They provided real time updates, They did my complete oil change in 45 minutes and my tire was low and they filled it up for me! Overall very impressed with my satisfaction. Quick, easy and very friendly!

Had a few issues with my car..... Took it into Henry, and his team diagnosed the problems right away.... Knocked it out at a reasonable price.... Patrick handled the work order like a champ... They come highly recommended!!!

I brought my car here to have my breaks checked because they are squeaking and grinding, I sat there and waited, I watched them put my car up on the machine then my car was back down within 5 minutes. I feel like they didn’t really care to check my breaks, a concerned mechanic would’ve drove it to hear the noise I was talking about to kind of get an idea of what I was saying. They didn’t care at all… I would’ve taken it to my shop but enterprise to me I had to go here in order for them to pay if anything was wrong with it. I wouldn’t recommend this shop I’ve been to plenty other shops that took pride in their work and at least act like they cared.

Made an appointment YESTERDAY on my day off when I could afford to have my car in the shop all day. Then last night, Engine light pops on as I was driving to work... They put a faulty part on and they have me sitting here 4 plus hours ....I should of been given some priority. They didn't even pull my car in to look at it for two hours... I won't be coming back here..... Update 10/23/24.. I love that I can leave a better experience... Yes the wait sucked but .. my light came on again. They've been way more patient than I have. They continue to figure out whatever this issue is at no further cost thus far. The mechanics are very nice and I'm changing my negative review into a positive one ❤️

Dennis is an absolute professional! He is so cheerful and positive that it rubs off on those he interacts with. He went above for me and mounted a tire for me that wasn’t removed by firestone.

Edit: This whole “email us at xxxxxx and we’ll help deal with the bad experience” is a total stunt. Been a week and no response to the email they requested my feedback at🤷🏻‍♂️ Be wary of taking any modified vehicles here, even if it’s basic. My Subaru has a one inch lift and high quality Rallitek adjustable control arms and these guys couldn’t align it. I’ve had numerous Firestone’s do it over the years with the same setup, never been an issue. Long story short they wasted three hours of my time waiting for an alignment and they adjusted absolutely zero specs on despite the need. Only revealed that after I asked for the updated ones. I get not wanting to work on modded stuff but don’t waste my time. Nice guys up front for sure but not very straightforward. Highly annoying experience.

I waited over two hours to have my Tire Plugged yesterday. I just called Them to tell them my tire is leaking and they told me it would be about an hour and a half wait. This Place is not customer Friendly and will let everyone know not to go there.

Booked an appointment for an oil change for 11 am. Get a called that morning and asked if I could come in at 1 pm instead b/c they were busy, not a problem. Show up at 1pm, they told me they were running a 2-3 hour wait time, even though it was an appointment. Asked if I could rebook a time when I know I'll be able to get in right away, was told that because of their booking system, there is no guarantee. Went down the street, got in and out in 20 minutes.

Had a very positive experience. Without an appointment, I showed up with a flat tire that needed replacement. The intake was very speedy and smooth, and the work was done in less than an hour. Not only that, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, and I was not leaned on one bit to be "up-sold" anything extra, like more tires or balancing or whatever.

Had an appointment for 10am. Truck did not get pulled in until 1.5 hours later. They don't respect your time. A bunch of kids playing around talking. Shame on you with having people wait so long for a simple service. Poor service here.

I can’t say enough good things about this location and their team. Henry is an honest man who has worked on multiple of my vehicles, him and his team are reliable and trustworthy. It’s hard to find a skilled and trustworthy mechanic- and Henry is exactly that!! Reliable, quick, trustworthy, quality work!!

I went in for a slow leak(nail in tire) they said they could patch. I came out buying 2 new tires. I had appt I left car for more than 2 hours, hey asked when i needed car back by and i told them. I had important places to be ontime. I called to check for update and was told they were working on it. I get there and they have me wait and then say they can't patch I need a tire or 4 if I want but 1 forsure. I ended up getting 2 and using uber to get my kids to there appointment due to waiting longer. They could of told me this the time I called 30 minutes before I was to arrive to pick up my car.

NEVER EVER bring your car here for any type of services. Patrick has terrible customer service and is very rude, he should not be interacting with customers. I paid for a service that was not done correctly. After I had my headlight bulbs replaced by Firestone, my headlights were flickering on and off on the freeway last night, definitely a safety hazard. Patrick was very rude about the entire situation of “making it right” my car is in worst condition now. I have requested a full refund for a job that was done incorrectly which is very unprofessional to let the customer drive away knowing it wasn’t 100% fixed (they removed my retainer for bulbs with the old ones & installed the new one’s without) How do you not notice that the new bulbs are just hanging loose? Hopefully the manager contacts me soon like I was promised. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly. I know cars and have owned many cars in my life, had so many repairs done all over town and the unprofessional service that I received is unacceptable and disgusting. I highly recommend you go elsewhere with your vehicle. Patrick treated me like I was the problem. Zero stars!!

Please make sure that you’re booking for a high paying service. I have gone to the store five times and three times the service fee I guess was more than enough for them to honor my appointment. The other two times they were just tire maintenance and I have been rebooked or canceled saying they have no slots available for me. When I booked the appointment there were several open appointment blocks. But I was later called and said they’re too busy. So I went in again to their website and looked at the appointment schedule and lo and behold, the open blocks are still there. Please don’t offer low paying services if you don’t want to honor them. I do not recommend this store.

Got a tire rotation and the next day my low tire pressure light turned on. I went to check the tire pressure and realized that two of my hubcaps (which are held on by the lug nuts) were installed wrong. The hubcaps were covering the valve stems and I had to take off all the lug nuts to correct the issue and put air in my tires. I expected Firestone to not make a mistake like this.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Firestone over several years in various locations and I’ve always had no issues. The last few years, I’ve been taking my Kia to the South Durango location mostly for tires and few maintenance/servicing sometimes walk-in or with an appointment. I’m a repeat customer because the Durango location is clean and comfortable to lounge in for a short to average wait. My recent visit, 7/2024, Colton assisted me with the current condition of my tires - I knew I wanted to replace all 4 of my tires but he was not pushy at all. We compared the cost of the promo with other options and I decided to go the the promo, best deal! I left my vehicle at their shop assuring me that the new tires, alignment would be completed in a few hours. I received a call from them with an update and recommended additional service maintenance and I said yes after being provided the total cost. Once it was finished, I picked up my vehicle and it’s driving really smoothly after the alignment. They recommended one more maintenance and I assured them I would be back in a couple of weeks. My boyfriend even decided to get his Truck alignment a few days later. Keep up the great work and I feel that this is the best front welcome staff I’ve seen at this location. Excellent teamwork.

If you are a woman do not come here alone they are sexist and WILL try to scam you. My wife came here because she noticed a drop in psi. They told her there was a nail in the sidewall, that they had to replace all four tires as there was no other option. They even stole her custom metal air valve cap and tried to replace it with a basic plastic one because they "lost" hers. I called up and spoke to a Ryan or Bryan and he essentially said it was her fault for not noticing her missing air valve cap. Then rushed me off the phone because there were more important customers waiting. The next day we went back and after refusing to accept the plastic one they went in the back and miraculously found her cap. We took the vehicle to DISCOUNT TIRE for a 2nd opinion. Upon further inspection there was no nail or even a leak in the tire at all. They did all of this free of charge and even did a rotation for free. Do not waste your time with this establishment they will try to scam you then blame you for it.

Service is excellent. All repair work is explained clearly. My only critique is that the online scheduling system is unreliable. After selecting a date/time, you must wait for a verification of the scheduled appointment. This verification does not always get sent leaving you not knowing whether you have an appointment.

So I brought in an old car to see what they can do, needed the AC fixed as well as the alignment, new tires and to figure out what was wrong with the check engine so I could register the thing. It took them 3 weeks to deal with the AC because it was an old car, they couldn’t deal with the check engine either. Long story short not long after taking it out of the shop (literally 2 minutes), the car broke down and wouldn’t turn on. The whole drive it felt like they didn’t do ANYTHING with the AC at all. So not only am I down $1300 I’m also down for a tow, and pushing the car out of the main road into a parking lot in +100° weather was NOT fun. Would definitely NOT recommend this place, waste of time and money for sure. Update: they also lost a very important screw, thanks guys

Staff was super friendly and did their best to help me even though they were slammed. Ended up leaving my tire and they came out to put my doughnut on for me right away so I wasn't stranded. They repaired my tire for 20$ and replaced it the following day, didn't even have to wait 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location and staff here is awesome 👌

Toe and go-ed me on a purchase of the 250 lifetime alignment, didn't have the tires from online so had to get a smaller more expensive tire (bait and switch?) And never did the oil change i requested but at least wasn't charged for even though I had talked to Portia extensively about how badly I needed an oil change. I kept 2 tires and was charged the fee for disposal on all 4, and the military discount was only applied to one tire? I called pretty disgruntled and was met with lies about how there was no note for an oil change but its clearly printed. Sad to say I used to work for Firestone at this rate, at least my store did better.

Yeah fix my issue or ill keep complaining. I know how it works, I worked for Firestone. You don't mess with someone that knows how it works. You toe and goed me and ignored requests even talking for a while that "oh yeah, we'll get it done". I have proof i was lied to. I thought I could trust you but no. I was told I never asked for an oil change? Never talked about the drain plug? There were no notes? Yeah there were and I have proof. You don't bluff someone that knows the game. You ignored my requests. Pretended you did all I asked. And I trusted you. Toe and go isn't worth a dime. Never tested and it pulls just like it did. I had to ask for the print out cause you knew I'd be disappointed. Toe and go when camber is stock adjustable. I drove a distance to be at your store to be rushed. Waiters gonna wait sure. I'll wait for it to be done right. You didn't do that. Portia, I'm disappointed you did that and talked so much about how the "best tech" was on it, Jose tech I'm very disappointed you would do that to a fellow tech. End of day our cars are the ones that lack care but I love my car. And I tore my ACL again, stuck to a brace more days than not, or I'd do it all myself. It ended my career being broken but at least I kept compassion for that car. That wrx is my baby, I care not for children. I did so much into her myself. Kept stock keep from any Subaru issues, and it feels betrayal from I company I bled for. I loved working for Firestone and feel betrayed by this store. I am very disappointed. Don't lie to someone that knows the system.

do not go here, they will try to scam you. they told me there was a nail near my sidewall and i’d have to replace the tire. i took it to discount tires and there was NO NAIL! if you are a young woman they will try to trick you
