I will not be going to Firestone any longer. I have gone there for many, many years and am very upset with the latest(and last) experience. I took my suv for what I thought was a battery. Was told it was a starter and given the price. I couldn’t believe the price and contacted the Kia dealership. They couldn’t instant the price either and suggested we come to them for an estimate. So we did. They fixed the car with a new starter for over $400 LESS than the Firestone quote!!! That’s ridiculous and inexcusable.

I am not local to OKC and experienced a vehicle breakdown while passing through the area. Brent and Brandy went above and beyond to take care of both me and my car, even while I was back home out of state. They kept me updated throughout the entire process with clear and consistent communication, making a stressful situation much more manageable and they were very helpful assisting with the complicated logistics of having a car being worked on in another state. Their professionalism and dedication were truly outstanding!

Hilariously bad service here. Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation on Friday November 22nd. Took 3 hours which is not ideal, but I didn't have anything else to do. When I proceeded to drive to work in the morning on Monday I noticed the low oil pressure light came on. It seemed to come on when the engine heated up and the oil got thinner. I checked the oil level on the dipstick and it barely picked up any oil. It was at least a quart short. I have no idea how this passed inspection. I had to go buy another quart of oil and that seemed to bring it within an acceptable level. Additionally, they left the windshield super fluid cap off after checking it which is stupid. With these other faults apparent, I decided to check the wheels for the tire rotation.... and of course the tires were not rotated either. Needless to say, this place did not provide service anywhere close to acceptable. Anybody looking to service their car do NOT bring it here.

Customer service was virtually nonexistent. A specific service I paid for did not get done and the employee who returned my keys to me made it seem like I was the one in the wrong. This place is ridiculously overpriced and unfriendly. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Save your sanity for people who actually care about the work they do for their customers

Awesome service. Squeezed me in. Good alignment work. Firestone’s lifetime alignment deal is the way to go. It’s saved a lot of tires for me. Not many places really align properly. Firestone does, every time.

Everyone I have encountered at the location located @ 119th and Southwestern has been very helpful and very kind. They are quick and friendly and they take very good care of your vehicle! I feel very comfortable leaving my car with them with change in the cup holders and everywhere else, tools and things. I would recommend this location to anyone!!!!

I really trust Brent Lundt and his team at Firestone. I love taking my car in because he gives me up front and honest answers and is always great to explain everything to me. I know when I bring my car in that the job is going to be done right and that they stand by their work. I will continue to come back because of the great service I am receiving! Thank you Brent and Firestone. I’m updating this review in Nov 2022 because Brent and his team are still doing an amazing job and taking care of my cars. I can trust them to do the job right and explain everything to me. I am very satisfied with their service. Updating this review again in Sept 2024. Brent and his team are so great, I trust them with all of my car care. I can't say enough kind words about how he treats his customers and me. I truly feel I am getting excellent care and can trust it's going to be at a good price and excellent work.

So we went last uear to the Firestone in moore, they didn't put right fan in less than a year later it goes out again. This Firestone fixed everything that Moore Firestone messed up didn't charge me for that and also got a tire at a great price. The manager was very accommodating for my husband he has hip issues and he was there for 5 hours and they never made him feel uneasy.. thank you guys for all you do very professional.. this will be our spot from now on..

I took a tire into this shop for a repair. Michael, the employee present, told me the tire could not be repaired and would need to purchase a new tire. 30 minutes later I picked up the tire and went elsewhere. The tire was repaired and put back on the car. I understand you're in the tire business and sales is your top priority but all I needed was a simple repair. Now, about this 20.16 bill in an email.. I think not. Have a great day

I drive from Harrah to this location which is a 45 minute drive for all of my car maintenance or minor repairs because the staff at this location always has the best customer service. Brent the store manager is very knowledgeable and always breaks down the details in a way that I can understand and I never get the feeling that they are trying to overcharge me for unnecessary things. Every-time I call, they are always able to squeeze me in which is a huge connivence when you have a busy schedule. For those 2 reasons alone is why I will continue to make the longer drive to this location for all of my car maintenance.

I took my car out there to get it aligned and found out it had a bent frame and could not be done the guy was so upfront and told me if they attempted to do it anyway it they would just be taking my money the honesty of this place was just off the charts I don’t know what I can say about other locations but this one is for sure wonderful.

In Moore to deliver goods to friend in need and lots to do to get myself to surgery 5:30. Go to 7-11 to air 1 tire but no idea which on is 26 rest 31. Sensors location not in operation. 6 dollars and now all four tires off in psi. O'Riley referred to firestone on south Western. Gave my tale of woo and got to airing tire with consistent 35. Soooo grateful and told young man I would hug his mech if not discouraged in our world of germs. He said he'd give me a hug if i needed it was sweet and very nice hug. My world was in shambles
