Hello. You are being dishonest here. I was sitting in the waiting room when you came in.. you said hi can I get air. The man behind the counter said exactly these words. When compressed air is filled in a car at below freezing the compressed air can freeze your sensors. He also added that he knows this because it just happened yesterday to one lady. Her lights were solid and then after putting in air, they went to blinking. So it's up to you. But she had to pay for a new sensor at 120 dollars. But if you would like to get air pull up to bay 2. He NEVER said you can't have air. He gave you friendly advice. I know this because I commented to him right after and said that was kind of you to share these little things before so others can have a chance.

I went in to get some air in my tires and the man told me that if it's under 32° you can't put air in your tires because it can screw up your tire sensors which is not true if you don't put in the right amount of air it is actually a safety issue. Very disappointing and I do not like to be lied to take your car anywhere else but here

I got a flat tire so I took the rim off my truck and took it to Firestone on Burleigh. They didn’t have the size tire I needed so they went and grabbed one from another shop. It was still done quickly. I needed new tires anyway so a week later I went online, bought the tires, and made an appointment to have them installed. I went to get them put on and the manager, Carmine, explained to me I ordered the wrong size tires. I checked on my phone and sure enough I did. The tires I needed were more expensive and not in stock. Carmine was great and took care of everything. He sent someone to quickly pick up the correct size and he gave me a discount since I bought one a week earlier. So I ended up paying close to the online incorrect tire price. Carmine was super cool and great at his job. So was the guy who was putting on the tires, Anibal. I’ve never seen anybody put 3 tires on so quickly! Obviously it took longer than I thought but that was my fault. Watching Carmine and Anibal take care of my mistake made it well worth it

I went in for an oil change. Not only was it fast but the manager even gave me a coupon, cutting the cost in half. I will definitely go there again.

I dropped my car, off on time, for my 9:00am appointment this past Sunday. I had a tire change scheduled that had been on books for a whole week. When I dropped off my car, I noticed there was only one employee working but was not advised of any delays. My car wasn't ready for pick up until 3:32pm. With an appointment on the books for over a week and no update from the staff about any possible delays I was fairly upset with a 6.5-hour tire change. When I asked if there was anything they could do to make up for their lack of timeliness I received a dismissive response noting the $100 in saving I already had (due to the special sale I was exercising) and the lack of staff due to call offs. Please consider the Firestone location near Brookfield square on Moorland. Staff was much friendlier when I called prior to check on tire availability. Please under no circumstances use this location for any service.

Customer service was bar none. Carmine took me under his wing, and the team stayed later than close to complete my oil change. I've never in my life had a better experience with an oil change. I found my home base. Shout out to the entire crew!

Been taking our company trucks here for some months now and have had great experiences. The team is very accommodating to our needs and communicates with us frequently. We've never had any quality issues with them, and have always been good to go after the first service. They don't try to squeeze extra money out of you either with unnecessary maintenance/repairs, and also don't pressure you to accept their recommendations unlike other servicing centers. I've never had a negative interaction with any of the staff; all great and funny people! Overall I'd recommend anyone to get their car serviced at this location.

Definitely a great repair shop to get service done. I Only had a issue with a fuel situation, and without asking one of the service techs helped me out. They right away went across the street and came back with fuel for me. We proceeded to square up with the bill, they told me that their was no charge. They employees are so friendly, which Definitely calmed any anxiety I was feeling at the time. I will be using their service in the future.

Drove over a nail and realized while at the park with my kids. Called and said they'd take me right away. Arrived, everyone was so helpful as I had my 2 kids in tow. Giovanni fixed the tire quickly and was so kind. I was in and out in less than 45 mins!

Giovanni and the crew were able to get me in on a Sunday morning. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, updating me regularly. The parts I needed weren't readily available, but they found a way to get what I needed and get me back on the road. Very impressive work!

I will never go here again. The "manager" was absolutely terrible. He provided the worst service. I can't believe this little boy still has a job at this location. He is rude and disrespectful.

One word to describe the situation with this place is nightmare! It was a special day and I had my tire light come on. I called them and asked if they had time to help me get back on the road and they said to come in. I was told it was a simple nail in the tire and they had taken care of it. Not long later I’m back on the highway and my light comes on again for the same tire! I call them and was met with nothing but a rude manager who did nothing but talk down to and belittle me. He would not accept ANY responsibility at all. Even though it was completely on them for missing the real issue which was the side wall of the tire. I am truly disgusted by this business and I hope this review will save maybe just one person from having to deal with a nightmare like me. Please stay far away from this place!

This is my first time going to a fire stone and I had such a great experience! Dale was the person who checked me in and he was incredibly polite and professional. Gave me confidence and security from start to finish, and he updated me as my vehicle was being attended to. Everything from start to finish was incredible. I would definitely recommend and I am happy to give this establishment five stars!

I was given misleading information. My car arrived with my check engine on. I was told that my important repairs needed to be fix first before they can look at any other issues. After the important oil and coolant leak repairs were done, I was told there was no engine problems (as if it was diagnosed) and no need for engine tuneup like I initially requested on app. The check engine is still on. I called back 3 days later to asked about it and I was told that an engine diagnosis needs to be done after I asked multiple times about any engine issues. There was no engine recommendations on my summary sheet at all.

Update: just spoke to the manager. He was very rude, never acknowledged his mistakes and talked over me the whole time. Avoid at all costs! Omg this place is awful! After scheduling an oil change, I showed up and was told it would be 90. When I returned after 90 minutes my car had not moved!!! I was told they didn’t have a correct filter …. Seriously?? Because when I asked for my keys they said they could have it done in 10 minutes. I have never seen such horrible service anywhere. If your employees don’t want to work maybe you should close your doors! Don’t waste your time…. Avoid this place at all costs. I have been on hold waiting to speak to the manager for 10 minutes…. Worst place ever! I would give them zero stars!

Had an appointment here for an alignment which resulted in me having to speak with the manager. I have never been treated with such disrespect before. The manager was unbelievably unprofessional and began yelling at me for expressing my concerns in a calm manner. Would not recommend Firestone to any paying customer as it will only result in further problems.

I had an issue with my alignment here. After talking to the manager, it's an easy decision to never come back again. Not only was he incredibly rude but at one point even said he hopes I bring in my car again so he can let it sit for 2 weeks so I can't use it. Save yourself the headache and find another shop to take your vehicle.

I’m disappointed that I will not be taking my car here anymore. I gave 2 stars because the employees have been respectful towards me each time I’ve visited, but the service hasn’t been great especially recently. After taking my car in in April and having a decent amount of work done, I was told that there would be some lights on on the dash but not to worry about them. Fast forward to July, I wanted to make sure that none of the lights were alerting me to anything that needed to be fixed prior to going on a trip. I made an online appointment explaining all the above and requesting a vehicle inspection. The mechanic took my car for a test drive for maybe 15-20 minutes, came back, and told me to take my car to the dealership because there was “too much work that needed to be done,” and it was “beyond what they could do.” However, while I waited in the store, I heard employees tell other customers how busy they were that day. When I looked at my invoice from the store, there weren’t any specific notes about why I needed to take my car to the dealership. It seemed that they didn’t want to take the time to look and work on my car since they were busy that day. I was not charged for any service, but instead of taking my car to the dealership, I went to the Firestone in Menomonee Falls, and they were able to make the fixes I needed.

Not sure why I schedule an appointment for 7am if they aren't going to even start working on my vehicle until after 5pm. This is not the first time I have had issues here and will not be coming back.

VERY friendly staff! They acknowledged us right when we walked in. The tech was extremely knowledgeable. My car was in and out within 30 mins!! Will definitely be coming back for future oil changes and probably other needs! Close to home, friendly and responsive staff, knowledgeable and fast!!

I made an appointment for a routine procedure, and was annoying shocked to be sitting there more than two and a half hours after my scheduled time, watching other customers come and go in the time the technicians had allegedly been working on my car. There was no acknowledgement from the incredibly curt staff regarding the delay, no acknowledgement of my existence whatsoever, in fact, after sullenly taking my keys. So there I was, stuck in their smelly waiting room listening, at any given time, to two or three rude customer service dudes bark at unsuspecting customers on the phone at once, each talking over each other and the blaring television tuned to some extreme racing channel where every segment about dirt bikes and funny cars is set to obnoxious screeching hair metal garbage. As a setting for a thirty minute wait, maybe it’s tolerable-ish… pushing past the two and half hour mark, it’s like being in Hell’s lobby. Honestly, hospital waiting rooms are more pleasant. But, hey, at least sometimes the loud service agents would leave for long chunks of time, ignoring potential customers (during my time in their purgatory, I watched two people come in, wait for help, get frustrated when nobody noticed them, and leave). One couple assumed I must work there, on account of my being the only person they saw for their first ten minutes on site. The phone seemed to be ignored quite often, which, given the tone of the dudes answering it, might be a blessing for Firestone. Overall, it was a pretty miserable experience… a staff and environment that was unwelcoming, an appointment time that was seemingly meaningless, and an overall impression that my business was basically a burden. If I had been anyone else interacting with the staff, in person or on the phone, I would’ve been left with the same notion. I don’t think I will return to this location, or probably any Firestone facility in the future.

Service was exceptional and the staff and mechanics were very professional and knowledgeable. We required an emergency flat tire repair and wheel lug bolt repair and they did it quickly and we are very grateful! Anibal Cruz, the mechanic, was professional and diligent (it wasn’t an easy fix!). Carmine Di Pasquale, the store manager, was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service! Thank you so much!

Something going on with customer service here...They had my truck for 2 almost three days..I had an appointment just for smoke test and to correct check engine light...I got nothing...but we will look at it tomorrow lol
