Cody and his team took care of my vehicle’s brake problem. I had the brakes done a week before and he assured me that they will take their time to figure out the issue, and to resolve it for me. He and his team certainly did. I’m grateful for his persistence and attention to detail to get it done. Also, it was accomplished during a busy Black Friday weekend. Definitely coming back!

We are very happy with the service we received. The technicians were very honest and didn’t try to upsale us to something we didn’t actually need. They were very friendly and got my car repaired on time like they said they would. We are customers for life!

I confirmed Firestone bad reputation. I brought my car to have all 4 shock absorbers replaced due they were making noise when going over bumps. The shop handled the alignment service, part purchases, and installation, but the noise persisted, clunking in front and have excessive noise. Then I returned to the shop to have it tested again and the Master Tech stated during multiple test drives after replacement that everything was good but could hear a popping sound. Master tech verified with SSS that everything was secure sound, must be from loose items in the trunk. Therefore, I took the car to other locations for inspection, and they concluded that Firestone had done a bad job. Over time the car had a rapid tire, suspension wear and poor handling (11,000 miles front nearly new tires got bald). I needed to change the tires, control arms, ball joints and the stabilizer bar links, as well as the alignment service, but even so the noise persists and I have realized that the noise originates from the upper strut mounts that come with the shocks, if these are not replaced or are defective it causes the tires and entire suspension to have a rapid wear and excessive noise. Firestone did not do a good job and because of that my car had even more wear. It is worth mentioning that they also did not fix my AC, because they could not detect any leak, so they just put gas on it, and after a couple of weeks the AC stopped cooling, even they wanted more money to fix it. Firestone needs to focus on its workers because of their bad job, which could result in accidents for customer. Avoid this place at all costs, apart from the fact that the charge a lot, they don't do the work well.

I was having battery issues on my 2020 silverado,firestone auto service center in Mesa, greenfield&university was able to resolve this for a fair price. I was happy they offer Diehard batteries,iv’e used that brand for 52 years!

My daughter went there to fix a check engine code AutoZone said was a P012 code. This indicates a valve timing solenoid, she also requested an oil change. They kept the car for the entire day and did nothing. Day two had the car all day. They said the car was throwing too many different codes, and they could not determine the issue, but did the oil change $100. I checked the oil when she came home. Oil was down a quart and dirty. They hadn't done the oil change and she went back for a refund and they refused to give her back her money. She had the solenoid replaced by another shop. No issues.

Had a 12 pm appt and dropped car off at noon, went to eat and an hour later the my truck is sitting in the same spot and nothing been done, I asked the guy behind counter and he said he was still waiting for someone to bring car in bay. I can understand if they are behind or short handed, but tell your customers that when they bring it in especially if they are waiting for it and let the customer decide if they want to wait or make another appt. 99 percent of the time they have my car done with in a few hrs.

Don't bring your car here !!!! Went in for ac repair. Paid 400 for it to not work. Took it back in and they want even more after not fixing it the first time. The next day my car won't start and I got stranded in the summer heat. Worst shop

Showed up for my appointment for an alignment and waited 3 hours for my alignment to be worse than when I showed up. Extremely disappointed with this location and them wasting my time.

The service is great. Attitudes are great, and they don't try to sell women service that they actually don't need. That is very important to me. That's why I always recommend Firestone to my clients at work. The only reason I didn't give a score of 10 is because the restrooms are usually pretty dirty and always dead bugs in the overhead lights.

Worst shop. Brought car in for ac repair . Spent 400 dollars for it to not work. Took it back in and they had my car for 5 days to tell me that I need to pay more even though they never fixed it from the beginning. When I picked up my car next day it broke down while at work I got stranded outside in heat waiting for a jump. Well that didn't work now I have to get it towed I have no car and I'm 6 month pregnant. Thank you firestone for taking my money and now breaking my car

I came in for a five thousand mile checkup. which I assumed included an oil change and lube. I got burned for a full checkup. but no oil change. even when the dashboard was telling the mechanic one was needed. this information was not relayed to the front desk. I was told their system did not allow this type of communication because doing so was 'inefficient!' of course I was blamed for my failure to actually ask for an oil change. this has never happened before!

This place is garbage. Went to have headlight fixed, brakes inspected/pads replaced, and tire plugged. Headlight is still not working. Idiots couldn’t even fill the tire with the correct psi, so the tire was low. Oh and the brakes are still making noise like they weren’t even inspected. What great bunch of guys. Thanks douchebags! This isn’t even my personal vehicle and I’m still upset. Beware of incompetent morons at this location!

Brought in my 2024 Chevrolet 3500 company truck to get its second oil change. Got a “Low Oil” message on the dash the next morning on my way to work. The truck was 2 QUARTS LOW on oil. The dipstick was bone dry. Plus they left oil stains all over the motor and air box. Careless work by the “Mechanic”.

Not a great first experience. I’ve heard bad things about Firestone but I wanted to give them a shot myself. I walked in around 12pm and waited about 10 minutes before I had to go find someone from the shop because the office was empty. Finally an employee who seemed a little annoyed that I was there checked me in. I wanted to get an oil change tire rotation and check engine light looked at. I was told they wouldn’t be able to look at the check engine light which is ok. I can come back another day, no problem. I was told it would be ready between 2pm and 3pm, no worries we dropped it off. 4:40 came by and we hadn’t received a call, so we decided to head down there since they close at 5pm. When I got the the vehicle was in a bay but not racked up or anyone near it, I figured it was done. Once again no one in the office so I had to look for someone in the shop. I was told my front tires were bad measuring 3/32 and 4/32 and that my alignment was off so they didn’t rotate my tires. Also, battery was reading low and foreseen to fail so they recommend to replace. I asked why I wasn’t called, I would have done the alignment and possibly 2 tires if needed. I was told they were too busy. I asked why they didn’t rotate the back tires to the front if they were good, vehicle is front wheel drive so it makes sense. I was told that they couldn’t legally touch them, a talk off which I know is bogus. Vehicle liability is always the customers responsibility as long as they are aware of needed repairs. I had to ask him to remove the tire rotation charge since they didn’t rotate them which he agreed to. I got home and decided to look at my front tires in case I needed to go get new ones. Front left is 7/32 and right is 6/32 with no alignment wear patterns. You can see in the pictures that the tread is well above the wear bars which are at the 3-4/32 mark. Btw I was told they didn’t have the alignment specs where they found that it was off because they didn’t take a picture, I doubt they even checked it. All credibility went out the window with this shop. Makes me wonder if they even did the oil change since it seems that they have a turn and burn system and I almost got GOT for 2 tires and an alignment, definitely not ok.

They take time to understand your concerns and help you understand your options. They do the work quickly, efficiently and correctly. I don't recommend anyone use Firestone! They damaged my friend's car and refused to pay for it. She's a single mother and they're taking advantage of her, shame on them. I had issues with Firestone years ago for my vehicle as well, absolutely despicable what they're doing.

Lucas was fantastic. His store is got great service. But the gem in this place is the general manager, Casey Rodman. Casey Understands the core of customer service which is not about flashy signs and balloons and coupons. It's about having a personal connection with a customer and then doing extraordinary work because he has the best employees in the business. I recommend anyone who drives a car come to Firestone on Greenfield and University Mesa, AZ. He's kind of ugly like me but amazing customer service.

We took the car in to have the radiator replaced due to a road hazard, and to have the tires replaced while it was there. .They didn't reconnect the turn signal, they did not remount the spare tire, the AC had been disconnected to make the radiator repair possible, and they did not reconnect it, the fog lights don't function and now, when making a phone call, the blue tooth picks up but it also comes through on the phone. I checked the price on the radiator through the dealer, the Firestone price was 3 times the RETAIL price at the dealer. The technicians didn't finish the job, there was NO Quality Control by the management. The turn signal was dealt with before we left the lot, my wife had to turn around when she saw the spare in the back of the car, she is on her way now for the rest of the issues to be fixed. I've spent a lot of money with Firestone over the years, but my trust is broken. Will we continue to find issues? Probably so. This experience has been horrible.

I had found my Jeep’s battery had died at 3pm on Sunday. I called and spoke to Lucas who was able to order my battery, install it, and have me on my way the same day by closing time at 5pm. I was very impressed with the level of service and accommodation given they were able to provide on a Sunday afternoon all for about $200 less than the competitors. I will definitely be using them again.
