Bill has great customer service! From setting the appointment quickly, greeting me at the door, quoting the service and options, performing the repairs, calling, checking me out... everything was top notch, polite and efficient.

Took fleet vehicle in for oil change that had been scheduled online, when I told the guy at the counter that I was there for an appointment scheduled online, he started talking to a co-worker about something else as if I wasn't there. Then when he finally decided to acknowledge me, he asked if I was leaving the vehicle there for the rest of the day (the online reservation asked the same question and I had selected that I would wait) and then claimed that it would take at least 3 hrs to get approval from the fleet management company. I informed him that when I booked the appointment through the fleet management company, it indicated that an oil change and tire rotation did not require prior approval, but he continued to insist that it would take at least 3 hrs, even as I was walking out the door. If your employees are trying to find reasons to not do any work, that tells me all I need to know about this location. Happy to take my fleet vehicle and personal vehicles elsewhere for service.

Would love to give a negative star review. This has been my go to shop for years and after slowly watching it go downhill over the last year I will have to say I'm finally done. I had an appointment and 4 hours later it was still sitting in the shop with no oil change. They are quick to send a report via email of what's wrong, but not to actually do the work that you took it in for.

I do most of my own maintenance but there's just certain things that I can't easily do myself- like an alignment. I purchased a lifetime alignments package for my F150, and just came in for my second alignment. The service advisor asked for 2 hours but they got it done in 40 minutes. He also mentioned a couple of services they recommend given the mileage, and wasn't pushy on getting those done through them which I appreciate. I'll definitely keep them in mind for other maintenance jobs that I might not want to do myself. Also their shop is very clean.

I came in with a punctured tire and they said they could patch it up no problem however three days later the tire was still leaking bad and I ended up needing a whole new tire due to Firestone shaving the tire down too far making it un-fixable. Gunnell’s is only a block away and much better 👍

Came in on September 26th, 2024, for a prepurchase inspection, and the guys saved me from making a horrible decision. Seth and Julian were amazing. They shared a lot of knowledge and issues with the car that they found and learned from personal experience. 100% would recommend.

Every single time I bring in my vehicle for service, I can expect disappointment. This place is run by unchecked teenagers. Oil leaks after oil changes. Spare left on after having a hole in tire. Unapproved battery replacement. Forgetting to service my truck all weekend. Pencil whipping tire pressures on inspection sheet.

Visited this Sept 2024 for an oil change. My paperwork shows everything done at that vist. There was a picture of all 4 of my tires with a report stating "End of Life." Funny thing is the tires, all 4, were installed 3 weeks ago and there was less than 50 miles on them. Who are these people working there. I will not be returning.

I love it here I have been coming to Firestone for 2 years. Today I was having a crazy day with my car and I called location in mesa I spoke with Tyler and he got me in right away. He was awesome with the knowledge of my car. Also I had to pick up my dog from the groomer and Julien took me such a good driver. I will definitely come back again. THANK YOU FIRESTONE TEAM

Great experience at Firestone in Mesa!! Bill was wonderful. Honest and very informative. I had a complete service done on my truck - rear differential fluid change, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, oil change, clean fuel system, plus vehicle inspection. Everything was reasonably priced. No upselling on things I didn’t need and recommendations on things I would eventually need. Customer for life!!

Professional and courteous staff. Very helpful and it took about 2 hours for all 4 tires to be replaced and an oil change. This was before every who works there looked like they were 12. The new manager once upon a time was very friendly and nice. I'm not sure what it was about today but he was very short didn't seem to care about what I was telling him about the other location off main and power, which he probably shouldn't care its not his store but after multiple attempts of trying to get service from the main location I decided to travel out of the way to lindsey location because when I did live on that side of town and used that location, the service was always exponential. The best thing about this visit was they were able to accept me as a walk in due to a nail being in my tire. I didn't bring the whole car just the tire and I called ahead of time he said he could it unlike the main and power location. When I arrived wheeling the tire into the shop, One of the first questions was did you bring the car or just the tire? I was wheeling the tire across the lobby. Then I was trying to explain to him what just happened and on many other accords with the other location he kept cutting me off. Then he noticed that I just bought a tire and it was still within warranty. I wasn't driving the car when the tire blew out so I asked him would he honor the warranty, that he brought to my attention then he tells me that it was for a different tire even though they all came from Firestone. it was almost 150 for 1 tire and he didn't even call me to let me know they were finished I just went back there after about an hour to check. We sat in the car waiting for the call but he came out of the entrance and waved to the car we were in signaling that the tire had been changed.

Wonderful service and kind helpful employees. I had an emergency on Saturday and they had me bring it right in even though they were horribly busy. They took me home and picked me up. Cannot ask for a better experience. Highly recommend.

I started taking my vehicles here simply due to proximity. I've been very impressed with the service they provide. The work they've done so far has been quality work. They are always actively applying discounts and providing coupons for their services. Whenever I'm on site interacting with staff I have never left feeling upset or unhappy. They've got a good crew over here. Different location, but same company - I found myself stranded with a destroyed tire. I had the kids with me. Luckily I was a couple hundred feet from a Firestone Auto. I limped over there and asked for help getting the spare on. They quickly threw our car into the bay and helped me out. I was able to wait in the customer waiting area with my kids. They definitely went above and beyond.

I was told I needed 3 services or things needing fixing. 1 service(cleaning) literally is part of the part needing replaced. This shouldn't be 2 separate charges separate labor cost when you literally are doing one because of the replacing. I was quoted 14 hrs of labor for what should take 5 according to my own research. If you I already have things removed to replace part, Why am I being charged the labor to remove and replace same items twice? Again, I did my own research calling trusted family members, researched online how to self replace, and also called other local shops to ask what the their quote and labor costs would be. My car was already at Firestone and I did not have the means to tow it elsewhere. Conclusively, they misdiagnosed car because after replacement the same issue remained. Instead they cleaned and replaced orig. parts and charged(labor diagnostic fee) $600 This was their error(misdiagnosed) that caused hours of labor. Not cool, do not recommend car repairs.
