Extremely high prices. They wanted to charge me $640 to replace some tire pressure sensors. I got them off Amazon for $15 each and had them installed for $100 with a mechanic I found on Yelp. I know they have to make a profit but their prices are crazy.

Don't recommend this business. I was there to change my tires and I had a worst customer service. I could see the tech person was on the phone FaceTime most of the time. Two and a half hours later I finally got my jeep back. It was just a horrible experience. The service person told me to email me the receipt but I never received one. I do not go back to the business again.

Came in today for my tires to be replaced, Carl was the mechanic helping me. I could tell he was busy but he was quick to assist me and get my car on the rack. The service itself was quick and an easy experience with great customer service from everyone in the front as well. I’m happy I found them!

I came in with a crazy engine noise and zero oil. Carl helped me out and did a full oil change and diagnostic on my car. Incredibly thankful for honest mechanics.

I have come to this location for years because I had assumed they were honest. I have a fleet vehicle so should be very straight forward. I dropped the vehicle off as they are usually slow with completion and busy with lots of vehicles. Not the issue. So I get an email telling me all these things that were wrong with my vehicle. I called to check and they stated they had submitted to be approved by the fleet manager. I called the fleet manager to help move things along and they mentioned that they were submitting for all this work that didn't make sense. Things like brakes, tires and other things. Mind you I had just had brakes replaced 5k miles before. They wanted to over charge by double for control arms compared to msrp with Nissan, even though that was not the deal with the fleet manager. The fleet manager said he had tried to call the shop multiple times to get more info and they didn't answer the phone. So I called the shop several times until I got through. Told them to follow up with the fleet manager to give them the info needed. He said he was going to. They called me back and said my vehicle was ready and I asked what they did. He said they backed everything out and just did the oil change. I asked why they didn't do their part and give the fleet manager the info they needed, I also asked why they were submitting for work that should have been under warranty. He said he needed to talk to the shop owner Dan and would call me back. When he did he said that they had made a mistake and had the exact same kind of car and mistakenly used the inspection from that car with mine, even though the pictures were of my vehicle. He said they would do a manual inspection the next day. How dumb do they think I am. They were caught in a lie and are very dishonest. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND OVERCHARGED!! Remember I have nothing to lose as my vehicle was a fleet vehicle so I didn't have to pay anything.

I just needed a flat repair they didn't take me in right away, they asked me to do an appointment which I did for next Monday at 3 pm, when I got there they say there's no appointment for 3, they made by mistake at 9 am

This place is the worse of all the places I have ever been. First we had appointment for battery change that they said will take 30min max and they kept me there for 2:30min and I had an infant with me. Not just that they put my battery into some ones else car😂😂 and they are so unprofessional all they do is go in and out. My suggestion is to fire all the workers and start fresh. They are too comfortable there. Never go here!!!!

I have been to this location several times and have never left disappointed. They are honest about times, have delivered my vehicle on time each time and have good mechanics who work there.

I had a bad experience with Firestone today. I called yesterday and I confirmed my car model V6 and I asked for the price for oil change and they told me that cost $106 when i went the next day in my appointment they told me $20 extra because my car V6 I told the guy yesterday it’s V6 !! and i said it’s ok no problem because I don’t have time and I have to pick up kids from the school… when he check the car he find small screw in the back tire he said you need to change this tire because it’s not repairable we can’t fix it for u !! After they changed the Oil I went to discount tire they took it out and tested if it leaks air and nothing wrong with it!! and I asked them if this tire is ok to drive with they said yeah it’s like 60% good .. One thing I didn’t mention I have 3 cars and I am customer with Firestone since 2015 !! I will never go there again!! Store location Las Vegas ( rainbow and warm springs)

I stopped at Firestone Complete Auto Care due to an alert icon showed up on my dashbard. Mr Luis Martinez approached me and asked what I was needing. I've explain my issue. With no time he offered his assistance, added air into my tires and spent time explaining my how to do things on my computer screen. It was above expectations and from now on I'll always visit only this particular place. Thank you Mr. Luis Martinez for your assistanse

I went to this Firestone a few years ago for a tire rotation. A simple tire rotation. I marked my tires and sure enough when I went to pick it up they didn’t move them. And they collected money as if they did. When I asked to speak to the guy who did the rotation he came out and then goes “ohhh” yeah in that car I couldn’t because the tires didn’t have enough tread. Then why charge? I didn’t even bother arguing further. Just said I’d never come back. Fast forward a few years I bring my sons 4Runner in for an alignment and same exact thing. They don’t do it, still charge and make some bs excuse about the rack an pinion not being centered. Bunch of amateurs work here and it’s no wonder they can’t get jobs at a real shop. They’ll be stuck messing peoples cars up and still charging. Crooks!

Went for a oil and filter change ended up paying $162 just for that on a Chrysler 300c srt8 just for them to spill oil all over my engine bay and now smoking after just leaving the shop 😭💀 majorly disappointed, if I could show the vid of it smoking I would 👎

I called to get a smog check and the guy said yes you can bring it in. I bring it in and he tells me hour and a half for a smog check that takes 5 minutes or less. What a joke! Horrible management and taking care of customers

I have had 2 of the worst experience at Firestone on S. Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas. 1. Took my F350 for an aligment and they dropped my truck off the rack, smashing both sides of my bed. 2. I just took my Toyota Tundra there last week and they told me that they couldn’t do the alignment due to my bolts were ceased to my control arms, and that it would cost about $2,200.00 to replace them. I went back back to pick up my truck and couldn’t drive it off, due to the passenger side tire was so out of whack, that it could t even turn my steering wheel. They took it back in again and straightened it. I thought the bolts were ceased and they couldn’t do it. Obviously, they adjusted something that moved my tire so much that it looked like my control arm was broken! Took it to another place, and no issues and alignment is now back to where it should be. Also, they had to readjust what Firestone had messed up! So, I will never go back to this place and will be rating this location on yelp!

Karl is the main reason for the 4 stars. He’s a great mechanic, eager to help, and answers all my questions. He addressed the issues with my vehicle right away and gave me honest answers without trying to upsell me. I was actually pretty upset with a quote they gave me for a problem they found but because of Karl being so personable and informative, I walked away with a positive outlook. I will be going back to this store.

Overall, the guys did an amazing job at making me feel welcomed ESPECIALLY since i arrived almost 20 mins before closing time (I know how that goes sometimes). They made me feel assured that my car would be taken care of & answered all of my questions. My entire experience was a 10/10.

Came for an alignment check under my lifetime plan since I installed new shocks, wheels and tires. I've had previous alignment checks where some of the parameters were barely in spec and so they weren't adjusted since they were technically in the "green." The service advisor was professional, friendly and accommodating when I asked for the alignment to be dialed in this time. They got to work right away for my morning appointment and only took about an hour. I couldn't be any more happier with how precise the tech got all the alignment specs dialed in. This shows how much they care about doing a job well and doing it right. Thank you to my local Firestone team at 7410 S. Rainbow LV, NV.
