I love having a dependable, reasonably priced, high quality, flexible, and professional auto shop in my neighborhood that has good hours and that also guarantees the work they do. If that sounds like music to your ears as well as great news for your schedule, bank account, and peace of mind, then you will love this place. From the manager to the dedicated hard working guys on the shop floor, everyone here is friendly and courteous. It's no wonder they stay busy, but if the parking lot seems full don't worry. They will give you a very accurate estimate of when they can get to you. They say that between fast, good, and cheap you can usually only pick 2, but at Firestone Complete Auto Care Store at 6100 Winchester I have had it all. I can't speak for any other Firestone, but this location is awesome. Go there for tires, oil changes, repairs, etc. They won't let you down. Edit: It's been a while since I left this review. It's still true. They're still there. They're still great people doing great work. My grown step kids are bringing there cars back to these folks because they know they can trust them with their transportation. Hi Malcom, Lee, Antoine, Tucker, Cameron and any newer guys I missed! I wish y'all didn't have to work on Sundays. That ain't right, but I am sure glad y'all are there to take such good care of our vehicles. Customer service is"Outstanding" from the Manager to the service workers. I'm truly grateful for the service that I received. I will definitely go back again to show my appreciation.

I took my car 🚗 in for a four wheel alignment. I purchased a lifetime wheel alignment years ago for around $189.00 plus taxes. Every 6 months I get my tires rotated, balance and get a wheel alignment. With the lifetime wheel alignment. I never pay again, with the pot hoes on Memphis streets it is wise to get a lifetime wheel alignment. The Manager name Tucker that checked me in was very professional and friendly. The service tech name Kelvin that preformed the services on my vehicle did an outstanding job, he had to make a few adjustments to get my alignment back in line. Also they do a free inspection and top off your fluids for free of charge. They also make any recommendations that your vehicle may need. Also I would like to thank Kelvin for doing an outstanding job on my 2002 Toyota Camry LE wheel alignment today. He was off today and he decided to come in on his off day to take care of my car. I cannot thank him enough.

I will never take my car here again or to any Firestone. Took my car for a Oil change and the same day my car broke down. Car was 💯 before I let them touch it. Supposedly people are saying that Firestone just lets whoever work there and that they mess peoples car up so they can't fix it and make more money. I tried to explain everything to them but they are saying that it's not their fault. Uh yes the hell it is. Worst place ever. 0 stars

If I could give a zero I would. My experience here was horrible. Tucker was rude and condescending to me. Did not repair my issue and tried to gaslight me as if just sitting in my car with the door closed and pushing buttons on my key fob was resetting my window. I showed him my window was still not working properly after his repair. My window was still shaking in the track after he installed my window regulator. He said, "give it time to settle itself a new part was installed it has to loosen up." If it comes out the factory with new parts and works perfectly well why can't his work be the same? I've been up there two additional time since my initial repair date of September 12th, 2024 . Saturday, September 14th my window fell through again. I had to tape up my window with plastic on this day because it happened after hours. Went up there on Sunday the 15th they were late opening. I called the Exter location to see if they going to be open. I had to get Area Manager to call them.

The service Here is trash we basically got punished because we asked about a warranty we had with them. We ended up waiting 8 hours for a simple brake and oil change that they promised would only take an hour and a half

I went here for a simple wheel alignment and after 3 hours of waiting I left with a brake issue.They tried to tape the brake line up. I got home brake fluid every where. This is the worst place ever!!!!

This is the worst one in my opinion I took my car here to get looked at the tried to overcharge me and give me things I didn't need their manager was rude and could not help I suggest the Firestone on park ave the are affordable and they are nice they also don’t take 3 hours to just look at a car

I was the first customer at the shop on winchester rd. Memphis, tn this past Tuesday.. the Manger response was he could get to me later and if I could leave my car.. I was needing a inside patch which I thought why would I get up early in the morning to be first in line to leave my car... thanks for exiting Firestone out my life.. I went down the street to Discount Tire and was served immediately and for free... Because I wasn't buy a tire I was treated less than... never again will Firestone get any of my business or friends and family..

Horrible service had an appointment time for 10 am and I was told it still was going to be a 2 hour wait from my appointment time and they workers are all standing in front of the business talking to people in the parking lot and my vehicle is still not pulled in with 3 open slots available

I was having problems with my front end shaking when I started breaking on my car. We had previously taken my husband’s truck there for new tires and an oil change. The staff there were very friendly. Malcolm one of the technicians there was very knowledgeable about car and said he had worked for Firestone for many years. He fixed my car and I would like to thank him for it. As long as he can work on my car I’m a Firestone customer. Thanks Malcolm and CJ

I went into Firestone to get some new tires put on my suv, the staff greeted me with smiles and were very friendly. Clean atmosphere and the information and tires they provided was exceptional, I was questioning the price but after hearing about the 4Year warranty, that trumped it all. They Answered all my questions and got my tires right so… quality, quality service and 4year warranty over quantity any day. Thanks Firestone crew🛞🔥

The gentleman on Winchester who served me was very helpful , honest, informative and kind i.He enabled me to get a tire from the warehouse based on my warranty...Unfortunately, my experience with customer service on Poplar/Highland told me that I could only get another type of tire because they were out of stock....Kudos to the gentleman at customer service on Winchester near Kirby Parkway.
