I'm just giving my opinion so that it doesn't happen to someone else. I'm going to speak directly. I was waiting 4 hours for the tires to be replaced and when I asked again they told me that they didn't have any tires. I'll leave it up to you to decide.

We were leaving on vacation to Orlando when I notice a possible flat tire. I arrived early at 8am and David helped me at the front desk. I explained our urgency to depart for our vacation. They diagnosed it as a flat tire and fixed it within 45 minutes that I arrived. We made it to Orlando at check in time. Thank you David and his team.

I was next in line behind an elderly man in a wheelchair, there were issues with his account so the salesman helped him by calling his daughter and finding the current number. The older man was nervous and confused, the salesman was patient, respectful and helpful. I didn’t mind waiting because that’s the way every elderly person should be treated. The tire on my car was replaced within 90 minutes with no appointment. I recommend this business and as for Mr. Ruiz, he is a rock star.

$130 dollars for an oil change and tires weren’t rotes when they said they would. I went back and told them to please rotate them for me. The guy told me that my car had some problems with the arms that if I rotated them that the car would rattle this and that and no rattling notice in that like it’s really disheartening that they wanna make a quick book by telling you stuff that’s not true. I think it would be wise for you to say the truth instead of making up stories that you have this problem you have that problemlast time I go to this fire stone I’m gonna stick to Jiffy Lube

Great experience at this Firestone thanks to the manager, Maximus! Went in without an appointment and they were able to quickly accommodate me for an oil change. The car was ready within two hours and he kept me informed of updates at all times. Overall great customer service!

DO NOT COME HERE! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Incompetent employees and management. Went in for a simple patch on a tire and ended up in Volkswagen paying $100 for a tire alignment. First, went in for a patch on my front right tire, waited about two hours, to find out a day later that they patched the wrong tire (left front tire). Went back to get the correct patch on and was confronted by the manager who insisted I was to pay for the new patch because they had already patched one of the tires (a wrong one). After explaining the situation, the manager decided to waive the fee and had me wait another 2 hours for the patch. There was no apology, actually, both the employee that initially changed the tire and the manager were disrespectful and disingenuine, stating that if I was to ever come back with another nail on my tire they would not patch it up. We drove away and I realized that the car was shaking when you reach 60+ miles, and automatically realized that they had altered something in the tires to cause the shaking. We have two little kids and the fact that they had the audacity to do this shocked us. We took the car to Volskwagen to get analized and were told that the tires were taken out of alignment and needed to be balanced again. I will be taking this to corporate as they endangered my family on purpose over wrong doing on the staff and management. If you care for the safety of your family please do yourself a favor and take your business someplace else.

Oil change!!! Dont trust on this guys They charge you for their mistakes. The last time I came to do an oil change and they tightened the oil plug too much, now they say they have to charge me for a new oil plug, when they were the ones who broke it.

We ordered tires from tire rack with a pre-agreed installation amount of $116.64 and date of installation choosing Firestone on 137th Ave. and Miller (Store #27863 Managed by RAFAEL GUTIERREZ) . The tires were delivered directly to the store, and upon our arrival for installation, we were asked if we wanted some additional services in which we denied, and then proceeded to be told the installation price was going to be $190, more than what was agreed-upon without any logical explanation other than the price was wrong and could not cover the mechanics work. That, I explained, is between Tire Rack and Firestone’s fee schedule and whoever manages that process. The manager Rafael was smug, condescending and had no justification for the increase. He shouldn’t be Manager let alone customer-facing as he is a horrible representation for the company and brand. I strongly suggest to any Consumer to stay away from this store for their bait and switch and bad faith practices.

BUYER BEWARE!!! ! I went to this Firestone a couple of weeks ago to patch a tire with a nail in it. They charged me $30 for the patch which is pretty standard and went on my way after 30 mins. 3 days later the same tire was low on air again. I went back to the same Firestone and was told I had a new nail in it and it was not patchable because it was too close to the wall. Something didn't add up to me. So I had them put the tire back on and went somewhere else. At the second place I had them take the tire off to see of they ever patched the tire. To my surprise. They never patched the tire the first time. The nail was still there. They had charged me and done no work. I will never take another car to this mechanic and I would suggest the public avoid this establishment.

Ante todo un cordial saludo al equipo de trabajo Lo lleve a alinear la dirección y Sencillamente mi carro salio peor de como entró.tuve q ir 2 veces mas ..y solo buscaron justificar las causas basándose en otros elementos,como quitandose responsabilidades..la primera vez Fue algo impresionante xq el carro se iba totalmente hacia la derecha pudiendo provocar un accidente,de ahí volví lo corrigieron pero la verdad si sigue iendo hacia la derecha,y la verdad es q todos esos elementos en los q se basan para justificar q el carro se va hacia la derecha estaban ahí cuando lo lleve x primera vez y el no se iba tanto así hacia un lado,les agradezco su colaboración y espero que entiendan q solo es una encuesta..pero los elementos x los cuales justifican el problema estaban ahí cuando fui y resulta q el carro esta peor,Gracias x su atención y q tengan un venidero año nuevo lleno de bendiciones..Sinceramente no voy más a ese lugar y al q me me pregunte le recomendaría q ni vaya..pues fui a otro sitio y me alinearon bien mi carro ya..eso reafirma q no hicieron bien su trabajo y q solo buscan excusas pa sacarle dinero al cliente..Bendiciones
