I'm a longtime Firestone customer from the Memphis, TN, area. I have utilized their services for several of my vehicles and have always been satisfied with their products and work. The service managers are always responsive and willing to work with you to get you in if at all possible. On those rare occasions when I've had a follow-up issue, they've always resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Blew a tire across the street in the Walmart parking lot early on a Sunday morning. Of course WM Auto Care no longer exists so what now? Checked Google Maps and the only place within miles that was open and had a tire in my size (245/45/20) was Firestone. Was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but crossed my fingers and limped across the street on my spare. Walked in the door and was quickly met and asked how I could be helped. The gentleman at the desk immediately found me a tire, took my flat, escorted me to the waiting room and said he'd have me back on the road in a few minutes. I sat down with pessimistic expectations and having been at work all night, figured I'd take a nap. Nope, no nap. In less than 30 minutes the service rep had my tire replaced and my tired a$$ (pun intended) was on my way home. Can't speak on other's experiences here but had to share mine and thank the guys for their prompt, courteous, and very appreciated service.

I went to fire stone to get my tires changed and they only balanced the ones I bought from them my car was in the shop for 3 days.Then my car was shaking so I brought it back at 7 am when they first open I just got back home at 12:30 and they never even looked at my car I’m just over it.

I needed to air up all 4 tires this morning due to the temp changes and I stopped here at the Firestone on Austin Peay and I was assisted by a great young man, Jacob. He was very quick, and after talking to him, is extremely knowledgeable about his job and his attention to detail is immaculate! Great experience and quick service. Thank you Jacob and Team!

Extremely poor customer service and management. What should have been a simple one hour job, took over FIVE HOURS. At no point during any of this time did anyone communicate why it was taking so long to put on a new set of tires and front brakes. It was roughly around three after waiting that I asked Mario why it was taking so long, it was at this point that I am told they didn't have the rotors needed for my car but they were on the way and "should be here any second" any second ends up being Two and a half hours later, well after the store closed because they door dashed the parts.Thirty minutes after the parts are dropped off we are then informed the wrong size got ordered and delivered and they wanted to know if we would leave the car overnight so they could fix it in the morning. As this is my only car I told them I couldn't. Mario then say they will just install the old parts and to bring the car back in the morning so the right size parts could be ordered and put on. UNBELIEVABLE

I brought my car in to have the tires replaced at 745 am in the morning. I was told that they didn't have the tires in stock but they could have them in by 11. I was advised that they would give me a call when they were complete. I received a call around 230 pm suggesting recommendations on my vehicle which was an air cabin filter, and an oil change I declined. The guy stated ok he's finishing up and will move it over to check the alignment and they will give me a call. Never received a call back. I called back around 4:15 was placed on hold for 9 mins he came back and stated that he will be done by 5pm. I make it back around 5:15pm he advised me to wait in the waiting area while he check on my vehicle. He comes back 10 mins later and advise me that they couldn't pull the car in because the car did not recognize the vehicle. Although I gave instructions when I dropped the vehicle off advising that they key has to be placed in the key holder. At what point was someone going to reach out to me to say that they couldn't start the car. How did someone call to give recommendations on a vehicle that they never even brought in. I was livid. I couldn't leave because one of the tires were flat I had no choice but to get the service done. I had a 6 o'clock appointment that I had to miss. They changed all 4 tires in 20 mins not even sure if that possible. I finally leave and as I'm riding home I noticed that the hood wasn't closed all the way I had to pull over in traffic to close the hood. No one took accountability, no apologies, not a care in the world. I will never visit Firestone again.

I brought my service van in for an oil change. My appointment was at 1:30 pm. They told me it needed 3 tires. I got the confirmation it was approved by Holman at 3:15 pm. The employees took 3 walk in customers in front of me. Didn’t start working on my van until 6:25 pm. I was the last customer of the day leaving at 7pm. I’m very upset and disappointed with your standards. This is unacceptable.

I should have read the reviews before getting my Vechicle serviced here. First visit, I came in for a Vechicle inspection only and was there for 6 hours and then the last hour my car was ready but the were too lazy to complete the paper work so they held on to my car despite work order completion email. I was told I was waiting for someone to type of the recommendations. The next visit, I got 4 new tires and alignment and when I left there several lights that I have never had an issue with prior randomly came on and went off. As I was reading through the comments I see others have experienced the same issue. Please avoid this place at all cost unless you are ready to repair new problems that they will create for you. Lastly, the customer service is terrible. The front rep, had a line of people hold while he called his boss and complained about his paycheck shortage. Each visit I witness customers arguing with the front rep. There seems to be a lot of disappointed customers.

I'm really pissed. Poor decision to come here. I made reservations online simply for free brake inspection for 5pm after a long days work. When I arrived. The guy told me that they don't take appointments after 5pm. Said he doesn't know why they keep scheduling them. The guy was having a whole conversation on his cell phone while waiting customers. A wasted trip... I won't be back

If I could give this location 0/5 stars, I definitely would. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an automotive company. I had to pay 3 times for two sets of tires totaling over $450, the manager didn’t know what to do and wouldn’t locate help when I told him I had already prepaid online, had me call customer service support who were absolutely amazing in trying to help, claimed to not be able to get in touch with the General Manager & told me to come back the next day to rectify the issue and call my bank in the meantime. My bank provided me with an authorization number proving Firestone had already received the payment prior for the tires and was authorized the day I made the appointment which was on August 15th for $235.65. Monday rolls around and the General Manager of course was not in the building and it was the same manager who didn’t know what he was doing and said that the General Manager would call me. It’s now Wednesday, I have yet to hear from the General Manager and I have had to ask my bank to dispute the charges which they have so graciously done. Overall, I definitely don’t recommend to do service with this location and to take your business somewhere else that doesn’t do holds on payments as the General Manager told his manager to tell me. Quite considerate of them. I personally know between the payments, the TPMS valves that didn’t need to be replaced and the request of placing my new tires on the front instead of the back, it’s been a headache and a half. I’ll just stick with Discount Tire from now one. Waaaaay better customer service than Firestone.

Went in today for a Lifetime wheel alignment and Lifetime tire rotation. Never had any lights on dash. But when I pick up my car I got the speed light on. No doubt they unplugged or broke a speed sensor. Since I didn't go with other work they claim I needed this is what they do. Sad you can't even take your car to the shop without being set up for more money.. Big scam don't waste your time or money...

2024 - DO NOT go here for any services as far as an alignment.. I thought this location would've had a new staff group after seeing the older reviews... WRONG. Came here for a 4 wheel alignment since they were close to me ( I reside in Bartlett ).. and they absolutely did the worst job possible. First time I got the car back , they got done with it in 1 hour which was already a red flag. So it drove terrible. Went underneath the next day and noticed the locking nuts on my rear control arms weren't even tightened back down.... Never got a refund. Highly do not recommend this location. They desk guys also did not have a welcoming vibe

Firestone (Raleigh) needs to do better. I trusted them with my car needs and I left. I was not happy. I work two jobs and explained to them. I need my vehicle back plain and simple they did not deliver lack of communication is why the deal fell through and I had to suffer, miss work. I don’t like missing money I believe in execution and no excuses period!!!!

In February I hit a pothole and broke the rack and pinion on my truck. I brought it to these guys and had it repaired. They had me back on the road in just a few days. I just had the brakes done all the way around with them. It's a little pricey but well worth the peace of mind. This is a great bunch of guys. I'll bring my truck and my wife's car anytime something is needed.

Brought in my 03 Miata to have a new set of tires I ordered online put on. We got a call that our accessory belts were worn and needed replacing. We approved the repair. They called me to pick the vehicle up, and neglected to mention that they snapped the tensioner bolt for the alternator. Had the alternator hanging on for dear life. This belt also turns the water pump, so the vehicle overheated. After months of trying to resolve this, all I've gotten is the runaround. Call this number, send a letter to this address, call the firestone credit card number, still nothing. I've brought my vehicles here for tires and alignments for over 10 years! If they treat me like this imagine what they'd do to your car.

I had a 12p appointment for a tire rotation and balance if needed. At 2:00p, I asked if it would be much longer. I was told there were still three cars ahead of me. I feel if 12p appointment wasn't possible, he should have told me when I got there. Then, I could have left and either had them call me when it was close to performing the service or I could have brought it back at a prearranged time. These are Firestone tires which require rotation every 5000 miles to be eligible for the warranty if needed. This was a Friday. I called Firestone Poplar, and made an appointment for Sunday, two days later, and the same thing happened. I left after sitting two hours past my appointment. Service advisor said it would be at least another 2 hours. Now I am paying the dealer to perform needed services.

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. They are unprofessional and unorganized. My appointment had to be rescheduled due to their lack of staffing and none of my notes were transferred, making my second attempt even slower. After taking hours to call me back after the service tech had finished his assessment, multiple employees called me to tell me the exact same thing. They also leave you on hold forever because they are severely understaffed. They are extremely slow checking in, even if you’re there when they open, and talk to women like they’re ignorant. You can’t ask even basic questions without a superior attitude response, Marquis at the register in particular, who was also barehanding food and then touching documents/customer keys/the register without so much as sanitizing his hands. Their respect level was matched and it definitely wasn’t appreciated. Never. Again.

The gentleman at the front counter was very courteous and professional under pressure. He was working with limited Staffing but he kept it professional and handled the store well. We all understood and the effort he put in to kept us informed about the status of our wait time and kept apologizing and working the front counter and helping the other employees. The other employees never stop working either nor did they voiced complaints at least not in our presence. From what I could see they were working hard

Do not go to this location ! I literally never write bad reviews but the employee was very rude to me with attitude the entire time . I also was the first to arrive at opening and had to wait three hours for just an a/c check. Not even work done. Had ac checked before at other places so much faster. Apparently they didn't have enough freon and had to wait for someone to bring it, but the store had just opened so they should have had it stocked. They also tried to charge 300 for just a freon recharge. Way too high so I said don't do it and called another place right after and they're doing it for 150. But mainly its the rudeness towards me from right when I walked in and the employee who was immediately complaining about the bad morning he's had and then later got short with me a bunch and took it out on me and even said "why are you so anxious ?" In a very harsh tone when I checked in on any updates on my vehicle very politely after two hours of waiting .

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like I have to do so this time. I came to this Firestone for a tire alignment. My appointment was at 11am. I arrived at 10:45am. They told me that it will take about one hour. Now it's 2:20pm and still waiting. When I asked the person at the front about how much longer, he replied in a rude way "Sir, it will be done when it's done". I will never come to this place again :(
