I suggest to anyone not to go to this location! They are very unprofessional with conducting business. I lost money having it toll then when it arrived they didn't do any inspection to the vehicle and still charged me. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I attempted to tell him the issue he cut me off by telling the co worker Jeremy, refund him don't argue about it in walk off. But I was still left with a toll fee in treated less than.

Friendly service (maybe too friendly with the lady who came it after me lol). Didn’t cost much for what I had done, tire rotation and balance for under $28! However, my wheel did not feel tightened so I had my own mechanic to check it out same day. Suspension was not torqued, giving too much play. These guys did not charge me either! I did feel like the mechanics at Firestone were distracted but I’ll forgive you!

Brittany was so helpful! If she wasn’t there I don’t know what I was going to do about my tire. I appreciate the extra mile she went to make sure I had my replacement tire.

If I could give this location, zero stars, I absolutely positively would. In 2021 I took my car in to get it checked during that visit my car was diagnosed when they did the diagnostic. I paid the examination diagnostic fee, proceeded to be swindled into buying new wipers, which I probably needed and nothing was done to my car. Approximately to two weeks later I was back in a fire stone location on Poplar having my car rechecked again thank goodness for the manager on site that day because he waved the initial fee to take a look at my car once he saw that I was just in firestone less than two weeks prior. They did fix the problem so I ended up having to pay for the repairs only that day. This is why mechanics gets a bad rep and companies already get a bad rep because most of their technicians are out to make a quick buck. This particular mechanic had prayed and hoped that I would come back to that very location and would have my car examined after spending another hundred bucks to have the car examined and then fixed and probably wouldn’t even fix the issue again. I should have wrote this years ago but I had a lot going on at the time and I was just grateful that someone didn’t try to beat me out of my hard earned money at this location is much as possible

The Summer Avenue team was awesome! From when I arrived and to when I left the team made me feel comfortable. Their Customer Service was great and all were very friendly. They explained every detail of what was needed. I stay over 25 miles from this location and will happily ride the distance again for this type of customer service!

Arrived at the location at 7am for a wheel alignment only to be told the guy who does the wheel alignment doesn't arrive until 830am I said I'll be back then, so I arrive back at this location at 834am for them to tell me it's 2 cars in front of me and it's a 3 hour wait 🤔 ok so I told them I'm good. If I arrive at 7am and you tell me to come back at 830am and I do so at the appropriate time I guess you didn't want my business so I'll go elsewhere but here's my review on Firestone a place that'll never receive my business again 1st and last time visiting. I've always heard not to go to them now I see why!!!

Firestone put the wrong tires on my truck. I found out 3 years later from another chain. I came in because I needed to replace 1 tire after being run off the road. I have less than 20k miles on my tires. They came back with $335 to replace 2 tires that were under a road hazard waranty. Additionally, I do not allow ANYONE to work on my vehicle, not even to check the oil. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE them to do anything but one tire, but they crawled all over that engine gave me my truck back missing the air filter. Never. Never. Never.

El lugar esta limpio y organizado pero tardan demasiado fui con una cita programada para las 8:00 am a comprar y cambiar dos cauchos delanteros y termine saliendo del lugar a las 10:30am dos horas y media para cambiar dos cauchos que en realidad es un trabajo de 45 minutos los empleados se tardan demasiado y pierden mucho el tiempo es un pesimo lugar si quieres un trabajo rapido y eficiente

Lazy people work at this location. I literally watched an employee take 1 hour and 15 minutes to change a tire. Not waiting for it to go in the stall. Once in the stall it took them that long to change a tire. I don’t know what happened to work ethic, but they don’t have it here. You don’t have many choices nowadays, but at all cost avoid this Firestone.

Great service. They are friendly and fast. It would be easy to try and sell me a new tire each time, but they continually patch my tires at no charge while under warranty. It’s nice to have a car maintenance location you can trust.

Flat tire on New Year's Day. Took it there. Employees were incredibly kind, supportive, empathetic and even cracked (appropriate) jokes. Fixed the tire in record time without charge.

It was my first time going to this location and using Firestone. I called 1st, and the lady answered all my questions and was very polite. When I arrived and was greeted, she recognized my voice and explained everything. Her name is Andrea. She made sure she mentioned a deal for my oil change and the guys when above and beyond with the service as well. Thanks to Andrea Firestone gained a new customer today. I will give 10 🌟 to Andrea and the team. Thanks again guys.

Staff was friendly but I don't know why they schedule appts. They don't go by them. My appt was at 10:00a they got to me at 11:55a. Not good. Make sure you take a snack.
