It Is extremely rare? I take the time to leave a bad review. I have had so many good experiences at Firestone. I called in to get a quote for some things. The worker who answered the phone was fairly cold but not necessarily rude the whole call. Got the general air that I was getting on his nerve and wasting his time. I continued to be polite. When he Gave me a quote, I very politely responded. Okay, I don't have that right now. Thank you for your time. He literally ignored me and just hung up. I. 'Ve never been physically to this Firestone. But I've been to about 5 others in Knoxville. And I promise you. I will never be going to this one. Unnecessary. All you had to do was say no problem. Or you're welcome or hope you have a good day. Don't put somebody on the phone who is an asshole.

Overall great place to get your oil changed, or new tires or a quick plug, even if you need a bigger maintenance item done on your vehicle. I would 10 times out of 10 recommend my friends and family to go here. My only pet peeve (which I understand is completely insignificant to most) is that every time I ask for a printed copy of my receipt once when I get there and and hand them the keys. And again when everything is done and I am paying. The first time they say it won’t be a problem. Alright cool. The second time it’s, oh you're receipt was sent to the email address on file. So already knowing that's not case, I go home check my email no receipt, check spam no receipt, check backup email accounts no receipt, refresh like a madman.. No receipt. So I end up having to call 2 or 3 different times the day after to get someone to actually send me an email so I can then print it off myself. All just so I can have a record of my cars maintenance history for resell. I apologize for the long winded rant there and thank you sticking with me. But yeah, other than that 10/10 phenomenal top notch service and pricing!!!

I had a very pleasant experience with the crew at this Firestone. Mike, Jerry, and the young one who plays Valorant were respective, transparent, and communicative about my car. Went for an oil change, had a problem, and they listened to my concerns and request. Highly recommend. Thanks, Mike! 😁 You da best~

This week we took my car to Firestone and my husband’s car to a Honda dealership for repairs. Firestone was much more communicative and efficient. I wish that Firestone did the repair we needed on the Honda because you all are by far my preference. Keep up the good work!

I had a fantastic experience with Wesley and Brenden when they fixed my flat tire. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’d like to add I arrived right around closing time and they didn’t hesitate for a second to get started on my vehicle. This Firestone was 1. Open on Sunday and 2. Got us in and solved our tire issue while we were on the road from Louisville to Greenville within 30 minutes. Great service!

I came with rattling in my steering wheel and didn’t know what the issue was. They serviced me in a timely manner and ordered me new tires at an extremely affordable price. Jerry was very professional and had a great attitude, while the tech team was also very knowledgeable. They put my tires on a day earlier than expected and had great prices. Would recommend to anyone!

I seem to always get a fair deal and the work is always Top-Notch. If other places will match Firestone then, they're already trying to OVER CHARGE you.!!! Always a warm greeting, drop off the car and wah-la, I'm getting a call that it's ready.!!!

I used to come to this Firestone all the time when John ran it back in the day. They always treated me with respect and I trusted them to be honest in what they were selling my wife if she stopped in there by herself. As many people know, car repair shops are notorious for upselling to women because they assume they don't know a whole lot about cars. Today, when they told my wife that her Mitsubishi Outlander needed two new tires in the front, she said to go ahead, assuming that they would use their expertise to replace the tires with tires of equitable value. In fact they explicitly said it would be "similar to what she was replacing" Instead they chose two very expensive tires for her, and when she came to the cash register to pay her total for 2 new tires with all of the necessary charges with it was over 800 dollars. I've gotten a few quotes recently for my truck from them and ended up going elsewhere. For example for 4 TPMS sensors to be replaced: Firestoned quoted a little over 500 dollars I ended up getting it done at Discount Tire for a little over 300 dollars At some point in the last 5 years Firestone went from being competitively priced to being the highest price option you can find on the market. They went from honest folks who truly wanted to help their customers, to franchise employees trying to scrape every extra dollar together that they can. Do yourself a favor and go to Tire Rack and order some tires and have Walmart put them on for you. Or just go to Discount Tires, they'll treat you better at least it seems. You'll save a few hundred bucks and get the same quality tire, if not higher. As for myself, I have spent thousands (not a joke) at various Firestones since I was in my 20's, in the Army, and the Firestone on Schofield Barracks was the closest and cheapest option. Today will be the last time I go to a Firestone.

I have followed one employee to this location. I felt that he did a great job in taking care of me at his other location. I feel my car is not having extra things done to run up cost. I feel they are straight with me on all things. This is my fourth car they have taken care of.

If it was possible to leave less than one star I would do so. There's a better place to get an oil change right across the street with guys who know what they're doing and really try to help you out with great discounts. Safe to say I won't be coming back

The service workand tires were great, however I was sold a Hazard Warranty in my opinion underhanded. It was added to the invoice upon which I never saw until my receipt was emailed to me. The clerk should have presented it as an option since I found out that's what it is. And to top it all. I was not given any warranty paperwork. I had to reach out to Bridgestone to find out what the charge even was and then ask for the paperwork associated with it. Fool me once,,,it won't happen next time because I'll be ready. I like the tires and the company. The underhanded dealings, not so much.
