i was there this morning, Eduardo was the technician, drove my car, put it on the rack and told me the car was aligned and I didnt need the service. I felt like i was in a different decade back when service was excellent and honest. I have taken my car to this firestone location twice in the last 3 years and I will continue to do business there. alignment price is competitive and I recommend their service

Service was extremely good! Jose explained everything related to my vehicle, make sure my car was up to date maintenance wise, and got me in and out within the hour! Definitely found a new mechanic shop for my vehicles. Thanks Jose you’re the best!

Bottom line: Manager not friendly, acted annoyed to be there. Bright side: Nick, who fixed my flat, was friendly and helpful, he’s the only reason I would return to this Firestone. Lastly: how is it that a car repair shop who has employees working outside in the Florida heat does NOT have water for employees or patrons? No water fountain on premises, there must be a law in place safeguarding employees working in the heat to be provided with water! Was told prior manager would bring them all water, smart guy. These ppl are gonna have issues if an employee has heat stroke!

Eddy, the manager at the Bird Road & 87 Ave storefront is very considerate of your time. He kept me informed of all that was being done. The process was quick and yet thorough. A dragging sound that I thought was the muffler turned out was just the plastic lining under the carriage and they pinned it in. Great service. Very happy customer here!

Just called headquarters, and was informed about a 2 day waiting period protocol to reach someone who is willing to help with my complaint about the new manager who does not recognize or take any accountability with poor tire alignment that eats your tires completely from the inside even after paying recent services for lifetime tire alignment. This manager with a chip on his shoulder (Jose Rodriguez) fails to realize that he is put in the position he is in to help customers and not deceive them by erasing from the computer a previous quote given by another member of his team just two days ago to replace all 4 tires and align them correctly because another member of the firestone team realized that my tires where damaged because of a poor alignment done by firestone. (Mr. Manager Jose Rodriguez that couldn't give me his business card because he did not have one) I will like to personally speak to the owner to tell him how deceitful and unscrupulous the new manager he has working for him is with his loyal customers that have been doing business with this particular franchise for years and how he treats his customers by telling them how their attitude is. I have no idea what is more insulting, the fact that I was told I have an attitude due the disgusting service given and price adjustment corrected by him stating he is not going to honor that price from the previous member of his team or having to interact with this person in the first place. Dear owner, I will call headquarters every single day and do whatever is necessary to have this problem fixed. Thank you new Manager (Jose Rodriguez) for giving me the opportunity to take my business somewhere else where customers are treated polite and professional and not given classes on conduct that i guarantee you are not qualified for.

My sister dropped her car off here and they charged her to replace the battery I just put a new battery in her car myself before the car went here. I asked to see the battery and test it, it was all of a sudden no longer available to see and couldn’t be found. You’re better off sending your car to a junkyard then bring it here. They’re your classic mechanic scammers.

Had new tires shipped here for installation and I’m very happy with the service. Dropped my car off at 10am on a Saturday and it was ready before noon. All the guys inside were friendly and helpful.

Did not have ANY battery for a Honda hr-v so they did not provide service. On a positive note, they referred us to the neighboring Advance Auto Parts which had it and installed it quickly

I took my Ford Escape in to get my tires done 2-3 months ago and also got my brakes done. The work seemed a bit on the expensive side - I opened a credit account to get it done - but I thought I was paying for quality.That is until last Sunday... Every single brake light came on. Every. Single. One. I ran it back to Firestone after work only to first be belittled by the front desk guy - because as a woman I must not be able to tell the difference between brake lights and a battery light - then, when the computer couldn't find a fault, I was refused an appointment because I couldn't take time off of work. Instead, I was told to "just show up" on Saturday morning for further testing. After waiting 2 hours, I was told my ABS module needs to be replaced and programmed for $1.5K! After I'd just paid over $2K!!! I've confirmed with 3 mechanics that this is a gross overcharging. Thanks for reminding me that I'm not pretty enough for decent service and too fat for a fair price.

This Firestone location on Bird Road has the best employees and customer service. Both Carlos and Sayed, in the front office, were unfailingly courteous and friendly, and the speed in which their mechanic repaired my tire was quite impressive. They are a credit to Firestone for their excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

On March 10, 2024 I took my 2008 Honda Fit to Firestone at 8690 Bird Rd for an oil leak and a horrible gas smell. I ended up paying $1082.52 for a complete vehicle inspection , cabin air filter, wiper blades, brake fluid, Fuel system cleaning and a valve cover gasket.. never an oil change nor checking for the oil leak, ( I found out later) jI asked about the gas smell and they denied the smell both Alex the manager and Salvador at the counter. The mechanic that gave me the car back admitted to the smell and claimed that The gas smell was (supposedly) a can of fix a flat that burst in the trunk. The next morning the car still had the oil leak and the emission light was on. I took it back. Salvador the gentleman who helped me said they would look at it again. The next day I called to see what they found and they found nothing, because they never checked. I took the car out of there and after $1082. my car is exactly the same . They were patronizing, rude, mocking as my request was ridiculous. They are thieves and their mechanics only know how to change tires, maybe !!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE .. Firestone is not what they used to be

I replaced all 4 tire sensors there, TPMS light still came on. They said it was the computer and to take it to the dealership (Honda). Took to the dealership, they said only one sensor working, and two aren't even there. The computer is fine. Someone is lying and based on my experience with forestone (especially the one in dadeland), I believe the dealership.
