I’m disappointed with my experience here and won’t be returning. They changed my oil without confirming the type and lied when I asked if they used full synthetic. They also tried to upsell unnecessary work that isn’t needed for another 60,000 miles. Last month, they patched a tire, but when I returned with it leaking, they simply aired it up and claimed it was just low. I had to come back the next morning to have it replaced.

(SORRY. Long and detailed)I came on to get my brakes checked. They did their usual checks and said I needed to change a belt not the brakes. The price and time needed was reasonable. About 170ish. The belt was changed and then due to poor communication they had to add tightening job which increase the price to about $680. AFTER THE BELT WAS REMOVED. If this communicated I would of thought twice. Then came back after another pay day. The people there made it sound like this was life threatening. Then wanted me to take a line of credit like it was no big deal. I felt manipulated and taken advantage of. Then to top it off my appointment started at 0900. I was planning to be out by 1230 to make a doctor's appointment at 1300. I had to spend more money on a lyft. My car was at this firestone from 0900 to 1800 for one item. Due to a bolt being stuck. The star is for what the staff tried to do to make the situation better. The staff did get me a "discount" which was about $590 and a 50% off on oil change. With prices and service that I got I'm still better off going to another place for an oil change. I'll give it to someone who wants it.

My drivers side rear tire apparently has a slow leak and I asked them to check it out plus I requested an oil change, balance and rotation of tires and to check my alignment. By the time I made it home my tire pressure light came on for the same tire and it's in the same position. So that means 2 things, the tire balance and rotation did not happen and they did NOT check the tire. Everytime, I try to give Firestone another chance to prove me wrong about my assumptions of them , this happens. I was told to bring it back but my schedule won't allow it. I am very disappointed with Firestone right now.

ZERO STARS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! I brought my car in for a serpentine belt replacement at 2 p.m. and was told my car needed a belt/ pulley service. I was told the service would be completed with an hour. I was very patient as the second hour approached. I was then informed that the belt they ordered was too small and they had to dispatch another delivery driver to receive the correct size belt I needed. I also was notified that my car needed a completely different service versus what they were working on. Around 4:45-5:20, I was told my car is getting worked on I should be ready to go. One of the workers approached me around 5:45-6 that I should get a ride home because my vehicle would not be ready until the morning because they were having “issues” with my car. He said “the big bosses will be in to look at your car.” I got a call from a man at Firestone letting me know my car needed an A/C service and it was ready for pickup around 9:04am. When I arrived, I received my diagnostic and was told they replaced my belt for free. My belt popped today, it melted my windshield wiper fluid and almost set my car on fire. All that for nothing.

Drove down from Stanton and brought a tire in to get patched around 4pm and they said it'd be ready before closing at 7pm, with them calling to let us know it was ready. So we killed some time shopping in the area till 6:45pm, hadn't received a call, then headed back just to be told it wouldn't be ready till the next day.

How do you come for an oil change and inspection on a secondary vehicle and this location not top off the fluid levels? The washer fluid for windshield and need air/low tire pressure light is on. I called after pickup and inspection and James is about as flip and sarcastic as they come. I inquired if they topped off the fluids and he stated yes, . I expressed my concerns and he dives into the vehicle is an 04 and there must/may be a leak...think of how old it is. First of all, of there was a leak, that would or should have been covered on the inspection that was paid for! There is not leak. A poor job was done because I didn't fall for the $8,000 gimmick. Terrible service.

Had a tire problem on mile 600 of a 1200 mile trip. They got us in and out and back on the road even working around their full schedule because of our situation. I can’t thank these guys enough! Would give you 10/5 stars if I could. Amazing customer service!!

They were supposed to check my battery first thing in the morning when the head technician arrived, as I had brought the car in at 4:30 the previous evening. However, I never heard from anyone. I called later that day and was told the battery hadn't been checked yet. I called again the following day and got the same response. Frustrated, I waited a week without any updates. After returning from a trip, I had to visit the shop in person to find out what was happening. I found my car sitting on the side of the building. I asked if anyone was ever going to call and update me. It was beyond ridiculous! Needless to say, I didn't go ahead with any of their suggested services.

Bad experience! At 5 pm I ran to this store because my tire was flat and I needed help and they just said no. the store closes at 7. my tires are firestone :)

Don't take a tire there for repair, you'll get the "can't be repaired" story and they'll try to sell you 4 tires.

I've always had a great experience at this location with Bryant and his team very help ful and knowledgeable, good customer service But my last experience with James Beasley was terrible he drop the ball and was very rude hung up in my face talked over me quoted incorrect price just seem not to care at all. I would like to be contacted about James behavior. However after speaking with the manager Bryant he's the reason I would even consider returning.

Service advisor Bryan was honest about my old tires and made a deal on new tires I couldn’t refuse which is never the case at Firestone. I always order tires online because they never match prices but he did in this case. This is my new favorite location! Thanks to the team for getting me done same day and getting my truck back in alignment and smooth as silk on the road. That’s what quality customer service is all about!!!

Whenever someone mentions alignment for their vehicle, I mention Firestone. I tell them I have lifetime alignment on mine. Now as far as the 'Wolfchase" location, I chose that one because it had the highest ratings amongst Firestone's near me while I am in town.

I brought my car to this shop in November, 2023 for a new catalytic converter installation. Within the first week, I noticed a strong exhaust odor. I returned the car and found out they forgot to reinstall the exhaust manifold heat shield and left several engine bolts loose. They tightened the loose bolts but never put the heat shield back on, despite repeated calls assuring me they ordered the part. I would not recommend this shop based on this experience. What a wonderful experience. I broke down on the I-20 interstate. Saturday night. need a tow truck and repair shop. I settled with Firestone and B & B towing. Made 2 very wise decisions. Firestone, Nina was the best ever. They were open Sonday morning. I was already in their lot. They were able to get me in the door quickly. And I was back on the road by noon. I am so grateful for their repair job, customer service and friendliness. Could praise so much more. But I think you hear my recommendation. Go, relax and let them take care of you. One last thing. I had no brakes The mechanic had to work under my trick with no lift No ground comfort And he had to also work under an awkward position to get to my brake line That's professionalism, determination and care.
