Went in with many issues, and they took their time with my diagnostic and let me know everything that was needed. They even gave me some discounts on many items due to all the work that was needed and knew it would be pricey, lol. A few hours later, my car was working perfectly. Great customer service. I will be back.

Customer service is top notch at this location. My trip to Firestone was made easier thanks to Service Manager Abraham F. and Store Manager Douglas Z. Abraham and crew were able to help diagnose the worn out tie-rod with my wife’s car and Douglas and his team fixed it within the same day. I know this wasn’t easy with the amount of customers that came in while I waited. Really appreciate everything they did, including walking me through the inspection of what they found in their shop and solutions of what could be done. Will definitely go back for future maintenance. Highly recommend this garage.

I'm really not even sure what to say here. They told me there was something wrong with my transmission but they couldn't even check it "because I don't have a dipstick" for transmission fluid. My car most certainly does have a dipstick, which we used to check the transmission fluid. I am not sure if they are malicious or just incompetent. This isn't the first car they've told me "needed a transmission" and the last one I'm still driving trouble free a year later. I've taken 3 different cars there, simply because they are the most convenient to my house, and they've been consistently more expensive than their competitors. I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone, they are motivated by profit first and only. The first things you'll see when you walk in are advertisements to get credit for auto repair. STEER CLEAR. Absolute ripoff. I will go out of my way to avoid this place. FYI, Abraham, there are some 2007 Ford Taurus out there with a dipstick for the transmission fluid and next time you probsbly ought to actually look under the hood next time...

So I went into this store and had a fantastic experience. I even signed up for a Firestone c.c. Then came the second when they couldn’t give me simple pricing on some service work that took me 1/2 hour to do myself. Then there’s today I called to have more tires put on was gonna drop off in the morning and pick up after work. Once again they couldn’t get it done. So now I’m standing in discount tire waiting for check in cause they had no problem being done by the time I got off. Looks like I’m paying my card off and giving up on Firestone once and for all.

Wate of time high hopes for the place but charged $75 to tell me the problem and then say they don’t take service contracts. When I called and spoke with Doug or Brad I SPECIFICALLY stated I wanted to use my warranty he said no problem. Well turn out it was. I hate to say it but at this point from the lack of knowledge of warranty and service contracts and had a conversation about it , it has to be a race thing.

I get that people have complaints about repair cost and that’s why this place probably gets a lot of low reviews. But having my car service multiple times here, and sitting in the waiting room and listening to the customers and people on the phone, they really do care at this location and they really do try to help people

Yes, I think this was the one. I have been looking for this business. The employee Abraham was such an angel. He helped me out of a very difficult situation out of the kindness of his heart. He maintained his professionalism and went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

They always take good care of me. I have been a client of this Firestone locale for about 20 years. If I didn't believe in the consistent quality I would've been long gone.

Why isn’t there zero stars!? Worst tire company we have ever done business with. They made a mistake and wouldn’t right it. Blamed my husband, who is a mechanic and well versed in all things automotive. They have had numerous complaints similar to ours. Save your hard earned money and take your business elsewhere. They don’t deserve you.

Had a tire pop today after I hit a curb. Not only was Douglas extremely nice and patient on the phone he said he had a new tire in stock. While he wasn’t sure if he could get to my tire today he said he would try his best. I was able to leave my tire with him and his staff and they had my new tire ready to go with in a few hours. I was extremely appreciative of the compassion and kindness of this group. I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend to any one needing new tires

What is the point of making an appointment if they can't see you right away?? I get there for my appointment just to be told it'll take a couple of hours before they can change my oil. I went to Take 5 just down the road and they saw me right away!

Customer service is top tier. They always try to find us the best deals on tires, work us into the schedule to get service as quickly as possible, and I trust their service recommedations. We've used Firestone for all our vehicle services for over 20 yrs and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Went in late Tuesday afternoon to get a nail removed. Didn’t have time to remove it today, but told me to pull up so he could make sure there was enough air in it to get me by. Upon checking, as I suspected, there was too much wear on the tread to fix it. I told him no big deal, I would just return in the next couple of days. I had mentioned earlier that it’s my wife’s car and she uses it to get to work and back. Long story short they squeezed me in and got me taken care of. Didn’t pressure me. Highly recommend. Doug was awesome.

Don’t waste your time taking your car here. Abraham‘s good customer service was the only reason why this is not getting a 1-star review, he was great in a little bit I dealt with him. Doug however is a complete waste of payroll and it’s costing the store customers. Zero customer service skills, and difficult to work with. I asked him if they also perform a multi point inspection, he told me “that’s a whole Nother deal.“ So many places do a courtesy check over since we don’t have state inspections here, I just figured it would be part of their service. I was told I could wait for my 11 o’clock appointment, but Doug scoffed at me and said it would be multiple hours even though I set an appointment to wait, which I had mentioned on the phone when I set the appointment. I wasn’t called until past 5pm when it was done, which at that point I would have to get the car the following day. The cherry on top is I just had this car detailed and someone left a ton of greasy fingerprints on my pillar. Please don’t waste your time taking your vehicle here, I learn my lesson. Lastly… They are the most expensive Alignment in town, I priced other places after picking up my vehicle and I was shocked to find out they were between 20 and $30 higher than every other store in the area including one of the dealerships.

Took my car for a quick check as it was making a weird noise. They claimed it was something I just had done by myself and added a few more things. They then tried to charge double or even triple for parts I didn't need. What I missed is that when I decline their service they didn't put all the parts they took back in the car as they thought I was stupid to pay their fee. A month later and a lot of self work (learning to be a mechanic), my car is fixed but missing pieces. AVOID THIS PLACE, PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS

Walked in a little before 7 AM for a quote because the sign outside was lit up and said “OPEN”. The door was even unlocked. An employee looked at me, looked at his watch, and said “We don’t open ‘til 7”. When I told him I was confused because the sign said open, he just ignored me and walked away. Why have the sign on when you’re not open?? And your employees could be a little more friendly. This used to be a wonderful place to get tires.

The guys at this place go WAY over the top to provide the best customer service. I'll never go anywhere else. Abraham was honest about the problems my car had, didn't overcharge, and went the extra mile to buy a tool they didn't have to get my car to me a day earlier than expected. I've never left a place after spending money on repairs so satisfied that the best job had been done at the best place.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Abraham was awesome in 'saving the day' for me!!! I had a fresh screw in my tire I had noticed as soon as leaving work this afternoon. I called to explain my situation and they told me to come on in, even with 45 minutes until their closing time. I wasn't fortunate enough to get away with a patch, but I did leave with a reasonably priced new tire and all before 7! Greatly appreciated, will definitely be back!

I was buying new tyres. I wouldn't say, " I loved it " It wasn't a naked Pamela Sue Anderson in stilettos sort of experience. More the raggedy bearded, white guys covered in tattoos, sort 😪
