I was so much disappointed with its service, just brought my old Toyota Camry for oil change believing it was a reliable Auto Shop, however within a week of driving, I noticed some oil drips underneath so I brought it back there for possible backjob that at least, whoever was in-charge that day, would do something about it but instead blamed me for having an old car! That was really an unacceptable reason & I felt embarrassed infront of other staff there...Mr. Frank did nothing to solve my problem as his Mechanic claimed he noticed that leak before he did the Oil Change but NEVER brought to my attention as I was just waiting around the Shop! The mechanic also claimed infront of Mr. Frank that he took pictures of the leak along with the report BUT again, all his claims were all False as nothing was found in the Report I received which highlighted only two (2) major things like the Brake Fluid and Battery - none was mentioned about that Oil Leak which the Shop Mechanic had seen. Unfortunately, I left with great disappointment being my first try to that Shop as it was recommended to me - Mr. Frank did nothing but instead offered me discount on my next Oil Change or oil leak repair worth approx $400!!! - I don't know if he was trying to do business again the fact that he already showed me that he Never Cared about professional Customer service at all! I clearly told that if that Oil Leak was true as seen by his Mechanic named JON, he could have shown it to Mr. Frank & bring to my attention so that I could have decided whether to proceed the Oil Change service or not at all as I had no enough budget to spend on such 'surprises' - but I'm pretty sure, Mr. Frank was really trying to justify something which was actually his fault for not notifying me that Oil Leak on time before his Mechanic did the Oil Change that day. Hope everyone should be careful about bringing your vehicles to this Shop especially old models as you may experience the same disappointment as I had with Mr. Frank & his Staff there. I also told him about the $9.99 Oil Change service coupon which I opted not to take as it may spoil my old car but I chose paying more ($80) believing I would have had better Customer service & support here. Note: I wish I could rate this Shop with 0 Star!

I am an uber driver who drives over 1200 miles weekly so I need service often. I will only bring to this location mainly because of Gowayne Chrisomo. He always follows up and is very professional and I highly recommend him and the whole staff including Will who is currently fixing my vehicle. 5 stars all around!!

I called at 7am and Frank the manager was awesome and very helpful. He had an appointment open for me on the same day . I Needed a complete set of Firestone tires, he had 3 tires on hand and had the other delivered. Came in got it done and I left completely satisfied. Highly recommend this location. Staff was very helpful aswell never felt any pressure to get any services done. I've been coming here since 2018 always a great experience.

I have gotten tires here, battery, and oil changes done here 3 or 4 times. Always a great experience. They are honest and very friendly. Got me in and out today last minute without an appointment. Even did everything quicker than initially quoted. Will definitely be back!

They lied to me to my face and can’t do a basic oil change. I told them to get the right part, new washer and new drain plug. These must be replaced at every oil change on this particular car. They didn’t. It’s leaking. It’s over torqued. Could have caused permanent damage to the oil pan. So now I’ve got to fix it myself.

Wayne was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment right away. So happy I was able to get in since I was only coming for an oil change and after an inspection discovered a nail in my tire which was unrepairable. Wayne was able to also able to squeeze me in for 2 new tires plus an alignment! Customer Service TOP NOTCH!!! I would refer anyone to go to this location!

I have been getting my Prius (now 400K miles) serviced at Firestone for years. I just moved to Nevada from the east coast and never had problems with my AC until the recent wave of consecutive days with excessive heat. My Prius suddenly started to blow hot air when idle or at stops, so I took it to this location and worked with Gowayne to have the problem diagnosed and it was determined that my fan assembly needed to be replaced. After the work was done and I returned to pick up my vehicle, the issue of blowing hot air had been resolved but I noticed a few other issues that I never experienced with my car. Before even leaving the parking lot, I asked Gowayne to come take and look and even Frank the store manager, stopped what he was doing to come out to look as well and they decided they would need to keep the vehicle to fix lingering issues that I had never experienced with my car. Having just taken a Lyft to get there, Gowayne asked Frank to provide me with a ride home so I wouldn’t have to catch another Lyft. After a few days, I went back to pick up my car and all lingering issues were resolved. Gowayne and Frank went above and beyond to provide the best service, and both were extremely professional through it all. Hopefully, I can reach that goal of a million miles with proper maintenance and continued service as needed. Thanks again for the service provided!

I’ve been coming to this Firestone for 3+ years and I can tell you that is not a coincidence. The team working here are first class citizens. I feel very welcomed every time I enter the shop. Frank, the store manager has a heart of GOLD with a kindness that’s unmatched. Others that were of great help included Kayla and Gowayne as they graciously deal with all the antics I provide. Overwhelming support from me as they never fail to deliver A1 service, which is not always the case particularly at auto shops.

Never again with this place, after telling me they are able to change my steering rack, I called a towing to bring my car and to finish they can't have the parts and they are not able to do the work. and on top of that they charge me an inspection. Be aware of this place

The absolute best guys work in this facility. I personally own a mechanic shop and I got a rental car to drive here from California. The front tires were completely bald and enterprise didn’t have replacement for me and they recommended me to stop by the tire shop and get it changed. They worked very fast and efficient. And they took me in right away. So I can enjoy the rest of my trip with my girl friend. Definitely talk to Frank for anything you need

This place is great! Came in as a walk-in as my wife and I had a tire blew out on us late at night. Had road hazard warranty. But all the tires were at 5/32 and dry rotting. So ended up getting four new tires, Alignment and oil change. Was in and out super fast. Frank the store manager went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. The Technician Dom did great job working on our car. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing any automotive service work to be done especially new tires. (Pro tip) forever Alignment and wheel balance and tire rotation is definitely worth getting. It pays for itself and no one else offers a forever service like that for your vehicle.

Was stressed tire got a hole while driving pulled into Firestone and frank helped me and made it a pleasurable experience the whole team was perfect thank u guys
