The guys there were nice, but overfilled the oil tank and it ended up leaking. When I confronted the guy about it, he told me that it was transmission fluid and told me that I should have the transmission checked. Which would have costed me lots of money. It wasn’t the transmission at all. It was exactly what I had speculated, he put in too much oil. The servicer said that transmission fluid is clear just like the engine oil and that then it runs through it comes out clear. What possessed him to say that I am not clear but correct me if I’m wrong. Be careful and make sure you know how to ascertain yourself because they might tell you something that isn’t true because they think that you don’t know.

146 dólares por un balance de neumáticos y 139 por una alineación de ruedas, acabo de botar todo ese dinero, pues mi auto salió peor de lo que llegó, mecánicos deficientes que con todo y bancos de pruebas computarizado no logran hacer un trabajo satisfactorio. Después de que me intentaron meter mil escudas y discutir mis derechos al hacer que metieran mi auto 2 veces para ver si podían resolver el problema en fin me lo llevé por cansancio y lo dejé yo mejor con dos llaves y un gato hidráulico en frente de casa, por favor les pido de todo corazón no les regalen más su dinero a esta banda de estafadores. May mal Servicio y poca professionalidad y altos precios no se lo recomiendo a nadie no sabe nada de mecanica , el Servicio que dieron no Sirvio para nada despues de ir tres veses por el carro y aun así son unos estafadores ojala y al dueño le preste mas interese su negocio saludos

Rafael the manager is the best. He helped me get a great deal on tires when I was in a pickle and he took care of me. Felt like family. He’s a great manager and great location.

This store just SUCKS the service is poor and rude, the management is terrible and the employees are inept at their jobs DO NOT GO HERE unless you want you're car damaged, what a dump this place is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life this place needs to close, I will once again reiterate that i.posted this review 2 days ago and I am now adding more details to my initial review, I received the same standard answer that I have seen on here for ALL the reviews , same wording ,same standard reply just with different name attached from SENDER, looks like a BOT is replying to these negative reviews just trying to do damage control everyone on here needs to look at that and just realize this is a poorly run business with poor management and poor service ,DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS AND PASS THE WORD ALONG TO OTHERS TO AVOID THIS SCAM SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Hoy en la mañana llevé mi carro a este Auto care center y me dijeron un precio primero por hacer el cambio de las 4 bobinas y las 4 bujías y solo me cambiaron la q estaba dañada o sea me cobraron como si lo cambiaron todo.Son unos estafadores y mentirosos y el Manager de ahí un cómplice porque le puse la queja y no le importo.Muy mal servicio al cliente,una recomendación no vallan ahí para q no sean estafados.

This is the slowest location by far. I've waited over 2 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment, on a car with 30k miles which gets alignments yearly, so no big job. 1 person has been here longer for similar "quick" services. If I hadn't paid for lifetime alignment I wouldn't be coming back ever.

Flat, needed to replace the tire, been a customer for over 20 years. Called in the morning, they said it would take a while so I told them I can leave the car. Left car at 8am because it was going to take a while. They never called so when I called them they said just before 6pm. Got here at 5:34pm and the car has not been started. Now I'm missing an appointment I need to be at because they could not mount a tire in 10 hours. Very disappointed. Got a bunch of excuses, not enough techs, to much work... I expected the minimum and got less. I had left a 5 star about 8 months ago. Deleted it. It's 6pm, no car. 6:20 and they did not rotate the tires as I requested when I left the car. I have all 3 of my cars tires and service on by Firestone for over 20 years.

This shop couldn't take care of 2 tires that needed repair. We waited 2 hours before we decided to leave. The shop manager knew we were waiting and still didn't care. They hadn't even taken the time to check the tires. Enterprise sent us to this shop, believe me I won't go back. Avoid this garage at all costs. Rude, rude, rude.

Took my car to this Firestone because of flat tire. The Firestone gentleman told me that the car should be on site until Friday because of 4 of July. I have to drive the flat tire to a different Firestone where they fixed the tire in 30 minutes. I would not go there anymore and or recommend it to a friend or family member.

First off thank you for calling me back to advise on the year stamp of the tires. Also thank you for installing the tire correctly on to the wheels yellow circle next to valve stems. Only issue is the huge scratch one of the wheels got during installation of tires, other than that thank you. Anyone with Subaru Ascent, these stock size AT tires are great. This appointment is more maintenance than usual for my vehicle. I was advised to add certain items I had not considered and the service manager added coupons to lower the total cost. The work was performed relatively quickly. I have already made an appointment for more work after receiving excellent service this week on my 2014 Charger. I speak from experience having moved many times to many cities as an engineer it is a nice relief to get good work done on the vehicle.

Very unfortunate but I've had two unpleasant experience at this Firestone. Last time I serviced my truck the tech decided to get in my truck without washing his hands causing damage to my headliner and leaving hand prints all over my truck, it almost seemed intensional. My wife recently took her truck for a typical tire rotation/balance and alignment. Note: She doesn't know much about vehicles. A week later I got in her truck and noticed the steering wheel was a few degrees off to the left and now I can see one of the front tires wearing abnormal. I Typically have a good experience at Firestone, I'm hoping the issue is the this location.

I was told the price for the services I was requesting would be $110 (before taxes, I presumed); the final charge was $191.26 after all fees and taxes. I was not informed of the full price before leaving the car and having the service done. I would give a "3" to the overall experience because the techs who did the actually work seem to have done a good job (I am satisfied with the condition of the vehicle; they would get 4 or 4.5 stars); it was the customer service reps that blew it (they would get the "1," or "-1," if there such a rating) and have ensured that I won't be back, neither will I recommend the place to anyone.

I went to that place to fix a flat tire and to do the oil chance, I left the car there at 9am and they told me that will be ready at 3-4 pm, I called at 2 to make sure they will be able to have it ready because I have to go to work and they said that because i didn’t have an appointment is it taking long than expected. At 4pm I stopped by and now they said that a bunch of people was not there because were on vacación, sick, etc. I took my car with no service done at 4:00pm with no opportunity to take it to a different place to have it fixed. The service is really poor and they are not even honest with their clients. Don’t go there, they don’t even care about you or your car

Louis is an amazing tech. He took care of us when we got the tires in September and again last week, when we had a nonrepairable blowout. I’ve found this shop to be honest when I’ve asked questions or had concerns.

The reason I rate them like this is because I went yesterday, and they told me I needed to wait three to four hours to get my tire repaired. He told me to make an appointment for today, so I did, for 2:00 p.m. When I arrived, he told me I still needed to leave my car for three to four hours, even though I had an appointment. I saw eight empty spots out of ten, and there were only three cars there. I think they just didn't want to work. I had just bought four new tires from them last month. I ended up going to Mr. Goma on US1 to get my tire repaired, and I only paid $30 for the patch. Even at Firestone, it would have been free, but they didn't want to do it.

Went for 4 new tires and left with 4 new tires and 4 scratches and nicked rims. They have zero care for your car. If you value your car go somewhere else. Then when the "manager" is outside taking photos he is being sarcastic and rude the entire time. He only apologized once inside in front of other customers. Will never return and will continue to share mg experience at Firestone.
