Called the day prior to hear closing times and rules for inspections and ID/OD (no appointment needed for ID/OD). Checked online for the time they close-Google says 7pm (which is apparently listed incorrectly). I arrived at 6p thinking I came a hour before closing. As I was parking the only person there turned off the “open” sign. I tried the door anyway- of course it’s locked. The guy comes out and asks what I needed. I told him I just simply needed an ID/OD. He tells me that they aren’t doing any until NEXT MONTH. Because the ONLY tech they have that can do them is on vacation in Vegas and then points to their sign and says they closed at 6pm. I suggest getting that changed on google because it says otherwise. He tells me “okay well I’m not Google.” I never even had the opportunity to get a service provided by Firestone and due to the rudeness and attitude of their employee, I don’t want to. They should work on their customer service, updating the recording when you call, and correcting the time listed. Complete waste of time and gas just for someone to be straight up rude for no reason.

Had my car for 8 plus hours for a safety inspection When was told would be around 2 hours. I feel I was lied to. I had an appointment which I made a week ago. When they finally said he started looking at it it then only took 15 min. Do not go your time means nothing to them. Bad customer service

My Nissan Altima was having trouble starting and staying running. I took it to Jay and he looked it over. It came up clean on the scanner and I was grateful. However, the next day it died on me at Chipotle. The next day I talked to Jay at the store and he personally drove to Chipotle parking lot and checked it on the scanner again. I then drove it back to the store, and he stayed 2 hours passed his time to go home on a Saturday to make sure my car was good to go. He took care of me when he could have easily taken the path of least resistance. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years to this store. I will keep going back.

Overall bad attitude from staff up front. Can't comment on service because I didn't make it that far. They are so overpriced as well. Don't go here. You'd be better off with another location for Firestone. Just, not here. Wow. They absolutely look like they want to fight you when you are talking to them. Eesh.

I purchased 5 tires from Firestone a few years ago, one for a full spare. The next time that I had the tires rotated, my full spare suddenly turned into a cheap spare. One of the other customers had the same type of tires, and they give them MY spare. When I called their attention to it, the service manager who sold me the tires in the first place lied, claiming that I had not purchased 5 identical tires. It's one thing to be mistaken, but they covered up their mistake, lied, and stole a tire from me. I went to another Firestone and they were able to pull up the records to see that, yes, I had purchased a full set with spare less than a year earlier. These folks stole a tire from me. They're crooks. Go to any other Firestone. You won't be treated this way. There are liars and thieves at this location, and they won't take responsibility. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

On short notice, I was able to find a new battery for my 2012 Infinity EX35, and schedule a convenient appointment to have the new battery installed. Other places I'd checked either had battery inventory problems or challenges in making an appointment promptly.I was helped by Colby, who was professional in appearance, communications and conduct. He seemed well trained, well informed, and very well aware of his service responsibility.

We had some unexpected car trouble that made for big inconvenience. Jay and Colby walked us through each step and were warm and welcoming. Made us feel like family even when we were calling a lot for updates.

If you if you value your car and your safety I would implore you to STAY AS FAR AWAY from this location as possible. I have given this location multiple opportunities over the years to fix a vehicle and every single time, a failure occurs, or a creation of another problem occurs. The situation deems this location to be closed, cleared out, and reorganized as management (DOUG) could care less about his customers and repairs are often NOT done even though you are charged. Chances are you will be given your vehicle back with greater problems after being serviced here.

If you value your car and your safety do not allow this location to work on your vehicle. Management is disrespectful, condescending, and blatantly rude. This has occurred on more than one occasion and Doug the manager is always at the root of it. Brought my vehicle in for simplistic maintenance and they returned it to me with more problems and ones that offered even greater safety concerns. I have given them every opportunity to redeem themselves over the years and they have failed on every chance. They have charged me for services they did not complete, damaged my vehicle on several occasions, and now returned my car with problems that were not present when I dropped them off. So again, if you value your safety, your vehicle, and your wallet take it to one of the other wonderful service shops around here that will give you significantly better service.

This is the second time I have had a tire "emergency" (in two different cities) and both times the Firestone store was helpful and resolved the issue. At this location, the rep (Colby) was friendly, kept me updated and identified a couple of unrelated items to be aware of (future repair issues). I did not feel, at all, that he was trying to upsell any other service, but that he was informing me that these issues ought to be addressed at some point.

After having a bad experience at a different Firestone that didn't properly diagnose my brake problem. This one did the trick. I appreciated the comprehensive inspection that was included that even broke down the items that were most important and the ones that needed done, but were not top priority. They understood that my vehicle is nearing the end of its life and didn't pressure me to get work done that wouldn't prolong it's life. I appreciate their prompt attention to my vehicle and didn't keep if for days on end. This is the place to go.

Overall these guys are great. I restore classic cars, the mechanics will cherry pick, what they can work on. I get disappointed that they refuse service for many of older car my problems, but I understand why after I have to fix in myself and everything falls apart. They know their limitations. Their customers suck, I really saw them get beat up the last couple days with rude or helpless customers. Thank you guys for everything, you have done a great job for me.

They made schedule, dropoff and pickup process easy. They were also upfront and accurate on all the costs. They also went above and beyond being able to get in a safety check so I wouldn't need to wait another 10 days for that.

Worst Firestone location, NOT women friendly. Didn’t ask me which level oil change I wanted and automatically gave me the most expensive one. Also was rude and condescending over the phone. Will not be returning.

I have been coming here for over 20 years, management changes but the service doesn't. Doug and Devin and techs took care of my vibration issue on my Toyota 4Runner with large 33" tires. Now riding very smooth on the freeway after rebalancing.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning due to a nail. I chose this location as it was close to my work and opened at 7am. I do not have a flexible work schedule and needed a quick fix. I was able to get my tire patched for a low cost and within 45 minutes. Doug at the front was excellent.

So I stopped by without an appointment to see if they could check on a check engine light to see if it was something that would need to be left for a long time or something that could wait. I asked if they could just check the check engine light and he said I would have to leave it for diagnostic. I didn’t care about the amount of money they were going to charge, but it seemed crazy to leave it all day just to check out what the lcheck engine light says. Apparently, I wasn’t allowed to question that issue and he proceeded tell me he was not interested in doing the work. That’s fine I guess the thousands of dollars that I have spent without questioning fire stone at this location is irrelevant and I won’t be doing business again.

The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful and fair. I have never been disappointed. I have been there for several issues with my different issues and they are always great.
