Matthew was amazing, he was patient, understanding, and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Never once did he make me feel like I was dumb for not knowing something. Overall I had an exceptional experience and will be back for my vehicle’s future needs.

Do not take your vehicle here! Despite the friendly service the tech lifted my vehicle on the running boards denting and damaging them. They also scratched my wheel badly. Also scratched the center cap. Unfortunately I was on a long road trip and do not live in the area. DO NOT GO HERE. Over $1000 in damages

Wed Oct 23, whatever guy works the morning shift, clearly hates his job. I had been sitting here since 5 am just needing a coolant top off (I came from another Firestone in Kentucky, showed him my invoice) & this guy tried to tell me they didn’t have time and laughed and said “she thinks she needs coolant”, then told me to go to a parts store because they don’t have time to fit my schedule . He didn’t even say hello when everyone came in this morning either. Luckily another mechanic stepped in & said he’d do it. Took him 10 seconds.

Went for an alighment got my car and was the same as when i left it. Try to go back to get a solution all i got was argument and well that is what the computer says its fixes!! Dont waste your time or money. Even asking for a manager saying is the manager! Even worse the guy said will give me a refund and 5 min later said no we wont give you nothing! Never been to a place so sad i service and does not know costumer service quality!! Ill give i a 0 is overall for costumer satisfaction!!

My jeep started to give me issues passing through town having 600 miles to go at 830am on a Sunday. The only place open was this Firestone, Matt was very attentive and put my jeep inside and took care of the problem ASAP and I was able to continue on my way. I highly recommend them. Nothing but good things to say about this place. The gentleman up front that took care of me when I walked in was very helpful. I’ve purchased a set of tires here about 2 years ago for my truck and included the hazard insurance. That was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve had 2 nails in my tire the last year or so and they’ve fixed it for free. In and out within an hour. I will continue doing business with them for all my future needs.

Worst experience ever. Came because something was wrong with the truck needed an inspection to figure out what was wrong, they blamed it on after market tires and couldn't find anything. Next day took it somewhere else to find out the cylinders are misfiring. Technician told me we aren't technicians he is. After not knowing I used to be a mechanic.

I really appreciated how up-front Matt was about everything when it came to my appointment. I dropped my car off to have my suspension fixed and to do an alignment/ tire rotation. They found that I was in need of two new tires (one had a screw in it, and the other had serious wear), and were very understanding of my reluctance to immediately purchase. He urged me to download the Firestone app and to come back when a sale comes around to get all four of my tires. I've been shopping tires since, and I have decided that barring some crazy deal at Sam's Club, I';ll return to that Firestone in a week or so to have them replaced. Even if I purchase the tires elsewhere, I have every intention to do my regular alignment and future oil changes because of the excellent service I received. I even made sure to put a copy of the sale bulletin on my apartment complex's board

They took care of our oil change but making an appt felt super unnecessary since we still waited over an hour at least to get the truck in. Apparently we had to wait for the one lift they had for bigger trucks but the appt wasn’t made properly. Once the truck was in though, it went quickly.

Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to pay for repairs that aren't necessary and your car still won't be fixed took my car for repairs it wouldn't start so I had to have it towed. They "FIXED IT" and I was charged $1400. It ran for two weeks and then did the same exact thing so I had it towed in again sat in their waiting room from 7:30 to 1 only to be handed my keys and told nothing was wrong with it started right up. Drove it home. At 4:30 Got in to go to church and it didn't start AGAIN!! Called them and told them I wasn't going to pay to have it towed THEY were and their going to fix it was called the next morning and told that it was a security issue and they couldn't fix it Chevrolet had to. Had it towed to Chevrolet and they put a new cam shaft sensor on it charged me$500 and my car has run fine every Chevrolet also told me that most of the repairs that Firestone did were unnecessary and that if it was a security issue the car wouldn't even turn over. I was a loyal Firestone customer for years but will NEVER take my vehicle to them again and suggest you don't either!

They went above and beyond to get us back on the road after another place not firestone was lazy and didn't tighten the bolts on my breaks on my expedition. They made sure that they were tightened again on them and safe to drive.

I hit a pothole and needed an alignment. We have several Firestone locations in Knoxville but I was able to get in the next day even though they were all busy. They gave me a near perfect alignment and I was in and out in half the time I expected.

This place is AWESOME. Anthony is a great manager and inspected our car and gave us the most reasonable price estimate we found! They will continue to get all of our business. That was my first review a few months ago….I have changed my mind….they are SUPER AWESOME…..I brought my other car in got 4 more tires, great help from Anthony and the crew, best price in town, and some great tires. Now how’s that!! Somebody happy with getting tires, you could be too!

I want to tip my hat specifically to sales tech Matthew Paylo. I've been in there a couple times with problems concerning my old car's tire alignment. He gave me a detailed layout of the tradeoffs regarding short term/long term maintenance. Don't want to be long winded just wanted to say to the manager / franchise owner that you guys have a good one representing you. Would I recommend coming to Firestone and interacting w/ Matthew? The answer is simply yes. H e represents you guys well. Keep up the good work :)

I was very impressed with the professional service I received recently at the Walker Springs location on Kingston Pike . My service advisor ( Anthony) did an excellent job slotting me into an appointment the same day , diagnosing the issue I faced with a recently purchased tire and replacing it immediately . Also I find the lifetime alignment check and free tire rotation service very cost effective to any customer and have recommended it to my friends

Terrible terrible customer service. Do not ever use this location for anything. Pay the extra money and go to a dealership. The front counter employee named Matthew is rude and will treat you like you are not important at all!!
