I come here a lot to repair my Tesla tires. They have spectacular customers service, their store manager Eddie Comick helped me out and he was very very helpful and well organized the way he attended me and helped me and explained to me about my tires. If I can give more than five stars I would 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the best customer service I ever received is here at this Firestone. They treat their customers with care. I will not go to any other shop from now on only here

It took them 4 HOURS to perform the following services: Complete Vehicle Inspection+ Oil & filter change Tire rotation Wheel alignment It should never have taken 4 HOURS do any of those things! I was never given a status update to let me know why it took my entire day to perform the services that should have taken only 1.5 hours!

I’m very please and glad that I came to this Firestone complete auto care and meet customer service representative Robyn Reynon because she went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire (when customer service from Bridgestone tires wasnt to much of a help they told Robyn that I have to wait 3 days to fixed )and this wasn’t good for me and she took her on herself self to help me and she kept looking for answers she didn’t stop until she got me a new tire and it means a lot that she did all that for me I was sad that I had a flat tire and that I would have to wait 3 days but thanks to Robyn all is going to be taken care I wished that there would be more customer representatives like her

Do not come here for the $29.99 oil change online special or coupon . They will make you think that’s the service you’re getting and when it’s die t he’ll charge you 3x that price and give you stupid reasons why your car can’t have that service. They’re just scamming you out of $50 more dollars

Eddie Comick is a great help! Great service all around from start to finish. Went over every detail about my work order and helped identified what I needed and got me situated. I highly recommend this location! The professionalism and service was amazing! From the Techs to management. These guys are awesome.

My truck ran over a bunch of screws and we were not close to home. Thankfully we stopped here and Eddie saved the day. The shop was so slammed but he took the time to look at each tire and go over my options. Eddie really went above and beyond today and I couldn't be happier with the new tires.

This place is horrible don’t come to this location.I made a appointment 3x to get my car serviced and twice they didn’t have my appointment and the 3rd time they said the guy who was supposed to service our car left early. I asked for a manager and they said he isn’t in today and didn’t want to give me his card or number.This place is unprofessional and useless.

You make an appointment days in advance for a BASIC oil change and then you have wait SEVERAL hours for them to do the BASIC oil change. They just stand there with there dcks in there hands and hangout. Oh and the prices are higher than anywhere else, you’d think it would be fast and easy for how much you pay. Go to Valvoline, Midas, literally ANYWHERE ELSE it takes them 15 minutes in and out.

Joey was awesome! Could not find me in the system at first and eventually he did. I went in for an alignment, have the lifetime alignment. Joey mentioned a few things to watch for on my vehicle, no upselling, just info.

went there just for an oil change came back home with the oil leaking in the drive way, also check my airfilter and they rush there work because the filter was all smashed. drove back there to let them know and they claim the car isnt leaking and theres nothing wrong. let it sit for 2 days checked and still leeking and the cover for my transmission was missing a bolt so that was being draged on the floor because firestone. i recemend anywere but here for an oil chainge

I Took my business vehicle in for new tires, was told they would have then done in a couple hours. I took the car in at 3:00pm they close at 6:00pm so I went in around 5:30pm and my car was sitting in the same position as I left it in. I wish I was informed that a couple hours to him meant the next day.

The visit started with a phone call to the store. Speaking with Ken was one of the most enjoyable conversations to have with someone who needs to fix your car. Entering the store, no one was available, however, we were met by the friendly and warm welcome of eddie. It took any no time to spring into action and assist not only myself but also the guest behind us. It's always a joy to know you can go into an establishment and not feel like you are going to be rushed or have you pockets turned inside out. Not only did Eddy offer to the assistance the Firestone on Rock Springs refused to offer, he spotted a problem they didn't catch or refused to acknowledge. Not only was one tire needed, unbeknownst to me the spare was inoperable, used and not mentioned. Thank you so much Eddy for you knowledge and professionalism.

This is my go to place for auto repairs: they're professional and thorough. 2024 Edit: Still my go-to place. I've never had bad service: 24 oil changes, 5 tire replacements, and 2 battery replacements since original post.

Alex put new tires on my car today and was INCREDIBLE! My car started shaking very badly on a cross country road trip. I dropped in, they were able to help me right away, and got me out of there so incredibly quick! it was best case scenario stuff, and i am so thankful for this locations help and to Alex for being so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again!!

Had an appointment at 10am. dropped off car at 945am. They were doing a break inspection, took them 5 hrs. No follow up or status on car. had to call 2 times. each time I called the car was not yet inspected. when I 1st walked in, the lady at the counter seemed annoyed, tired, and not happy. She greeted me with a "YES" in other words what do you want. Overall very poor.

Car has been there three days, and hasn’t even been looked at for diagnostics. Many other cars arriving after me have been serviced before my car which has been sitting for three days. No communication about status, you have to call them over and over just for them to lie to you and say you’ll be serviced next.

Extremely busy and only 2 mechanics working with a full bay!! Didn't have time to answer me as the one man had an angry customer and a full waiting area. The A/C was nice.

Went in for a simple oil change. Despite being really busy, and down a staff member, they were really polite and even multitasked to serve their customers as fast as possible. Even the lady at the desk hopped out to help the mechanics. Greatly appreciated 👍🏽

i went in there to get my yellow 2003 Mazda Protege5 for a wheel alignment. My interaction was with Nichole Noli. She was professional, personable and answered all my questions. She even let me speak to the tech who worked on my car. The other girl there does not know what she is doing. Go there and only speak to Nichole Noli.

After dropping my car off on a Wednesday at 7 AM it is now Saturday, and they only just looked at my car. I told them exactly what was wrong with it, and what the code pulled up as and they didn't even do the oil change until Friday. They said they were understaffed, which is not my problem. If you didn't have the time to service my car I could've scheduled it for a different day. I will be picking my car up and taking it to a different location. Hopefully the next one will be a little more honest about their availability and time frames.

I had my car there all day and when I called 45 minutes before they closed they told me that they were doing the inspection, thinking that it was done,but it was the first inspection telling me everything I already knew. Then when I got here 10 minutes before they closed they had my car in the air and said that it will take 20 minutes to put my tires back on. If I wanted that kind of service I should've hired my Lil brother maybe then he would've gotten the job done.

I would give negative stars if I could. I brought my car here in December for an over heating issue they changed my thermostat and housing and sent me on my way. 5.5 months later the car starts doing the same thing so I take it back and instead of ACTUALLY checking for reasons why, they just changed the thermostat again, gave the car back in the same exact condition. Being a single mom and not having the funds I wasn’t able to take my car back for a month and then they said they couldn’t figure out the issue but my water pump is going out so they wanna change it, fine. Then they call and now my water pump has chopped peices into my radiator and I need a new one of those too. Has they done their job properly a month ago maybe we wouldn’t be having this issue. They want another 800$ for that. Top it all off I was told it would be 788 for them to change the water pump and when I get there now it’s 855! I was SUPPOSED to get a discount that’s what Nicole had told me but apparently I did not. Suuuch a scam. Will never be returning!
