Service was great, people are nice at the store. However, my driver's side floormats have greasy boot prints in them now. I need to have my car professionally detailed now, which is going to cost me around $300 dollars. I'm guessing that'll be cheaper than a set of Lexus floormats, but I'll look at that option as well.

Booked appointment and ordered tires 4 days in advance. Took off a few hours of work to get tires changed at 0800 appointment. Told they don’t have those tires and it will be 4 hours for them to come in. Why book an appointment, not order the tires for my car, and then not tell customer until that morning. Awful!

I purchased 5 new tires and had new brake pads and rotors done all around, on my 2013 F-150, on 6/8/24 at the Tinker AFB location. On 6/12/24, I noticed squealing and scraping sounds coming from the brakes. I took my truck to the Tulsa Promenade Firestone location to have it checked out. It turns out the technician at the Tinker location installed the brakes improperly causing one of the brakes to lock up which caused the brakes to glaze and warp the rotor. The team at the Tulsa Promenade location had to install new rotors and pads on the front and fix the backing plate on the rear which was apparently messed up during the initial brake installation. Also, I was informed that an alignment check is supposed to be standard when you have new tires put on. I did not recall them mentioning this at Tinker, so I asked the team in Tulsa to see if the Tinker techs had checked the alignment.....surprise to no one.....they didn't. I feel like for spending over $2200, things would be done correctly. I am very thankful for the team at the Tulsa Promenade location, but will NEVER trust the Tinker location with my safety.

DO NOT use this firestone if you expect quality work! Dropped my suv off for an oil change, now it is leaking oil.

I had my tires replaced and the service was quick. They advised me if a discount that wasn't listed and gave it to me.

Overall great experience. Appointment was a week after but that was because my day off was more convenient for me. The only thing for me was the price. Would've liked to have a more competitive discount. I priced it a bit lower off of the base.

They will do anything and say anything to get out of work... they fabricate policy's out of thin air, and when fact-check through Firestone website they act surprised and then slow play the work .... avoid this one trust me.took 3 hours for rotate and flat fix

What a frustrating experience I had with these people. Wish I read the reviews first but figured since being on base they knew what they were doing. They were awful. They said things were wrong that didn’t fix the root of the problem and spent money that I didn’t need to spend and then broke down because they said the problem was fine and it wasn’t. I will be talking with corporate on misleading service members. Sad they do that to more people here that have complained. What a joke they are

Yeah no don’t waste your time here I promise you they will not be worth 5+ hours of your time. Dropped my car off for a 1pm appointment and at 4pm they haven’t even started anything. No sense of urgency with these fools

Should have checked the reviews here before going to Tinker Firestone. I schedule my truck for a tire rotation the week prior and dropped it off at 8 a.m. They didn't even start until around 4 p.m. and it took them over 2 hours. The staff are courteous - but set the standard for slow work. I should have listened to my co-workers and gone to Discount Tire! Never again!

This is the worse tire shop in the city. Dropped truck off at 0730 for an 0800 appointment call 3x got 3 stories finally showed up at 1530. They had just started working on it putting the first tire on the first rim.

Dropped my truck off right before they opened. Should've waited the 5 minutes to make sure they got everything done that i wanted. I called at 9 am because i said on the instructions that i wanted it back by 11. They said they didn't think that would be possible but would try. I call at 3 to see if it's done and they say yes at first but then look at the drop off slip and notice , oh, you wanted this done too? Let me get the truck back in and get to work on that. They call at 5 saying what they checked out and needs to be fixed, so i ok the work to hopefully get it back by the end of the day. They call back a few minutes later and say oh wait, i just realized we close at 6 so we won't be able to get it done today. We can get back on it Monday, because this was a Friday and the tech that knew how to do the work wouldn't be there over the weekend. So because they didn't review all the work that needed to be done on turn in, i had to let my truck sit there over the weekend.

We had a horrible experience at Firestone almost 5 years ago and did not plan to ever go back. My daughter convinced me to give them another try. I made an appointment for 1 pm today for a new set of tires. The website said to go in a bit early, so we got there at 12:40. Asked if they could do an alignment too, and were told that wouldn’t be a problem. He told us it would be 2 to 2.5 hours, so we decided to wait it out. At 3:30 he told us the tech went to get us new lug nuts ‘awhile ago’ and should be back any minute. We explained that we had an appointment at 5, and needed to be out of there as soon as possible. At 4:10 we were told he still wasn’t back. We told them to put the old lug nuts back on, and suddenly the tech was back. We were told he had just the back tires to put on, shouldn’t be long. At 4:30, he told us ‘5 more minutes’. At 5:05, he finally called us and said he was done. Almost 4.5 hours later. And the alignment never got done! This was just for tires! $1100 later, no alignment, and a missed appointment, we are finally out of there . Never again!
