Not a customer, but I had a flat tire on my e-scooter and the staff were gracious enough to let me use their pump to put air back in my tires. Outstanding and friendly staff!

I went to have air in my tire and end up doing it myself. 2 of us customers waiting for someone to assist us after going in the main entrance to ask for air in our tires and was instructed to the area where the machine was for somebody to assist us but no one did and we ended up doing it ourselves.

Toyota told me the tire was unrepairable and a new one would cost $240. They repaired it for $20 out the door.

First and foremost is always the front of the office. To do this job takes a special person, to do it well is another story. In my opinion Linnea (prob not spelling correctly) is the most professional, nicest person over the phone and she backs it up in person. There isn’t any hospitality left in the world and if is rare when you see it. I would give her whatever it takes to keep her and then immediately have her start training other stores, I can get tires anywhere but from now on I will be only getting tires from Linnea wherever she works. I made an appointment​to fix one tire sensor, and they said all three sensors were bad, and tried to charge me five times the price of fixing just one sensor. The odds of all three sensors being bad at the same time is one in millions. And two of the sensors were on brand new tires. These people are clearly ripping off customers. What a shame..

I went over here for a basic rideshare driver vehicle inspection. took over 15 minutes past my appointment to start. then they used the wrong form, so I had to come back. then chris wouldn't print off the right form so I went to the library. I came back and had them do it again. they accidentally filled in "fail" and wrong milage this time, which chris thought was hilarious. hes a rather immature fellow to have working with customers.

Booked an appointment for an alignment for today through the website. It gave me an e-mail confirmation for 11:00 am. The email also states to call ahead to confirm the appointment with a salesman. I called and spoke with someone saying that 11:00 was overbooked and to see if I could come in at a later time. She told me 1:30 was better and that she could get me in and out. I show up to my appointment and spoke with the same lady who was at the counter. She's black with short hair for the sake of argument. She tells me that she has tickets in front of me, then goes to check with the technicians in the back. She comes back to tell me that there are 7 tickets in front of me and that it was going to take all day for me to get my alignment done. She offered to re-schedule me for tomorrow which i then told her how come i wasn't made aware that they overbook their appointments. I also told her that she had already rescheduled me. She tells me it's like being at the doctors office, that i was going to have to wait. Mind you I've been to the doctors office, and waited a reasonable time for my appointment, but come on. I told her I would take my business elsewhere since she can't respect appointments to which she didn't even bat an eye to and gave me the usual "I'm sorry". Sorry doesn't cut it...

I had an appointment scheduled today at 4pm. I received an email that it was rescheduled for 12pm today and to call if that did not work. My boyfriend called to let them know and asked some questions since we’re out of state and just moved. The guy on the phone said “I’m not the DMV, go somewhere else” hung up. He refused to give his name on the phone and this location will not answer mine or my boyfriend’s calls. I will be reporting this to corporate, I just called them. As well as letting everyone else know not to come to this location. It was either Mark or Chris, Nicole confirmed. She keeps hanging up the phone and refusing to confirm if it was mark or Chris. Stating we have to go to corporate and she has no idea who we were speaking to. It seems as though they all think it’s a joke that their customer service workers are hanging up on customers with appointments saying to go somewhere else. I didn’t think we’d receive such disrespectful treatment for being out of state and having general questions that a technician should know.

My visit started out a little bumpy. I had called and made an appointment days in advance, but when I arrived, my name was not on their schedule. This has happened to me before at this location so there is definitely a glitch in the system at Maryland Pkwy store. They did finally agree to help me, which helped, but I still left frustrated. After my car was serviced, I met Nichole Noli for the first time, and magically, all of my aggravation melted away. She was super friendly, positive, helpful, and efficient. Here's a tip for Firestone Management: Do everything it takes to retain this employee and your business will thrive. She's awesome! THANK YOU, NICHOLE, for turning this situation around for me.

Showed up on a Saturday. Waited at one of the "help desks" hoping for someone to show up for about 15 minutes. No sign of anyone. Tried calling the alleged phone number, got some Automated 1-800 number caliber BS response. Immediately left. Typical S-hole Las Vegas customer service.

Firestone 3370 S Maryland Pkwy LV, NV Thank you for providing me the service I needed to get back to AZ. I never felt pressured nor taken advantage of. The work was completed quicker than expected and I was contacted immediately. Everyone was very friendly especially Lanae, every business needs a Lanae at the front end greeting clients. Horrible waste of time. Five people at the desk one mechanic. Simple oil change took over a couple of hours, don't even know how to change my fuel filter and that's when it hit me. Horrible experience feel bad for the guy next to me he had been waiting since open for a set of new tires at it was close to 5pm already

Spent the day in Vegas with my rental getting an oil change. And the lovely Lanae Grier was very helpfilul and professional. And made my delay pleasant. Traveling from Kentucky to California she got us in and got the vechile safe as fast as she could. Thank you Lanae.

Lanae was incredible. My car AC randomly stopped working, and it was 120⁰ out. We called Firestone and Lanae managed to get us in right as they were closing. The next day, they looked at my car at about 11am, called and told me what they were going to do, and it was done by 2pm. I can't say how grateful I am to not have to make my 7 hour drive back to Reno without AC. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who rang me up when I picked the vehicle up, but he was also very nice. The whole experience was fast and straightforward. Plus it saved my sanity and I can drive home in comfort. I highly recommend this location.

Left stating tire was fixed and balanced. Drove a couple blocks and realized not balanced. Return to shop and told; after waiting 20 minutes can't balance rim is bent. So originally sent on my way after being lied to and in an unsafe vehicle. Never going back to Firestone

Their service people were helpful and professional. They spotted nonstandard work from a prior owner and helped fix a major problem that an earlier mechanic overlooked. I feel safer in the car and confident the problem has been handedled so I no longer have to worry. Their price of basic services and guarantee is great. I would highly recommend!
