Been doing business with Firestone since 1995, and have always had good experience with the several locations that I have used over the years, considering that I usually have 5-6 vehicles needing tires or services. The Cedar Bluff location has been great since they opened.

My car was towed in with an undiagnosed break issue. Travis and the team are probably the best group of people I have come across. The team kept me informed every step of the way and was aware of my need to have the car repaired. They are very professional and honestly they have my trust to get the job done right. They went above and beyond for me and I would absolutly recommend them.

This business is outstanding down to their GM James! They listened to my concerns and never turned me away & kept trying until the problem was found. They are amazing & if you want the job done correctly the 1st time I wouldn’t recommend anyone but these people.

Travis Stapleton was amazing. We had an issue with my daughter's car that could have been a major problem. I left the car not expecting them to be able to get to it until Monday, but Travis was able to get the car back to us that same day. I have been a customer of the Bearden Location where Jerry was the manager, but I have to say the person who took over need customer service training. He is very arrogant and acts as if he is doing me a favor when I come in to have air put in my tires. I was considering looking for somewhere else to take my card (not Firestone) but I will start bringing my car and my daughter's car to Travis at Cedar Bluff

$425 for brake pads and shoes! They are overpriced on labor and parts! They double charge you! Make you pay for the job even if they removed most of the parts! These people are the children of the devil!

Everyone here is always really nice here! I had an ongoing problem and James actually called Me and asked me to come back in to look at the problem a little more thoroughly and I’m pretty sure that they figured out exactly what was going on with my car which is great not many people or places would do that so big shout out to James for making it happen and helping me understand what was going on with my car

I was traveling through on my way to another state, but I went to this store because my TPMS light came on. I explained in detail what it was doing. They checked my tires, they sold me one tire. Then, after I left the store about 10 miles later my TPMs light turns on again. So they didn’t resolve the problem for which I went there in the first place. I called the store, but they said they didn’t know why the light came back on. So I asked them, well wasn’t that the reason you felt I needed another tire? He said I don’t know why the light is on and I don’t know if the TPMS was reset or not, But, they sold me a tire stating it had a nail in it, but they didn’t show me the actual tire. They showed a picture that did not show a nail, it had a little bit of paint on it which I had seen for months prior to driving through this location. I only purchased the tire because i trusted they would fix the problem, but they didn’t. The worst experience!

Walked in around 640 with a nail in my tire as I was headed out of town. I was told even though they are open until 7pm, the guys are scheduled to leave at 630p, so instead of repairing the tire, they sent me away to drive on a bad tire. I will NEVER go to their store again.

We were returning to Florida from my mother's funeral in Ohio and the trip was horrible. We already had replaced 2front tires and had to replace the rear tires. Being tired, stressed, and having our puppy with us, we were just done. Manager James handled our purchase, install, and with great customer service had us back on the road back home.

Had an appointment at 10 am because my battery light was on. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and decided to drop it off as I live close by and I would rather wait at home. I didn't get any updates until 3 pm when they called and told me what needed to be fixed and asked if it was ok to go ahead and fix them, meaning they let my car sit in their parking lot for 5 hours when I had made an appointment specifically for 10 am because I had things to do later in the day which I then had to cancel because of their poor time management. I was also told the car might not even be ready until the following day. The only reason I even got the car back on the day of the appointment was because I was the one who walked over there to check to see if it was ready before they closed. The only positive takeaway was my car is now fixed.

I am tremendously impressed by the team at this location. They are extremely honest and thorough. There has been zero upselling. I actually followed up today, after an inspection yesterday, regarding my brakes, because I wasn't sure if they actually needed to be done now or if I could afford to wait. I was told that the I am good for at minimum, another 3,000 miles, probably 7,000 or more. I really appreciate the honesty. This is why I have become a loyal customer. The team in Massapequa, NY, and at the Bearden store in Knoxville, TN, have been just as honest and thorough. Excellent service!

I went here to get my lawn mower tires changed they don't do lawn mower tires but the gentleman at the counter was kind enough to try and air it up for me after I put it on the rim my compressor didn't have enough volume to pop the bead on the tire onto the rim they took it to the back and tried their bead blaster but it didn't work either I appreciate them trying they just didn't have the right equipment to help me but they were nice and did try to assist me

Scheduled an appointment and was told my basic maintenance would take “a couple hours”. Walked off and came back 2 1/2 hours later to my car still in the parking lot. Took 4 1/2 hours for something that could be done in 2 hours max. Either honor the appointment time or don’t allow me to schedule it, but don’t waste time like that.

The were so very friendly and went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed even when they were not able to do so themselves as they did not have the proper equipment. I never feel taken advantage of at Firestone and the prices are always very reasonable. James and the other staff were great.

Always room for improvement, but my tech I knew from another store was there and he was extremely nice, especially when explaining the best tire options. Service was quick and I picked up same day after an oil change, realignment, and replacing all four tires. I recommend them to all my family for tires and oil change. They are located so well across the U.S. if your tire gets a nail or you have a tire blow out, while out of state (where we have experienced) it is convenient to know your taken care of.

I had a low tire light, so I stopped there to see if they could check it. They immediately came out and filled up all four tires. Each member I talked to was courteous and kind. I was in and out in about 10 mins.

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for awhile. I have taken my LR4 to the dealership and to Express Oil Change, and have paid on avg $55-$75 for the Oil Change. I had my wife bring in my Land Rover LR4 today for an oil change for the first time because I am out of town. They charged her $145 for an Oil Change, and told her because it was “hard” and took “Special Oil.” Neither of which was ever conveyed to me at any other place. I am only posting this hear because I don’t want someone else’s significant other to get taken advantage of in the same way. I have been very happy going here so I don’t know what they were trying to do or what was going on but I will not be returning for any “ Hard Special Oil” changes.

I had to visit today due to an emergency tire repair/replacement. I was able to book an appointment online, they were ready for me when I arrived, and I was treated with kindness and respect during the whole process. This wasn’t a planned visit but they made a very stressful situation easier. I can’t recommend them enough.
