Desde que me acerque a la recepción la atención de Katherine fue excelente muy amable y me respondió todas mis inquietudes, luego el mecánico Adrian también me atendió muy bien, me dio consejos para el buen funcionamiento del carro, hice rotación de gomas y montaje de una batería nueva, su trabajo fue excelente, rápido, cuidadoso, en general se mostró muy profesional. My wife’s car needed a much needed tune up. The wait time was a bit long but understood. The advisor was great with addressing future issues needs to be addressed. The issue that I do have is not the service that was provided the comfort inside the lobby. Smelling the rubber of the tires that’s on display can be a little overwhelming. I’m glad the service advisor had some air freshener to spray.

Firestone hires scammers due to the fact they can’t keep business. They recommended me to get new brakes, brake fluid etc and told me the price would be $1,000. I declined which they then said I need to get them done soon before I cause more damage. When I get my brakes inspected by a competing company, they tell me my brakes are just fine and even so, wouldn’t cost me $1,000. Firestone stoops low because they can’t do business genuinely. They have zero integrity.

I arrived Sunday morning 9/22, having reserved 4 tires online at the location next to Southland Mall and did the early morning appointment and got a confirmation. These were $68.99 each. I got to the front desk and the service advisor (heavy set guy whose name I did not get) claimed to have no record of it, said the only option I had was a brand that would be $701. I left and went to Pep Boys down the street. Got their version of the $68 ones PLUS 2 front brake pads for $632. Just make me wonder how and why the 4 tires I reserved online (it gives you the option to do this) mysteriously "vanished" off their radar.

I was legitimately scammed at this location. Brought the car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They called after the inspection trying to upcharge with a nail patch and a tire alignment. Car was returned with leaking oil. Took the car to a trustworthy mechanic, he was actually very furious with their work. He said they left the oil cap loose and it was a very dangerous situation, there was no nail or patch on any tires, and the car didn't need an alignment.

Hoy Julio 25 del 2024 estuve en este taller para el cambio de aceite de mi carro. Me dijeron que ya estaban al cerrar y faltaban 35 minutos, después de casi rogarles me lo hicieron y vaya sorpresa la mía, me cobraron $119.00 dólares. Donde en otros talleres me cobran cuando más $75. 00. Es evidente que se aprovecharon de mi. No se lo recomiendo a nadie!

Me querían estafar , envíe a mi mamá hacerle cambio de aceite a mi vehículo y le saliendo con unas cosas falsas que no necesitaba , y si no lo cambiaba lo que ellos decían , no podía hacerle el cambio de aceite. Ella fue más inteligente fue al Firestone del Doral y verificamos con ellos, y no era necesario nada lo que este lugar me recomendó , les dejé las dos propuesta .la del Doral es de 284 $ y la de 1763$ es de este lugar . Para que saquen sus conclusiones

We are always well treated at this service center. It just a little too long on an oil change that day, but otherwise the entire family are always taken care of at this center. Updated service was great, service gentleman was polite, explained my problem with my front tires and again I had nails in both front tires not just one. Tires at back were also worn and I went through different scenarios to combat my impending cost but I would be driving out of town and needed to know I’d be safe. I was amazingly in and out within 1-1/2 hours and happy to have one less thing to worry about.

Brought back a tire that was clearly factory-defective with two long bulging spots on two opposite sides of the tire. The steel belts were showing through multiple cracks where the bulges appeared. Tire had a lot of tread left, having been driven 22k miles in four years. The smug manager basically called me a liar in many ways because he didn't believed anything I had said during our conversation. I'm not a liar and everything I had said was 100% the truth. Firestone doesn't stand behind their products. The same issue with bulging and separated steel belts had happened a few years ago with two tires on my wife's car. The same thing happened: they would not stand behind their products. I have bought many tires from this location over many years. They have lost me as a loyal customer. Never again will I be a customer after the treatment I received today and because they don't stand behind their products. PS: I just remembered that with one of my tires several years ago, the tech did not changed the stem which I had paid to replace. It was impossible to be an oversight because he would need to remove the air and fill the tire via this stem. I knew it wasn't replaced because the old stem was cracked near its base. After I reached home, I checked the stem and saw thar it was still cracked. This is not an honest place of business.

Paid for the lifetime alignment and a tire balance. When I left the vehicle was still vibrating like crazy at 60 miles an hour and pulling to the right , I took it back THREE times and they could not get it right! Also when getting an alignment they should be able to print out a report for you and they could not do it once. They also could care less, very horrible customer service, basically told me I could go to any Firestone, must know their techs suck. On top of it,they damaged my center caps and tried to cover it up with cheap black silicone. I took my vehicle to the Firestone in Homestead and they managed to get it right on the first visit.
