I asked for a copy of my vehicle inspection and was informed that Firestone has gone digital and no longer provides print outs. The problem is I have no printer and have many friends who have no electronic devices at all, even basic cell phones. I feel it is inadequate customer service to refuse to provide a customer with an inspection report, or, in ,fact any type of record. When I opened the report in email, I could not tell what level the items inspected met. Previous reports used color coding to define if the items were good, needed attention soon, or needed immediate attention. The report was not reviewed with me by the Advisor.

It was a tire rotation. Appointment was for 5pm. They got to it right away and finished the job, plus inspections within 45 minutes.

Quote and cost were drastically different. Stated when it would be done and showed back up 2.5 hours later, which it was not only not finished yet but nobody was working on it. All employees were sitting together eating lunch and nobody was working on a single vehicle. Then when they went back to work it was on every vehicle except mine. My vehicle had been there since 7:45 am and it has been 4 hours. Lastly pay attention to what they are charging. I had a free brake inspection but tried to charge me $23-5 for a vehicle inspection. Over four hours and not close to done. Very poor service and do not recommend.

Took a month but ateast they mentioned a the possibility of a rear wheel bearing issue. Which apparently NOBODY in town can diagnose.. so they get a star back. Everything else they done seems to be holding up.

This was my first time buying tires on my own. Michael Hartman was extremely helpful. He explained the difference in tire options in a way that I understood. He was verbal, as well, used the displays to give a visual. I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase.

I really cannot say enough good things about this place. A few months ago, my tire was horrendously leaking air and I couldn’t figure out why. The guy found it was leaking through the part you put air in it and fixed it on the spot at no charge. Today, I found a nail in my tire and they aired it up and fit me in to get it replaced tomorrow. Excellent customer service and really kind-hearted people.

I scheduled for 4 tires and alignment on Monday for Wednesday. I took my car in at 7 o'clock in the morning. I was told it would take 2 hours. It is now 5 o'clock in the afternoon and my car still has not been completed. This is unacceptable. I called an hour ago and they told me 20 minutes they would call me. It will be a cold day in hell before I take my car back to them.

If i could do 0 stars, I would. I had arrived at 10:49am for an 11am appointment for a tire installment for my truck, shouldn’t take too long right? Wrong. I sat in the waiting room and watched as my truck sat in the parking lot for 2.5 hours while other cars came and left the garage. When he had finally went out and grabbed it, I sat and watched him, pull in the garage, jack it up, remove the tires, and then leave it up on the jack for another 2 hours with the tires off of it. So at this point it hadn’t been serviced for 4 HOURS when my appointment was at 11am. When he finally got around to installing the tires it took him less than 15 minutes. This was an absolute waste of time.

Before you go, be aware that their appointments are just requests. Drop off is a must. It has always taken at least 2 hours just to get it pulled into the garage and at least 1.5hrs to actually complete the oil change. Expect them to try and upsell you on everything they can think of. Try Strickland Brothers in stead. Comparable service, quality, and price, except your in and out in under 30 minutes.

I loved my experience with Jose over the phone and Bryson in person who handled my car/transaction in person. Everyone was in such a good mood and incredibly kind and jovial. Firestone off of South May in Oklahoma City has done a phenomenal job!!

Very knowledgeable and honest. Ask for Tyler and/or Nick they are the best. Friendly and efficient. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Thank you guys I will certainly be back for vehicle services.
