I had visited this shop years ago and was fairly satisfied except for trying to be upsold for wiper blades. A gentleman named Chris answered the phone when I called. He quoted me a price for an oil change and an air filter. When they were done in less than 1 hour I was charged EXACTLY what I was quoted!!! There is a small sign high on the wall that speakes about making the best customers by being honest. I will definitely tell everyone I know about this business. THANK YOU CHRIS and Firestone. READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE FOR ANYTHING BESIDES TIRES AND OIL CHANGES. I am incredibly frustrated with this shop's service and response. My dad was charged an outrageous $2,600 for them to replace things they had no business touching or approved to do so. He wasn't aware, and now we're dealing with the fallout. Right after their so-called maintenance, my vehicle started smoking from the exhaust. I've tried calling, but no manager has bothered to return my call. How can a shop perform maintenance and end up causing more damage? It's unacceptable and my vehicle is now completely paperweight now. I'm giving them one last chance to get back to me. Otherwise, I have no choice but to escalate this to corporate and look into legal consumer protection, or even taking them to court for the damages done to my vehicle. My father hasn't had a vehicle since June.

Very unprofessional!!!!! I Went in to get an estimate and my breaks fixed he didn’t even attempt to look at my car and just gave me a number without knowing what kind of car I even had. I asked him to take a look at them to know if I just needed new break pads or my rotors replaced as well. He refused to look at my car even tho I had an appointment He said “it will be $500 give or take a few hundred.” How is that supposed to help me as a customer? Never will I come to another Firestone!

I brought my truck in after having two different garages work on the front end. Both of them had great reviews but they both made it worse. The first gave me my money back and the second didn’t torque the bolts correctly so bolts fell off as we were driving down the road. Chris and John went through the front end thoroughly and even though it took awhile (mainly because I didn’t believe them) they figured out that the second guy like the first guy over tightened the ball joints making my truck almost undriveable. They replaced them and now the truck is better than ever. Highly recommend them. Awesome job! And thanks for keeping me safe on the road.

I’ve been taking my car to Firestone since the day I bought it. I bought it in May 2019 with 122K on it! Today it has 408K on it! James's has always taken care of my car and I will follow him wherever he goes. He explains everything in detail but also in a way that anyone can understand. He never tries to add things that you don’t need. I would highly encourage you to go to Firestone on North May in OKC and ask for James! 5 star rating for his customer service and ability to make you understand exactly what your car needs!

James is wonderful. He listened to the problem. Problem was evaluated. He emailed all appropriate forms to me, called me, got the problems fixed, then let me know as soon as the car was ready. He's polite, kind, and gets the job done. James is the best!

These guys do a thorough job. I've used them for several years and have always do good work. If there is ever an issue afterwards they always take care of it for mo charge. We need more mechanics like them.

I came in wanting to get a break inspection so the cashier offered a full car inspection for $10, I was hearing different noise with my brakes and they told me it’s because I used tire shine on my wheels which is the dumbest stuff I heard, and told me my car was good, so I end up going to pep boys for a brake inspection and they let me know what was going on, I don’t think Firestone took their time looking at my car or didn’t know what the hell they was doing! Will not be back there

I'm currently deployed and had my significant other take her car here to get the AC repaired. They quoted her an outrageous price, claiming that every component needed to be replaced. She was charged $50 for troubleshooting they didn't even perform (I do not consider saying yep replace it all as troubleshooting). I advised her to take it to another shop, where they fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost without needing a full AC replacement. I can't believe this place is using predatory practices on women. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand—two recent reviews from Emily and Jessica confirm that this isn’t an isolated incident. Very disappointing. We'll be reaching out to corporate about this. Also to date this is my only 1 star review.

Took my car here for AC. Was quoted $2700 for a new “air blower”, belt, and Freon. Took to another garage for same issue next day. Got a quote for $400. Other garages in the area seem to be aware of this locations price gouging. Beware! Oil change for full synthetic was reasonable at $107. However they said they changed filters, other garage sent me picture of my air filter which has clearly not been changed. Won’t be going back!!

Extremely disappointed in the service we received. Everything is over priced. Paid for my AC to be fixed and was told if they didn’t fix it bring it back in and they would figure it out. Brought my truck back in and instead of finding the problem with the AC they called with a list of new problems. My windshield wipers and rotors have nothing to do with my AC. DISAPPOINTING TO PAY FOR SERVICE AND THE PROBLEM NOT BE FIXED.

Went to have an oil change they told me it will be at least three hours,took Mike care another time for a flat tire repair it took over five hours to get it done Very frustrating.

I was on my way to an appointment when I got a low tire pressure alert, overnight my tire dropped by 10 psi. By the time I got back from my appointment it continued dropping and it was already 4:30, I called and they said they could fit me in if I came in an hour. I hate doing anything so close to a business’s closing time but they worked with me and got me a new tire before they closed and they did it with a great attitude. Chet was awesome. Thanks again guys!

Service "advisors" are condescending and rude. I purchased two tires and asked them to be put on the front axle. I get there and the tires are on the rear. I asked for my request to be honored and they put it back on the rack and fixed it but acted like I was a nuisance. A couple of days later the block for their lift that had been jammed into the pinch weld into my vehicle fell off, ricocheted off the road and hit the underside of my car with great force. Fortunately, it didn't hit any other vehicles. When I called the front desk I got a snarky response but never an apology. A female friend of mine attempted to purchase tires from the store. The price on the website was changed by the service advisor and snarky sarcastic. Answers were given to all of her questions. She ended up leaving without purchasing any services, I would not advise wasting a dime at this location due to their poor customer service and general lack of care for the customers needs

I really appreciate Chris keeping me informed on my vehicle's problem, locating the replacement parts needed, and quickly getting my vehicle back in for the repairs. Upon arrival at 8am the guy on the desk was so welcoming and helpful. We had a conversation in a minute then he helped me get someone come look at my car and I had coffee and a book to read while waiting to get my car fixed. He gave me a wait time of 30 mins which was respected and after my car was fixed my keys were handed back to me and he wished me a wonderful day and I left. It was such a a nice experience the staffs are so welcoming they also did like a free recommendation and free check on my car. I was so much delighted. I will recommend " Firestone Complete Auto Care" to friends and family in the same state and other states
