Do not come to this location. I used to come here around 2021-2022 and they used to be quick, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. There must be new management and it is not working. I dropped off my car around 720am and needed a tire patched up and an oil change. The representative said my car would be complete by 11am so I left but called around 9am to ensure whether this was the correct projected time. She advised that it would actually be complete in 45 min. I went back to the shop around that time and instead, she advised that I could not get a patch and needed two new tires and they did not have the tires in stock but was happy to order. From there, I called around and Big Brand Tire Service on Pico Ave. had the tires i needed. Firestone then took until 11:15am to complete only an oil change. I went to Big Brand Tires and they advised that only one patch was needed and I did not need two new tires, just one and at a lesser cost. They made my day! Not only did they have the tires I needed but they were honest, had the items in stock, fixed my tire and sent me off my way in 15 minutes.

I'm a long time customer and have always been satisfied with the service, as I was again this time. The problem is that I emailed Firestone to ask how long the service would take and I was told about an hour. I brought my car over at the 9am the next day, needing it back by noon. I was told that they would try but it wasn't likely as they were short-handed. I replied that I was informed that the tire rotation would take about an hour and the person said he was sorry but it was the best he could do. He said I would be called at noon to lmk if it was ready or not. I received a call at 3 telling me the car was ready. Also whenever I called the store, the phone rang for a while with no answer and then disconnected. This happened twice. Sorry, but your company needs to get its act together.

Tech listened to my problems and intelligently recommended solutions. A minor problem was that I had a 9 AM appointment, came at 8:40, and waited until 9:40 to begin the process. Otherwise, very pleased by everything.

I do not recommend this place. They kept my car for 7-8 hours only to inform me that they couldn’t repair the tire and that I needed a replacement. A quick inspection could have determined this earlier. To make matters worse, they didn’t have the tire in stock and told me I’d have to leave my car for three days to order a new one. It was very frustrating.

Bought tires on eBay and had them mounted here. Great guys, no attitude, couldn't hav treated me nicer. Checked to air on the remaining tires without asking. I highly recommend these guys and will be back for oil changes and brakes when needed. We're lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

I'm a long time & loyal customer of this location. I brought my car in recently for a battery appointment. Jovanni said the parts would be ordered & the work would be completed within 1 - 2 hours. The work was completed within that time frame. I have always found Jovanni & the entire staff to be very pleasant, professional & responsive. I'm proud to be a lifetime customer of this location, as every experience gives me peace of mind that I'm very grateful for.

Amazing customer service in going the extra mile for their customers. Representative Mayra C. Has an outstanding customer service in which handles all customer with love and care. Also very attentiveness as I saw her helping customers and walking in n out of the shop and also answering the phone. Typical as-is job was performed.Brought my truck at 5:30 PM to change oil, wiper blades, rotate tires, and for tire alignment. I called them twice next day in the afternoon but they finished their job at 6:30 PM. My alignments got worse than before the service. I checked invoice, it said that test drive was completed & alignment report looked right. This is totally BULLSHIT. Do I have to make another trip to fix this? To the same location?

This place is HORRIBLE. They don’t do anything and they just love to keep charging you. Every time I get my car back from service, I have to take it back again to take care of all the issues they were supposed to fix the first time. Avoid this place and save you time and money.

Giovanni, Mayra, and the whole team took great care of us at Firestone on Santa Monica Blvd. They told us during a very busy Monday that they would be able to take care of us that day so we could use our car the next day. They even stayed late to do additional services on our vehicle. They provided exceptional service, care, and attention to detail. We are so grateful - loyal customers here!

I’m not a Karen, and I never leave bad reviews. Never. But my experience here was just so bad. I came to fix one flat tire, they fixed it, and as I drove off, another tire was flat. They didn’t check my other tires. I immediately brought the car back to get this second tire fixed. Long story short: they kept my car for FIVE DAYS and did not fix the second tire. They promised they would call me with updates but never did. They just parked my car a block away from the shop and let it sit there. Every day, I had to call them, and they reassured me it would be done, that the order for a tire was placed, but it never happened. They clearly had no clue what was going on, and I felt hopeless. I had to pick up my car and bring it to a different place to get it fixed. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Seriously, what happened here? I’m busy and didn’t have time for this. If you can’t get the job done, be honest about it. This was not good business practice.

Shout out to Mayra and the gang here. I needed a tow on a Sunday and was able to get the car to them. They did a preliminary inspection and identified a busted hose. Finally, after helpful hours and good communication, Mayra waived my fee. As I had already paid for a tow and now needed to bring the car elsewhere. Thanks again!

First visit here and highly recommend. Called Sat afternoon when the service light came on for my annual oil change. They were able to take my car Sunday morning and it was ready in a few hours. Love a place open on Sundays! The staff was super friendly and pricing was very fair.

I have been going to Firestone for years and Luis has always been a pleasure to work with! He has always taken the time to talk me through what is going on with my car and break it down so I can understand. He is super kind and patient and I always feel like I can rely on him and the rest of the staff there.

Our car broke down and AAA was unable to fix it. It was a Sunday and all of the car shops were closed except Firestone. I called Firestone and spoke with Luis and he said he would squeeze us in. The place was jam packed and it was 3 pm when the shop closed at 5pm. I was pretty sure it was going to be impossible to get the car back in time but I told Luis I really needed to have the car back for work the next day. Luis was a miracle worker and ensured the car was fixed and picked up by 5 pm. They did an incredible job and are really happy with the service provided and a special thanks to Luis!

They saved the day! After getting a flat tire on our way to UCLA for a doctors appointment yesterday, we showed up to the business to replace the spare tire so we could drive back home. They were able to fit us in during their extremely busy schedule and they just happened to have a tire that would fit the Jeep. Thank you for making our rough day better!

Carlos was amazing from the time I walked in/checked in through the completion of service. He was very professional and courteous. Keeping me updated at all times. Although he is not management, his actions not only towards me, but the other customers far exceeded the behavior and communication style of a great manager. Carlos is the reason I will return to this location.

I booked a manteinance appointment and got a good service at a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and kept me updated of the state of the service. I appreciate that there was no push for extra, unneeded work on my car. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but I could wait at the shop until it was done. Overall, I'm happy with the service and the treatment I received.

Made an appointment a head of time for a tire repair for a nail puncture. My wife dropped it off at 8:30a and it took them over 3 hours before they even looked at it just to tell us they couldn't repair it.
