I had a flat tire and dropped off my car towards the end of the day. Mayra was kind enough to take my car in during an already busy day and stay after closing hours to make sure it was finished day of.

I had a flat tire and the closest place for repair was theism firestone. I had utilized them before many years ago and was reluctant at first but was pleasantly surprised by the level f professionalism and assistance i received from Luis and the team to get me going. he acted on the issue as fast as possible and they completed the tasks 2 hours ahead of the promised time. there is a definite improvement in this firestone location from what i had experienced with other chain locations (including their competitors in same vicinity) and i did appreciate the difference and for that I truly recommend this location and Luis and the team. i was completely satisfied with my service at this firestone from cordial interaction through the expeditious service completion.... Thank you Luis and firestone team!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Firestone location. Yesterday, I called ahead to schedule an oil change and was told to bring my car in. It took me 30 minutes to drive there, only to be told upon arrival that they were fully booked for the day and couldn’t take my car. They offered to schedule me for the next day and promised a discount for the inconvenience. I returned today as scheduled, only to be told they were behind and that the service would take several hours. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have the filter I needed, despite knowing I was coming in. When I expressed how unacceptable this was, Mayra, the staff member I spoke to, was incredibly rude. After I mentioned I would write a review about my experience, she responded with, “Be my guest, I could care less.” I left and went to the other Firestone location in Santa Monica, where I received excellent service and had my oil change done in 30 minutes. The difference in professionalism and customer care was night and day. Avoid this location if you want to be treated with respect. The Santa Monica Firestone, on the other hand, has excellent professionals who actually care about their customers.

I was charged $110 for a diagnosis and they didn't tell me what the issue was and also made up issues. I had to go to a different service shop to get an assessment to fix my issue. Highly disappointed

Beyond lazy. What is the purpose of having appointments??? I was told it would take an hour and now I have to wait for my car to be fixed a whole day later. I had an early appointment, what in the world are they doing?!? If you are looking for a reliable place to get your car fixed look elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Luis and the team! He was extremely helpful and made the entire process fast and easy. I dropped off my car for a tire replacement, and they took care of it in no time. Not only did he provide great service, but he also helped me save money. I highly recommend Luis and the team at Firestone for their outstanding customer service!

Thought I had a slow leak in one of my tires, but couldn’t figure out which one. I made a same day appointment and was very well taken care of. They checked my tires and didn’t find anything, so they filled them up and sent me on my way, no charge. They were speedy and the service was incredible. I will come here again in the future for sure!

Got 4 new tires with all the warranties and guarantees. The next day driver’s side front was flat and passenger side front was very low. Brought car in and 1) they could not have been less helpful, 2) offered no apologies and 3) took no corrective action. Don’t go there. After receiving the nice response from their customer support, they did not do a thing. Never responded with anything other than the self serving post. Don’t go there.

I have been coming here pretty regularly for the past 1-2 years. Solid service, no nonsense, no frills. Good value. Sometimes there are small hiccups causing service delays, but hey the world isn’t perfect. I plan to continue coming here. Sergio, Mayra, and Luis are consistently helpful and provide good customer service.

This place is horrible not only did they not fix our car they screwed it up on numerous things. All of a sudden my headlights was destroyed and the battery died and then left our windows down all night at their location. This place is a money grab 5k to fix whatever the hell they said was wrong with it. So frustrating even months after the fact finding stuff wrong with my car now due to this place! Avoid at all cost pls if you need your car don’t go here.

I'm a long time customer and have always been satisfied with the service, as I was again this time. The problem is that I emailed Firestone to ask how long the service would take and I was told about an hour. I brought my car over at the 9am the next day, needing it back by noon. I was told that they would try but it wasn't likely as they were short-handed. I replied that I was informed that the tire rotation would take about an hour and the person said he was sorry but it was the best he could do. He said I would be called at noon to lmk if it was ready or not. I received a call at 3 telling me the car was ready. Also whenever I called the store, the phone rang for a while with no answer and then disconnected. This happened twice. Sorry, but your company needs to get its act together.

They provided assistance with my tire pressure warning and even helped inflate my tire. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend their service!

I do not recommend this place. They kept my car for 7-8 hours only to inform me that they couldn’t repair the tire and that I needed a replacement. A quick inspection could have determined this earlier. To make matters worse, they didn’t have the tire in stock and told me I’d have to leave my car for three days to order a new one. It was very frustrating.

Tech listened to my problems and intelligently recommended solutions. A minor problem was that I had a 9 AM appointment, came at 8:40, and waited until 9:40 to begin the process. Otherwise, very pleased by everything.

Amazing customer service in going the extra mile for their customers. Representative Mayra C. Has an outstanding customer service in which handles all customer with love and care. Also very attentiveness as I saw her helping customers and walking in n out of the shop and also answering the phone. Bought tires on eBay and had them mounted here. Great guys, no attitude, couldn't hav treated me nicer. Checked to air on the remaining tires without asking. I highly recommend these guys and will be back for oil changes and brakes when needed. We're lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

I'm a long time & loyal customer of this location. I brought my car in recently for a battery appointment. Jovanni said the parts would be ordered & the work would be completed within 1 - 2 hours. The work was completed within that time frame. I have always found Jovanni & the entire staff to be very pleasant, professional & responsive. I'm proud to be a lifetime customer of this location, as every experience gives me peace of mind that I'm very grateful for.
