I was in need of 2 tires and was calling around to get prices. The gentleman on the phone was polite and courteous to me at all times. He gave me a price that was competitive to local establishments with the same tire brand. They also did multiple inspections and made me aware of anything that was questionable and in need of replacing or fixing. Which I appreciated and Thanked them for. They also made me aware of 2 deals that were available to me as well. Which I did take advantage of. Both of the gentlemen that were at the front desk were very helpful and informative to me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of tires or repairs.

I went in and explained that I had double booked and asked if they could at least take care of my headlights in the short time we had and that I would come back another time for the rest. They told me they would do their best and they GOT EVERYTHING DONE THAT I NEEDED!!! They made my day and week so much easier and I am truly grateful.

I purchased the lifetime alignment so that I could get one whenever my vehicle needed. However it seems like it's not worth it. This morning I was told by the man in the blue shirt that there was no way to get me in today and he would schedule me an appointment for later. I asked when but he repeated himself and didn't have a date. I asked why and he told me it was because they were busy. As I left I noticed atleast 5-7 people there just standing around. 3 cars in bays and the alignment rack not in use. If they were so busy, where was the movement? No hustle. Very disappointing. The time was 10am on a Thursday.

I've been to this Firestone on and off for nearly 15 years. I've never felt they were dishonest, tried to upsell me, or took advantage of me. They have always met the timeline they've quoted me and have always been very friendly in the showroom.

I've used Firestone many times over the years. Tuesday, August 6, 2024: I brought my Chevy Sonic in to have the tires rotated and the oil changed, instructing them to check the right rear tire that showed 24 psi on my instrument panel. Just before the requested work was completed, I was asked if they could perform a full brake job and install a new set of tires (Beaty Chevrolet, who I bought the current set from, had told me they had about 10,000 miles left on them) for which I'm sure the total charges would have been well over $1,000. I said no, not at this time. They returned my car to me and, less than a mile down the road, I realized the tire was still underinflated and turned around. Sunday, August 11, 2024: The check engine light lit up on my way to church so I had it code read at a local auto parts store on my way home. It showed P0171. Just before I got home a huge plume of smoke belched out from under the car. I got it the last half mile home and let it sit for a few days before deciding to inspect the engine. Well, lo and behold, the oil cap was missing (with oil sprayed all over my engine)! The washer fluid cap was also off, as well as the battery terminal cap. I wondered what else was done wrong. Tuesday, August 27, 2024: After making them a visit after calling them and being promised a replacement oil cap (which, when picked up, was the wrong oil cap), ordering the correct oil cap myself from an auto parts store, going there myself to pick it up (on promise of reimbursement), stopping by for reimbursement and being told the manager wasn't available, today I finally got someone who could issue my reimbursement for a part that they lost. No goodwill (like a free oil change maybe, even though I'd never use it). Nope, just a "sorry." Indeed!

Thank you John at Bearden Firestone location.From the appointment I made on the phone and entering the store.John was very courteous and willing to listen to my concerns about my wife’s tires.Great experience with my purchase and the in and out was very quick.My wife drives interstate traffic to work and back daily so performance and wet traction is a must. The Bridgestone Alenza as ultra has been a top choice that John suggested on our first set . I believe in staying with a good product thanks again for keeping my wife safe driving on her new Bridgestone tires.

Made an online appointment and was not given a quote until the service had been completed. When I was shocked at the total, I was told that I received that quote months ago at my last appointment and should have been aware of it. Had I known the total, I would’ve shopped around for the services. Very disappointed

My Wife and I needed to replace 2 tires on our RV. I took just the tires to Firestone and John was amazing. Took great care of us, got me right in and out in about an hour. This is one of the reasons we go to firestone now for our tire needs.

I had my car towed in because it wouldn’t start. Somewhere in between the towing company (Cedar Bluff Towing) taking my car to overnight in their lot (then proceeding to lose my car for HOURS) and Ted Russell Nissan (who couldn’t find my car for two hours after it was dropped off), my battery was completely wiped out. I wanted a recall on my car fixed to see if that was the problem. Ted Russell Nissan quoted me $1256 for a starter and $120 for an inspection (with no mention of my car battery). The dealership would not listen to my concerns about my vehicle at all, and would not charge my battery even, stating they could not get my vehicle into the service bay to charge it…. Yet how would they get my car in there to replace the starter??? Having more than enough after SIX days of back and forth + multiple Ubers, I had my car towed with Volunteer towing ($75= 0.3 miles) to Firestone and thank god I did! Anthony and team took the time to listen to my concerns, educate me about my car maintenance, checked everything my ADHD brain asked for, and got my car running in under 4 hours for under $700. They made me feel comfortable as a single female bringing a car in for a major repair, which is exceptional to find now with all the “sellers” and creeps out there trying to put a hole in your pockets (AKA Ted Russell Nissan, aka one of them literally told me it would be easier for me since I was younger to front $3-4K for a used car and not “put food in my mouth” for while, while also still staffing someone who a friend warned me SA’s females ) Thank you Thank you Thank you again everyone at Firestone; y’all saved my life!

Yesterday while driving on the interstate I ran over some debris on the road that must have fallen off a truck and ended up completely destroying my front driver side tire and TPSM sensor. Because of a recent purchase of 4 new tires from Firestone at the end of January I searched on my phone for the nearest location and ended up finding the Knoxville Tennessee location on Kingston Pike. I was still pretty shaken up when I arrived and was very grateful for the prompt service and care provided by John. I arrived after 4pm and they were closing at 5 for a special staff meeting but John got right to work getting my car sorted out. The location ended not having the tire I needed in stock so he requested one be brought over from the next nearest location that had it in stock. I think in total I was only there for 45minutes and in that time they changed my tire and installed a new TPSM sensor. Meeting John and having my car fixed in such a timely manner really made my bad day much better.

I recently had my vehicle serviced here. John, the new store manager was very courteous, professional and took all the time I needed to ensure my questions were answered. The wok done on my vehicle was done correctly and I was out of the store and on my way in a reasonable time frame. I did call ahead and schedule an appointment. I'll be back. Good service like this deserves customer support.

We had a flat tire and showed up at 8am on a Sunday to have it looked at. They had a full day of appointments ahead of us but worked us in and were able to fix it so that we could drive back to Nashville. They were courteous, professional and had a heart. John N went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. My daughter will be going here for all her car needs.

Dan went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I needed a new set of tires after a flat that happened just before the blizzard of 2024 kicked off. Dan made sure it was completed and then came in the next day (when the rest of the world was shut down) to make sure I could pick it up as I had something important in the car I needed. Excellent customer service, will be back.

Was able to get in and out within 15 minutes. The weather was terrible and the store was busy and it was great that I was able to bring the tire in, have it replaced and put back on the rim in 15 minutes. Thanks
