Benjamin saved my bacon today! I got a solid price for 4 tires and no longer have to worry about if I'm going to be stranded on the side of the road due to a pesky leak that no patch I used seemed to be able to fix. Lovely people, and Peter is also very helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible experience today got my car towed in got hit on the front left tire area during the snow. The Manager Benjamin calls me says i will need inner and outer tie rods and an alignment. Cool np next day i call they say buddy car wont start needs a battery replacement. I told them it does not just jump it and get it inside now he says it wont stay on lol. I go there and start it with a mini jumper battery and move the car around for his amusement. Got a receipt and told him I’ll be talking to corporate and my lawyers technician name was jake. Thank you guys for trying to rip me off had a great experience. Benjamin mize the manager then tries to take me to a corner and actually tell me please don't sue us. After trying to speak to corporate they said they could do nothing i will not recommend a single person to go here not even in an emergency

If I could give this place less than one star I would. first, I don't know whether y'all think it's ok to treat women like trash or if it's just natural to y'all. Second. My mother went in to get air in her tires. The man proceeded to argue with her telling her the air was right and she was wrong. I don't know if he was upset because his up sized meal from McDonald's was interrupted or what... But THE AIR IS STILL LOW because ego doesn't fill tires. Instead of using the male ego/pride to assume you know all. Take a second and actually check and listen..it may not seem like a big deal but, low tires could cause serious accidents. VERY Disappointed. FOR ANY WOMEN DONT go here. They have treated me horribly in the past as well, i haven't been back since. Farragut tn

Needed to see a mechanic ASAP. Explained the situation with the staff at Firestone, got us right in, the staffed stayed over past closing time, never complained, super nice. Will be going back. Would recommend.

Benjamin and his crew deliver kind and professional service every time. I trust them completely with my car care! I have been going to this Firestone for over 10 years. I have a clutch 2007 Ford Escape that I love and Benjamin and his team are always honest, excellent diagnosticians, and deliver above and beyond with high quality parts and repairs. Also, I ask a lot of questions, and they are patient, friendly & professional.

Dear Farragut Firestone Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Farragut Firestone location. I previously purchased a set of tires and a lifetime alignment package for my 2021 Honda van. Recently, I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation, repair of a slow leak, and alignment, all covered under my purchase. However, I was shocked when informed that my van required over $2,000 in repairs and replacement parts. Specifically, I was told that the front ball joints were cracked and failing, the rear shocks were rusty and leaking, and the brake fluid had failed testing. Concerned about these findings, I took my van to Dennis Hall Auto Repair, a certified Honda specialist. After a thorough inspection by two separate technicians, I was informed that none of the issues identified by Farragut Firestone were present. This experience raises significant concerns about the integrity of the services and recommendations provided by your location. It appears there may have been an attempt to exploit my situation for financial gain. Given this, I cannot recommend Farragut Firestone to others and urge you to review the practices at this branch to ensure they adhere to ethical standards. BEWARE!! NOT HONEST PEOPLE!! I just happened to have a nail in my tire while over at friend’s house, and the closest business to remove a nail was Firestone Farragut. Once I arrived, they told me the nail was too big to patch, and they recommended me to get a new set of tires. I opted for that. Two hours later, they sent me on way, I paid $860. When I got into my car, low tire pressure sign was still on…. Now the stupidity on my part, I decided it would just go away eventually while driving so I left. A week later it was still on and I needed my oil change I went to Ford Dealership Clinton and then they told me whoever install my tires broke off my tire pressure sensors! Screw part was snapped off completely and somehow putted back on😓 I told the mechanic to go ahead and change them thinking it wouldn’t be so expensive, however it came out to be 380 dollars for two of them for 2014 ford escape. I reached out to Firestone (this business) to let them know about this situation. Since I knew for a fact that quality mechanic FOR SURE KNEW he broken them, AND STILL CHOSEN TO PUT THEM BACK ON because how could he have not known? After I told them, they brush me off to a manager who is not even there half of the time.. To save my mental health and my sanity, I choose it to be a one expensive lesson.. I decided to post this review after reading all this horror reviews and experiences other people had.. SO BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL! !! NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!

Even though compressor for AC was out of warranty, contacted part supplier that supplied a little over a year ago and got them to provide a new compressor free of charge. I just paid the labor. I did not even have to ask. Technician just did it

We started this morning going to our local Firestone, but they were unable to squeeze us in due to low staffing. I called the Farragut Firestone, and they had the same staffing issues, but were able to squeeze us in. I can't thank Jerry, Peter, Jackson and Luke enough! We got stuck there longer than expected, but it was well worth it because these are some of the most genuine people. They made sure we got the best price possible, updated us every step of the way, and apologized far more than they needed to for the wait. I trust them completely with my car and know that I'm getting honest and trustworthy service. Thank you all so much for all you did for us today! We are so thankful.

When I went in to pick up the car today for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment (3 days after), the person told me no one has worked on your car. EITHER THEY ARE SUPER BUSY OR CRAP IS BETTER THAN THEM

Brought my wife’s Highlander here. Not only did she have to come back in for a window sticker and to get here check engine light turned off after she’d already left, but they FINGER TIGHTENED her drain plug. Oil was steadily dripping out since we left Firestone. By the time I found the oil leak 2 weeks later, we were almost completely bone dry. Pure negligence for such a routine maintenance.

i took my 2018 Silverado in because it had a misfire. I was told it needed new plugs, plug wires O2 sensors and catalytic convertor. I When they were installing the catallytic converter they jacked up my transfer case and broke the housing. They didnt tell me this until after they tried to fix it with JB Weld and failed. 5 days later i get my truck back with a transfer case they got from a junk yard. Drove maybe 10 miles before my truck started miss firing really bad. I took it to another garage. The plug wires they installed were not snapped on so they fell off while i was driving. I would never take another vehicle to Firestone again. My truck has 77000 miles on it. Im in Tennessee working and needed a ride home or i would not have allowed the transfer case from scrap yard to be put in my truck. I dont know how many miles are on it. I called corporate they are absolutely no help either.

The tech ruined my axle and the gm Benjamin tried to make me eat the cost. Thankfully Andrew sharp made it right. When you have a customer paying 1300 for work, you shouldn't try to price gouge them to pay for your mess up.

They charge way to much for a alternator and battery. I will never be back plus they don't have the right tools for the job's they take and they make you think your getting a great deal then it cost you 3x more (the main thing is I priced some tires and I told them to wait till I see what the alternator was going to cost and they put the tires on the car anyway) that they was not cool .. I don't think they balance them.... !!!!!!!!!!!!
