly and made the process extremely smooth. When it comes to car repair places I tend to prepare myself for a tumultuous experience but that wasn’t the case here, I was very pleased with everything.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received from Megan! I came in for just a flat replacement, however Megan discovered a bubble in another one of my tires, so thankfully we got that fixed too! After a mix up and having to wait many hours for the technicians to get the work done (why I gave four stars) I was given a discount. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to turn a small inconvenience into a positive experience stood out. She ensured I left completely satisfied! Thank you:)

Megan was nice. The tech doing my change stayed past break to finish which was nice. However. It was incredibly expensive and someone tore my seat cover without telling me and I didn’t find out until I got outside.

(I’ve already emailed the socialcare email. I reached out to corporate. I’m sure nothing will be done outside of a measly apology. So I’m simply spreading awareness. Buyer beware — I do not recommend Firestone) I was initially quoted around $1,200 for my car repair. However, when I went to pick up my car, I was told the total was closer to $1,600, and they refused to release my car unless I paid. Naturally, I was upset, but I remained calm and did not yell or act out. Instead, I requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, there was no manager available on-site, so the staff called him at home to address the situation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely dismissive, stating, ‘I don’t have time for this.’ He offered a 15% discount, but when I expressed dissatisfaction with that offer, he condescendingly said, ‘I said 15%, not $15,’ as though I lacked comprehension. Before contacting him, I had asked the staff if the manager was known to handle these kinds of situations well, and they assured me that he did. However, after witnessing his behavior, the staff immediately gave me his business card and encouraged me to contact corporate—they clearly knew he was in the wrong. After contacting the regional manager, I was able to resolve the issue and paid about $1,300, which reflects the 15% discount. Unlike the store manager, the regional manager was professional and understood that how you communicate matters just as much as what you say. After I picked up my car, I noticed a loud sound when accelerating. I called the shop, and they asked me to bring the car in for a test drive to identify the issue. They scheduled me for a 4 PM appointment. I arrived on time, but by 5 PM, I had still not been seen or given any updates about the delay. While waiting, I noticed a child walking around on the work floor where multiple cars were being repaired. This was extremely concerning, as the child was clearly not being properly supervised. This raises serious questions about the professionalism and safety standards of the shop. Who knows what this child might be doing in such an unsafe environment? It’s not unreasonable to wonder if their presence could be linked to the issues with my car, as I feel it was not repaired correctly. Why would I trust an auto repair shop to fix my car properly when they allow children to roam freely in such a critical work area? Overall, this shop is unprofessional, and their management needs significant improvement. Allowing children on the work floor is unacceptable, and customers should never be treated with disrespect after spending their hard-earned money. I will not be returning, and I strongly discourage others from visiting this shop. I plan to leave reviews, including photos, on other platforms to ensure others are aware of the experience I had.

Great techs and great prices. Everyone is knowledgeable and super helpful, explaining what all needs to get fixed. Nick, Matt, and the rest of the crew are all great people. Follow-up review after getting routine maintenance, the team and techs, including the techs who worked on my cars Albert, Will, and Ko did great work and I left satisfied that everything they did was of the highest caliber

Matthew is always willing to help, very communicative. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I stopped by in the middle of a hectic work schedule and Nick quickly offered his magic hands of resolution coupled with great advice and I was back on my way to work in minutes!

Not a reputable business. They don't honor their work. Save your money and your heart ache and patronize another business. They allegedly did front end work. I made it 1.5 miles away and the wheel fell off. The car was towed back to Firestone the same day that it was picked up. Longer story, just don't patronize this establishment

The staff they were very helpful and we're very honest about their opinions of my car. You're probably wondering why I didn't give them 5 Stars. I'ma tell you now, NOBODY gets 5 Stars and I'll tell you why. Once you give a business or a person 5 Stars, there's nowhere to go but down. When you give him 4 Stars, they strive to do better. Beyond that philosophy, ever since covid hit in 2019, EVERYBODY GOT STUPID WITH THEIR PRICES AND I MEAN EVERYBODY. "I can't make ends meet. Pay me more money." Then corporate says: "We're going to give you more money, no problem." So the workers get more money, the prices get jacked up and the economy suffers. Let alone the little guy who really can't pay his bills and has to put his hand out for help. It's a never-ending cycle which we have to break. The only way to break it is to change people's thinking. That's not going to be an easy task. Shop around people... Make the time... FixiousMaximus

This place and the entire staff are hard-working and incredible. When my car died, they were nice enough to let me leave it there for a month until I could get it towed away. They only did a diagnostic and never tried to charge me for anything I didn't need or push it one me. When I came back with my new vehicle for an inspection, I was 5 minutes late. They held the reservation for me and even though one of the workers was going on break, he made sure to get it done first so I can get to work. This place offers great service and will work with you. Thank you so much for everything. My car repairs are all done here now.

I made an appointment for an oil change in advance. I drop my car off at 930am and then went to pick my car up at 6pm. They hadn't touch my car all day. This was disappointing. 👎🏾

LIARS!!! They are not even sure of what they are doing. They said they figured the problem was the coolant and they changed the coolant system and charged over $500. Still the car kept losing coolant, I went back they said I should just observe if the coolant is still leaking. Week later the coolant tank got empty, I went back for the 3rd time. The supervisor said it was a problem with the part they changed it due to manufacturer issue. And he SAID he ordered and I should come back on Monday to get that fix. on MONDAY, they said they don’t know what is causing the coolant leak. SO NOW, WHAT ABOUT THE part you said you ordered, WHAT about the free money you got from doing NOTHING?? IF YOU CANNOT FIX IT, REFUND..

Do NOT go here. Took my boyfriend’s car in for an alignment and it came out with severe damage to the driver side door. There is a huge dent and it doesn’t close all the way anymore. On top of that, they’re claiming they didn’t do it. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Made an appointment for 10AM this morning for an oil change/ tire rotation after waiting an hour and 30 minutes. They added on a ton of labor, unneeded diagnostics and tried to swindle me into more costs. The total came out to $270 for an oil change/tire rotation. Rip off of time and money

I would never stop here again. I came because I couldn’t get a lug nut off my car one lug nut and the guy was so rude and said he was going to charge me $150 per lug nut which is absolutely absurd and the level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity I will never come here again. You guys keep your local mechanics and tire shops in business because these big companies don’t care to vet their employees

My partner and I have visited Firestone on two separate occasions and had a great experience both times. The customer service was excellent, and our car came back in better condition. Their work is high quality, and we've had no issues since. The representatives are knowledgeable and provide thorough feedback, answering all of our questions without making us feel embarrassed. The only downside is the long wait to get your vehicle back, but overall, the team is welcoming and takes the time to explain everything clearly. They don’t pressure you into buying anything unnecessary. If you're a new car owner or hesitant about going to a mechanic, I highly recommend giving Firestone a try.

Officially a believer Firestone Hire salesmen with some mechanical inclination rather then just hiring mechanics. Stop suggesting repairs that are over priced and unnecessary. Cars naturally have wear and tear…#JOBSECURITY comes with the territory on things that brake with use.

They are very irresponsible to your car. They charged for the inspection and quoted more than other repair shops. My car broke down because the battery fault light kept coming on. They checked my car and said it was a battery problem. I suspected it was the alternator problem. I double-confirmed with them that it was not the alternator problem, and I drove away. But less than two miles, the fault light came on again. They checked it again for me. They said it was the alternator problem and quoted me $850. But they didn't thank me or apologize for not checking the fault the first time. They thought it was not his problem and their attitude was very bad. He attitude like said your car can't support you to run far, so you can only repair it here, you can choose to repair it or not. He said I could feel free to file a complaint against him to his manager. Their attitude and repair technology will make me not choose this place again.

They’re really good at charging you A lot of money for a crappy job… And then to top it all off, they left my car parked on a busy street. Save yourself the stress of dealing with this place and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Aside from the fact that they will severely overcharge you and try to sign you up for a bunch of unnecessary work, YOUR CAR WILL BE BROKEN INTO if left overnight. There’s zero actual security for how frequently this happens (to my car a few months ago and just now to my friends car), and Firestone takes zero accountability. Please take your car to literally anywhere else. Value Auto Whatever It’s Called on Gillham is nice and affordable.

I hit a big curb and destroyed my front passenger side tire. Megan answer the phone and was able to get my car in to be looked at in a pinch. I got a new tire and a re-alignment. Also a safety inspection performed. Thanks for saving the day for me!!! 🙂

The Firestone Auto Care at 3691 S Noland Rd gave me outstanding customer service !! Tryston H. at the front desk was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone as soon as you walk in the door !! I called the fire stone complete Auto care on Truman Road in Kansas City, Missouri, and spoke to Meg. She was very courteous and kind with helping/listening to my problem and coming to a solution. She also looked up my rental vehicle in her system and found that it had a service contract with them and got me in & out for an oil change and tire rotation same day with no wait! The service technician was prairie professional, taking care of said oil, change and tire rotation, working efficiently and quickly providing great customer service 10 out of 10 recommend👌🏾🤌🏾.

My tire repair was under $25.00. The mechanic pointed out some minor issues with my car not related to the tire repair. I was aware of those issues. But, I appreciated the attention to detail. The clerk that checked me in and took my key was the same clerk that checked me out. She was delightful. Also, I brought my car in without an appointment. Arriving at about 1pm. I expected to leave it overnight. However, they completed the repair that same day.

When I first pulled into the Firestone I got mean mugged by an employee for no apparent reason I come into the shop and am immediately told to move my car rudely first 30 seconds in a place should not have that much of a bad experience I do not recommend this Firestone to anyone
