The folks are Firestone are always so kind and accommodating. They’ve squeezed me in for urgent repairs and honored my appoints even when I’m late. I always know I can rely on them with my car care needs!

The gentlemen who serviced my pickup truck were knowledgeable and courteous throughout the experience. They not only maintain the pickup but also my two elderly cars in top-notch condition. They are always willing to remind me of special offers and to make it clear that I may not need some services that I ask about. Its like having a good brother in the business.

AVOID! I purchased a car through Carvana and this location was listed as a warranty inspection site. I went twice and have still not had my vehicle serviced. The first time, I waited about 2 hours and nothing was done on my vehicle. The gentlemen at the front said my remote start was due to a battery issue (it wasn't) and that my parking assist had to do with choosing the camera view (it didn't) and then proceeded to tell me that Tyler (the manager) was the only one who could diagnose the issues and he wasn't there that day. So, I returned on a day that I was told Tyler would be there. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:32am and proceeded to wait in the waiting area while my husband's vehicle had an alignment done. They got my husband's vehicle in and done within about 90 minutes. However, when noon rolled around and my car had still not been seen, we decided to take our toddler and baby home and return before closing to retrieve the vehicle. At 4pm, I called and asked for an update on my car. They told me "they just pulled it in so it's being looked at now". I confirmed that they closed at 7pm and planned on being there close to closing. At 6:15pm, I had not received a call and decided to just go to the location. When I got there, I was told that AGAIN my vehicle had not been seen and that Tyler left at 5pm and no one else could take care of my car. So from the time I called at 4pm until 6:15pm, my car sat there with no phone call, no update, nothing. I stated that I was getting frustrated as I have two small children and this was the second time I had come to have the vehicle inspected. I was told that they had 3-4 day delays on getting cars inspected. Not one time was that communicated to me in the two times I brought in my vehicle. No one bothered to mention this supposed backup. When I got into my car, they left the work slip in my passenger seat. Sure enough, at the top, it says my car was In: 9:32am and Due: Same Day at 5:00pm. So clearly the 3-4 day backup remark was a lie. Because they had every intention of having the vehicle looked at same day. And after being there for 9 hours I received ZERO communication about my car or the time frame. My guess is that because my car was under warranty through Silverrock, they didn't care to get my vehicle taken care of. I wasn't paying anything out of pocket that day. I'll be contacting Firestone's corporate office, Silverrock and Carvana for this ridiculous run around. Don't contract your services with Silverrock if you don't like the business relationship.

My 19 year old daughter got a flat tire after dark and our roadside assistance had the option to tow it to Firestone. It was close to us and we went with them. They called at 10 to say the tire was blown out and recommended 4 new tires. We agreed. All fine. Part of the package is alignment but they don’t have the equipment for Mercedes. Was told after the work was completed. Went to pick up the vehicle the next morning and our service advisor said to us “So next time, we will pay attention to our tires, right?” His tone was so condescending I was speechless. She had a blow out and needed tires. That’s why we are here. I hate to write a negative review but being admonished for needing new tires was not what I was expecting from a place that sells tires.

My truck was never fixed completely. I was charged full price, then told my vehicle need to be towed. I have reached out to corporate several times with no resolution. The store manager would not resolve the issue either. I would never take a vehicle back, very unknowledgeable technicians who do not know what they are doing and trick people into thinking they do to make money. Never again, and will be posting reviews wherever I can so people know not to take their vehicle here either.

Appointments not necessary here, folks. Dropped my car off for a 10am appt. for an alignment and called to check on it at 1:15pm because this place apparently doesn’t call to update on status of vehicle when they are running behind. As if 1:15pm my car was still not in a bay and they had no timeframe for when it would be because according to the manager, they prioritize people who are waiting onsite over those that drop off vehicles. I ultimately ended up going to pick my car up without letting them perform the alignment due to lack of communication and the place seems poorly ran. If you are “understaffed”, let your customers know they may be waiting hours for their vehicle. Plenty of places like this around town, don’t waste your time on this one.

Came in with a blown out tire and recieved amazing service. Had to wait for new tires to be brought in from somewhere else but it was worth the wait. Not only that but they changed our oil filter, which was apparently leaking profusely and we haven't seen a drop since... no one else in our area wanted to mess with an oil leak. Would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone in a heartbeat.

Staff was nice but service was pretty bad. Made a 1pm appt to get brakes looked at. $600+ and 4 hours later we were done.

The service that was supposed to be done on my car wasn't, The same problem excist, The guy.liked to me,no new part was added to my car, no email for reference to the job or receipt, 650$ down the drain, they.only aired my tires. It's a shame how these companies will lie and take money from customers

Waiting 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Nobody has time to wait that long on something that should take 30 minutes. Awful service. Awful prices.

I got 4 new tires and a forever alignment less than a year ago. I came in today to get an oil change and alignment. My appointment was 10am i arrived at 938a. I see a few people come and go while i wait. Upon investigation they discover I have a nail in my tire. I agree to the repair. About 20 mins later im pulled to the garage. Im shown the tire which is ripped and dry rotted. They ask if i have had a flat tire. I advise i have not. They told me i need a new tire. I advised that was fine if it was covered under the warranty. I wait about 20 more minutes to be advised that they can cover 60 percent of the tires and i would have to pay for labor and 40 percent of the tire. I disagree but said ok due to needing a tire to leave.Then I'm not advised of anything for over hour. When I go to talk to the employee I'm advised that they don't actually have the tire I need and they are waiting for the manager to go to another location to get the tire. I'm displeased as I was not advised. I sit back down and around 25 minutes later I see the manager come back with the tire. I have been here for over 3 hours at this time. I wait patiently. At 1241pm i see an employee drive my car out of the garage with its new tire installed. Then pulls it into another spot. I would assume for the alignment. But i do not know that as noone has updated me. At 1pm I'm advised my tire is ready and have to pay 288 dollars for the tire and oil change. My oil change alone is normally 80 dollars.

If i could do less than one star, i would. I set an appointment for 8am June 19th for an AC leak. After waiting for 3 hours because the wrong part was delivered 3 times, I was told it wouldn't be there until 2pm. Around this time, i was quoted ~$900 ans i consented. I never received the quote in writing, but I should have asked. i called around 430pm and was told the wrong part was delivered again but should be in. Within minutes, I received a call saying it wouldn't be until the next day, so then I had to arrange transport to work. I got a call the next day saying that a hose broke but I "wouldn't be charged labor". I shouldn't have been charged for that at all. I come in the next day to pick my car up and the rep told me the total was over $1900?! When I was quoted, there was no way it was over 1000 as no "thousand" or "teen" was spoken. I was there for a leak that I COULD HAVE POINTED OUT IF THEY LET ME, but instead they changed out the condenser. Horrible place. I will never spend a single penny at any of these stores again. I highly suggest finding a different place to get your car worked on.

The manager Joe, went above and beyond to help get me in to have my car worked on. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this store and especially with the manager. I normally go to the Fountain City store even though I bypass this store because I live in Halls, but when I called to get an appointment the guy that answered, I think his name was Wesley maybe, he was so rude that I will not return to that store. Which is sad because he’s not only losing my business but my Mom’s business and anyone else who asks me where I get repairs on my car. We will only go to the Firestone in Halls because of how great I was treated by Joe and anyone else I came in contact with. I never complete surveys. In this case I had too, because upper management needs to know what a great team and manager they have.

We had a tire blowout while traveling on I75, which was a horrifying experience. Had to put the spare "donut" on the car while semis were speeding past us. Located this Firestone tire store on the internet and spoke to Harley. He was amazing. I was so stressed out, pretty much crazy with anxiety. Harley took multiple calls from me, told us he had the tire we needed, gave me directions, and assured us he would take care of us. After multiple traffic delays, we finally got there. We opted to replace all 4 tires, and get an alignment as well. Very expensive, but felt this was the best decision. Harley was true to his word and had us back on the road headed to SC in 1.5 hours. This guy deserves a raise! You don't find this kind of customer service anywhere, especially in this crazy world we are in! Thank you Harley!!!

My tire was loosing air quickly so I pulled into Firestone. A guy came out to look at it in the parking lot and said, “Yup, I see the nail…..but we can’t get to it until Thursday” (it was Monday morning.) Thankfully, he at least put air in it to allow me to get down the street to a place that was able to fix it right away. Don’t bother stopping here unless you are okay with continuing to drive with a nail in your tire for four days. So disappointed in their “customer service.”

Save yourself from hearing a sales pitch and go down the road to somewhere else. They told me they already knew for a fact the inside tire sidewall was ruined before they examined the inside of the tire. The tire hadn’t been driven on while it was flat, and I knew better. Went down the street and got a patch for 30 bucks!

Almost got my wife and daughter killed. Went for an alignment and inspection. They let her drive away with bad ball joints, ended up in on coming traffic. Hope they honestly go out of business before some family isn't as lucky as mine. If you value your families safety go somewhere else!
