I came in for a warranty repair/replacement on a Sunday morning at 11:15 or so. The clerk tells me that there’s one car ahead of me, so they’ll see me in an hour or 90 minutes. Two hours later, he lies to me saying that someone’s looking at it now, even though I can plainly see my car sitting in the lot with no one near it. I ask someone else for a timing estimate, and they finally get on it. They tell me the tire is beyond repair, but I expected that. But after another hour, they tell me “sorry, we don’t actually have the tire in stock.” That would have been nice to know at ANY point in the process. Now I’m here, almost 4 hours later, waiting to get towed to another location so I can get a tire. I understand that mistakes happen, but no one seems to be the least bit apologetic. I will not be using ANY Firestone services in the future, and I will warn everyone I know not to use Firestone either. UPDATE: Although Firestone replied to my review, there doesn’t seem to be anyone bothering to read the emails at socialcare@bfrc.com. It’s likely a bot just responds to low-starred reviews to make it seem like Firestone cares. But here’s the kicker - I finally got my car back, and the techs put a different model of tire on my car as a replacement. They claimed that my tire was “discontinued” but a quick search shows that the tires are in stock at Firestones all over town (although based on my previous experience with their inventory practices, who knows if those tires exist anywhere but the computer system.). I took the car anyway because I didn’t want to wait around that store for hours again, and it’s a 30-minute trip to this location for me. TL;DR - Firestone employees at this shop are dishonest, and it sure seems like corporate doesn’t care. Learn from my mistake! Don’t go to this shady and sketchy shop! Or any other Firestone!

The staff are customer friendly and respectful. The prices are reasonable for tire repair and oil change. The service is completed in a timely manner.

I came in to check tire pressure. Luis was so nice and quick to attend to my car. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!! The parking lot is small but they do a great job compacting the cars in the lot giving you space to drive in.

I did balancing and rotation (took 2h) and my wheels almost came off. I called them and they said it’s the rack and pinion and quoted me $3700 (I have a 2008 Toyota) I went to the closest shop and they said, I quote, “Firestone has amateur mechanics, they’ll hire anyone.” I called them again but this location stopped answering, someone else picked up the phone, apologized, and assured me they will talk with the manager so I should come in for the refund. The manager gave it to me but didn’t apologize instead doubting my claim. Avoid it.

Kaitlin (sp?) dropped what she was doing to give me a tire quote in COLORADO...there aren't many NATIONAL COMPANIES, or people, that provide this level of service...knowing their location will not benefit. Thanks for being awesome and helping me to get the right tires for my car!!!

Setup an appointment for a same day tire repair inspection around 10am and showed up for the 6pm appointment. Spent 1 hr waiting and still no one even checked my car.

I could not be more pleased with this place. Jose the manager was incredibly accommodating to my time limits and super patient with all my questions. I came in for tires and his service department did a front to back inspection (for free) and gave me recommendations. Yes, this may be normal for all garages, however Jose helped me prioritize what was urgent and what could wait. There was never any pressure to get any of these recommendations done at his place. Everyone here was genuinely very kind and a pleasure to talk to. They were great at communicating issues with my car, even sent a video detailing what the issues with my car were as I had left the store. They explained what they could and could not do for me, and they were upfront about all the costs for everything I asked about. Highly recommend!

It’s always intimidating coming to a tire shop as a girl, but Jose made this process so easy!!! My car was making a loud screeching noise and I figured it was brakes. Jose offered a free break inspection and said he would send me pictures. Sure enough I got a full report sent to my email address w/ pictures and a price breakdown. I decided to move forward and I was informed the brakes came with a nationwide lifetime warranty. They also gave me a $50 coupon! Highly recommend this place. Katelyn is really nice also. I am definitely coming back!

I brought my car here for some basic maintenance and they did a great job with the mechanic side of things, but most importantly they had excellent customer service. All the employees I interacted with were so nice and professional. I never felt pressured into buying extra services, or like I was being talked down to. Will definitely return for future service needs.

SCAM. STAY AWAY. I was lied to and misdirected several times by the sales girl here. She will also gaslight you if you ask questions that expose her manipulative sales tactics. Literally trying to upsell the hell out of me when the problem was super simple to diagnose and fix. Quoting me $2200 when I ask for an estimate for just the alternater. (Oreiley auto parts literally checked the battery and the alternater for free, which helped me identify the real issue in less than 30 seconds) I'm glad I followed my intuition and got advice from a friend because if I didn't know better they would have charged me hundreds or even thousands of dollars for something that wasn't even a problem in the first place.

Beware of inspection. I went to get a tire rotation and they came back with recommendations for a $638 repair job. I took it to my regular mechanic and he told me none of their foolishness was necessary from replacing a light bulb over my license plate to needing a battery which was priced at over 225, and needing a radiator flush. My car has less than 25k miles. I went there so my Firestone Credit card was cancelled for no usage. I got a Firestone card 3 years ago because I initially believed all of their foolishness at the same location. Just for good measure, another Firestone told me I needed my tires replaced at a location near Cerritos over 5 years ago when it wasn't necessary. They seem to be bad actors willing to exploit unsuspected people. In three years when I need to use the card, I'll have to buy wind shield wipers.

Jose at this location was awesome! I really appreciated the swift same-day service for replacing and realigning my tires. I also appreciated the buy 2, get 2 tires free promotion that they had going on this month, as well as the lifetime warranty on them. I would recommend this location for your new tire needs.

Auto technician Jose went above and above to meet my needs . I went in for a severe oil leak he was able to detect where my oil was leaking from , and fix the problems.

I had a frustrating experience at this place when I needed an alignment for my car. My usual trustworthy mechanic couldn't do it because his machine was down, so I decided to try this place. Big mistake. The girl who assisted me was uninformed about the process. They said the alignment would take 30 minutes to an hour, but I ended up waiting for 2 hours only to be told they couldn't do it. Despite this, they charged me $27 just to check the alignment and bombarded me with unnecessary repair recommendations, including an oil change which I had just done the day before. When I asked if they had actually done anything to the alignment, the girl assured me they had, and I paid. However, when I got home, I received an email stating that my alignment hadn't been done. This place is ridiculous and lazy. The next morning, I took my car to another shop, and they fixed the alignment right away. Save yourself the trouble and take your car somewhere else. These mechanics are lazy.

I came in for an oil change only. The staff ran a bunch more regular checks and made some great recommendations to keep my car running well. When I rejected one of the services, they did not oversell. They did the job well and on time. Super reliable work!

Went in there for oil change had been there 2 weeks before to get a new battery they changed the oil and then he tells me that the battery is bad and I have to pay $42 for a new battery that's under warranty and then tries to tell me that something in my charging system is broken wanted to charge me another $40 to test it well I'm here to tell you I've been driving it for 2 weeks with no problems it's nothing wrong with the charging system and I shouldn't have to pay anything for a battery that was 2 weeks old
