Came in and said I might need a tune up because of jerking. Test drove my car and ran the codes and told me I didn’t need one. Gave me an oil change instead. It was quick and cheap……I actually did need one. Checked the spark plugs myself and they were all bad. Changed them myself now no issues

The employees here are friendly & attentive, & let me know how long I can expect to wait, & they give me an accurate estimate of cost. If my problem is outside of their service offerings they have good recommendations for more specialized mechanics, when needed.

I won’t take my car anywhere else! I have had a great experience for all of my visits. My car often picks up nails which they always fix timely, fill my tires with air, and they replaced all of my tires for me. I’ve never had any problems and the staff is always so friendly they even know my name. Thank you to Cody, Daniel, Ian, and the other staff for always making sure I’m taken care of!

Codi Aragno and Austin (missed his last name) were absolutely fantastic! We were visiting family in Tennessee (we are from Virginia) and ran into an unexpected tire issue. They got us in, fixed up and back on the road quickly. Codi was great in talking us through our options and Austin was very personable and we are confident in the work he provided. If we are ever in Tennessee and find ourselves with auto needs again, we are coming straight to this Firestone! Until then, we will recommend to friends and family!

We were traveling from Tennessee to Washington DC. The brakes did not feel right. We found this Firestone on a google search. The store had been open for about an hour. We explained we still had over 6 hour drive. We only needed front brakes and were back on the road in less than 3 hours. Thank you very much!

In a world where customer service is dying Codi truly was outstanding. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and all around incredibly helpful. I plan on bringing my vehicle to this location entirely because of the way he ran this establishment. After a 2am tow, and a rough night having my truck break down on I-40, Cody Aragno was the first person I talked to in the morning. Codi was kind and caring when I walked in, let me know they don't do trans work but did a quick diagnostic for free and helped me figure out where and how to get the truck to AAMCO. Great guy and customer service the whole time!

My wife had a slow leak that we discovered on Sunday, so I called this location and the Manager said to just bring it by and he'd have it done by the time they closed. It was just him and one mechanic with quite a few vehicles to work on, but they squeezed my wife's vehicle in and got it taken care of. If you're in need of polite, helpful, professional staff who do great work, go check this location out. You won't be disappointed!

I had an emergency early on Saturday morning. Delayed flight turned into a 7 hours drive. Realized I had a nail in my tire before I left. Called and got a plug put in and was out the door in less than an hour after opening. Codi was the man and was prompt on getting it done. Made the event I was going to safely and on time. We were traveling on vacation and had tire punctured by by 3/8" bolt. I called and spoke with Codi Aragno, he fit us right in and installed new tire. We were back on the road in less than hour from the time I called. Thanks again Codi.

I have used this location for several years now for all my vehicles. They are always there to greet and meet your needs. This location works best for me as it is close and whether they can get to or having to drop it off is a breeze. The employees are kind and I feel they are honest. It makes a difference when they know your vehicles and the history of them. Thanks for all you do. A very satisfied customer.

The employees at this location went above and beyond. We had a flat tire and they did not have it in stock. They found a different location that had the tire in stock. We called the new location and they said they couldn’t fix til Monday. The flat happened on Saturday at 4pm. We were traveling on vacation and needed it done that day. So the original location picked up the tire from the (bad Firestone) and fixed it for us. Thanks
