I didn't have an appointment. I dropped off my truck and some wheels. Asked for a rotation, oil change, and new wipers. Rick and Jesse helped me, I didn't get the techs name but everyone was friendly and got the work done. I appreciate it.

*DO NOT COME IF YOU’RE A WOMAN*I was discriminated against and taken advantage of by the employees of this location because I’m a young woman who knows little about cars. I took my car into this shop to do the 9.99 care package just to make sure everything was looking right, but while one of the technicians was taking off my tires, they broke a wheel stud and said they had “trouble” with two others and pressured me into replacing all three wheel studs for 276 dollars. The associate kept telling me that they didn’t know if they could put the tire back on without it being too dangerous to drive and they repeatedly recommended replacing it there and now. They told me it would take a couple hours to get the part in, yet called me almost 45 minutes-1 hour later saying she was all ready to go. I had my car taken to another Firestone location and a trusted mechanic a month ago and they said nothing about my wheel studs being difficult or bad for all my tires. Plus I had gotten the car report emailed to me 20-25 minutes before being consulted by the associate on what was wrong, which has NEVER happened at any Firestone location I’ve been to, they always come and consult you before giving you the report. I’ve contacted customer service and they said someone should be reaching out soon but I’ll update this once it gets resolved.

I drove to this location 25 mins before close because I noticed a nail in my tire. Only two employees were there, no customers. When I walked in one employee went to the back. Guy behind the computer asked if I could leave the vehicle overnight because “the tech just left on a test drive and won’t be back until after 5pm.” I left and when down the road to a Mexican tire shop where they had no problem plugging my tire with only 15 mins left in the work day. These two Firestone employees are an embarrassment to the company. Hiding in the back to get out of work. This is why you’ll always be signing the backs of paychecks and never the front.

Jesse and the tech (apologizes for not getting his name) were so great to help out with putting on my set of aftermarket wheels and tires that I brought in. Even when we found out that my set had tires that were too big for the back, they were helpful with ideas to change out to make the wheels work. Bummer that my set didn't work out the first time but had great service in the process. This location is definitely Veteran Friendly. Thanks guys!! See ya again soon.

My car didn’t even make it 10 minutes away from their shop and already having issues. Waste of money and time. Will not ever go back there. Worthless people full of excuses when you go and try and get answers.

I brought the car in at 9:30am to check on the condition of the 2 rear tires, as 1 had a nail and the other a leak. They were extremely busy, but called back at 4:30pm to inform me the tires were not in good shape to repair, however they had a warranty since I purchased them at the store. Extremely fair price to install 2 new tires and an oil change. I picked up the car the same day! Excellent store!!!

It was hasslefree and one of the mechanics/service representative at your location was extremely helpful and professional. I was able to get my car serviced, my warranty paid for such service, without issues and was able to pick up my car the same day. Thank you!

I’m from out of town. Took my truck in for an alignment after first taking the truck to a different shop to repair a flat tire. The man asked if the previous shop mentioned “cupping” to which I answered I wasn’t sure because there was a slight language barrier. And he responded, “Oh you went to one of THOSE shops.” 🙄 He must have felt the judgement in my expression and started back-tracking, talking about, “Not that there’s anything wrong with that. Some of those guys do great work.” So, I leave the truck for his estimated two hour window, get a call two hours later from the guy claiming he couldn’t perform the alignment because the ball joints needed to be replaced and it would cost $1000. I told him no thanks and picked up my truck. Returned to my hometown (days later) and took my truck to “one of THOSE” shops that I have a trusted relationship with and mechanic performed the alignment in under an hour. I asked about the ball joints (even though I already knew the answer) and he said the ball joints were 100% fine. Do with this information what you will. But, I personally cannot recommend doing business with THIS shop.

Worst experience at a car shop ever. Was visiting from out of town and got a flat tire. Contacted them that morning before getting a tow truck to confirm they would be able to get me in that day, was assured that they would be able to. Went to the shop in person around 2pm since I had heard nothing from them and my car was dropped off by the tow company around 9:30am. When I went in I was told mine was the next vehicle to be worked on and that it would be completed that day before close. Called them at 6pm because again had heard nothing from them and at that time was told they didn’t get to it and that they “should” be able to get to it the next day. I had to call the next morning again to confirm they would get to it, now feeling frustrated and disappointed from the lack of professionalism and lack of empathy. Will never take my vehicle here again, wish they would have told me originally they wouldn’t have been able to get to it and I would have towed it somewhere else to begin with.

I have come to this shop for many years. I trust them and they are dependable and have not let me down. Friendly and factual, I particularly appreciate the time the staff takes to explain the problem and solutions. They have all the things I look for when my car has issues.

Rick and his team will handle you with care and answer ALL of your questions. Staff is friendly, service is reliable, and the outcome is great. Definitely would recommend their services for any of your car needs. I WILL be back here to get all future work done and would recommend this site to anyone needing maintenance on their vehicle.

Tried to get an alignment and these guys are a complete waste of time and have no idea what they are talking about left the car overnight so they can get to it the next day and they never called me to tell me they couldn’t do the job no communication whatsoever took it to another shop on Penn and they got the job done in less then an hour and a whole lot cheaper please don’t waste your time here would rate 0 starts if I could

Went in to ask to get information history for my car and older guy working in the front was so rude and mean basically saying he couldn’t give me no information I understand he couldn’t give me information for the car but he didn’t have to give me a attitude just for a simple question

Haven’t even got to get service done by these people because every time I call to ask questions Jesse is very short and very rude. Before I get to finish my sentence he has cut me off and started speaking already. As a mechanic you should be used to people being pretty much illiterate when it comes to mechanical terminology. It’s annoying when you go looking for help and answers to be answered by a rude patronizing person.

I’m glad my car was fixed for a problem I did not know it had, but the worker or manager Rick was very rude when trying to tell me what I needed fixed. I took my car into a Firestone maybe a month before this time and was recommended that I get my belt changed. I went in this time to do so and was told that it was an easy service to do. I took my car in at 9am and then received a call from Rick at 4:30pm telling me they had not yet worked on my car but looked at 4pm and saw that I also needed a water pump replaced. I had no issues with this part previously or anything he said but had to come out of pocket $1000. This is honestly ridiculous and I’m upset this is the closet places to me but will probably never take my car to this location again especially with the way Rick speaks to people.

I would rate zero star if possible. I went to this location to get a tire mounted. Just one. The person I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with went by the name of JESSE. Let me describe Jesse to you. You know the kind of person who embodies that can do attitude. The kind of person that does not know the meaning of "Cant"? Well, that kind of person is not Jesse. Imagine the complete opposite end of the spectrum. That's where it, friend Jesse, resides. He is one of those people who is constantly looking for reasons to not get his job done or to not fix a problem. Another one of my probelms with this firestone is that every time a customer entered the store Jesse would tell the customer they were fully booked until Sunday, and it was Sunday. But if they wanted to leave their car, he could get to it. So got fully booked but if I leave my car u can work on it? How does that make sense. I asked for his help with my tire warranty company, I just needed him to call the company and confirm my tire was in fact flat so they could send me a replacement. Instead of that Jesse tells me he can't help me unless I leave my car with him. At this point I have had my car at this firestone 3 different times. Jesse had already pointed the ganged m damage out on my tire. I asked him why he was so unwilling to make a simple phone call, and he then told me to leave it he was calling the cops. I would be worried about leaving your car at this firestone. Jesse is up to something. Why does he suggest everyone leave their car? Don't let Jesse's fragile ego and bad work ethic get in the way of you getting your car fixed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went in for an oil change came out with my vehicle leaking all over my new driveway . Call to fix it and get my driveway cleaned after 2 months they never reach out to me bad business do not go here !!!!!

I called the store on 23rd St this past Monday, made an appointment for Thursday at 11:00, but showed up and nope, no appointment scheduled. Justin didn't apologize and said sometimes Google has the wrong number. What!? I called the store on May and Damon was so sweet! He offered to get the tires done today and I'm on my way there now! Damon on May saves the day!! 👍👏 Can I say 5 stars for Damon and 1 for 23rd?

Went into this location paid for a set of brand new tires and valve stems to be replaced. They did not replace my valve stems. I went into this location three different times each time await of three hours or more to not have them fixed yet again! I also told them not to open my hood, but they did anyways and damaged my wires to my custom lighting!!!! This is the most Dishonest location I’ve been too!!!! I will not be back ever!!!!!!

Went to have my TPS replaced, they never sync'd it to my car so I can see what my tire pressure is at. Few weeks went by and I had a flat due to a nail (thought it was the TPS at first) took it back in and asked if they could also sync the TPS to my car so I can see my pressure (I had that ability before they changed the TPS) and the dude started going on about "are you sure your car has that? most cars back then didn't have this feature".........why would you have installed a TPS if my car didn't have the ability to read a TPS .........I told them to just put my tire back on and forget about it. Going to a different shop after this conversation with one of their techs.

Went to get an oil change a few days ago and he told me he didn’t complete the entire inspection on the vehicle but since im coming back in the morning, he can finish then. didn’t want me sitting there too long . no you jus didn’t wanna finish the job. Then didn’t write the date of the day he changed my oil on the sticker in my car ! so unprofessional it’s crazy

I came I here to get my car serviced and the manager denied to check my car because they don’t have the equipment to do so which I was understanding but when I asked do you recommend any other locations he said “google it” sensing the attitude and rudeness I decided to leave. I stopped here because the sign says “Auto complete Care” but clearly the sign and management needs updating.
