I needed a four wheel alignment. I made an appointment at the store, but was able to drop the car off in the morning. They completed the alignment and completed the alignment several hours earlier than expected. Very happy with the service and the repair.

On short notice on a Sunday, the Firestone shop that I frequently visit was able to change a tire from an unrepairable flat in a short amount of time. These guys at Firestone are great!

I had a roadside emergency… my car was towed there. It was a Friday. The next appointment was Monday or Tuesday. I was told I may need to wait, but given the circumstance I’d be taken care of. I was there with tow truck and my car and was back up and running in 30 minutes. Bravo Firestone

I’ve been going to Firestone for a long time, but this last visit they tried to sell me a brake fluid change that I had got recently and then pretended they didn’t see it on my profile but the worst thing was they put no wiper fluid in my car I’m very disappointed

So incredibly disappointed… After taking my car in to have new tires put on for the winter, my front left wheel started wobbling in about two weeks. Took it to a different mechanic to get that fixed, who discovered that the lug-nuts were only hand-tightened. The next (and final) time I took my car to Firestone, I went to get my headlights replaced. Needless to say, my lights now have various issues, such as my left turn signal being permanently on when my full-brights are on, having my console lights flash when I use my left signal, and not having a working full-bright lamp in my right headlight. TL;DR - DO NOT COME HERE, YOU’LL LEAVE WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN WHEN YOU CAME.

This crew is great. I have been back in Omaha for 12 years now, and have serviced 3 separate vehicles here. They are always prompt, always courteous, and most importantly get the job done right every time. The pricing is reasonable, and what I actually appreciate more than anything is consistency. Todd, the managing partner at the store, answers the phone within a ring or 2, and runs a tight ship from what I can tell. I have had cars serviced at different dealerships around town, get some new kid or "service advisor" each time, and rarely get the service provided that I get here. Its no fuss here, Todd has been there since I have been back, and its no nonsense every time. They don't oversell anything, and offer great value and again - consistently great.

Drew was so friendly on the phone when i was making the appointment. When I called to ask if I could move my time later as I was running behind, he was so understanding saying not a problem that things happen and rescheduled me 1 hour later. I was so appreciative of his kindness and understanding. At my appointment I was greeted and treated with kindness from arrival to completion of my service. I literally was in and out from my tire rotation. I was so surprised by the quickness, I even told Drew that it took me longer to drive there then the wait. He asked how I wanted my receipt and I left as a very satisfied customer! Great job Drew!!

Firestone is convenient for me because it’s so close to my work. I have only had tires installed there as I do my own oil changes but I am able to drop it off and walk back to work and return when it’s done. The guys are always very nice and explain things so I understand it.

They had one tire for my size rim so I paid $350 for 1 tire. But they’re dependable if you need a tire aired up they will check all your tires for you and air them up for you. Im for Firestone just was bummed about them only having one tire on hand. Basically, i paid for a 50,000 warranty on my “new tire” drove 679miles on it and it went flat. I had to pay over a hundred dollars to get it towed back to firestone where then they wouldn’t honor their warranty. They thought that they could get one over on me based off of my gender assuming that i lack the knowledge of what a warranty means because im female. Here I am sitting almost March and this issue still isnt resolved. Been waiting to hear back from their regional manager…..

Do not use this shop! Bought a new set of tires for my wifes explorer and didn't get 100 miles on them and they had a bad wobble. Took it to another Firestone dealer as we were on a trip and found out that they did not balance them correctly and they were all not even filled to the correct tire pressure.

The crew at this firestone location are legendary. The manager, Todd, is a great guy to know. If you call him, so schedule an appointment. He will notify you if a sale is coming up and recommend an appointment during that time. I went in there on January 4th for a tune up with my spark plugs, and was originally told it might take at least half the day with labor and just the overall experience of changing spark plugs on a Chrysler 200 with the way Chrysler installs their spark plugs. I brought my car in around 8:00am. that morning and was expecting it to take until about 1pm or so. To my surprise I got a call at 11:00 am saying my car is done. The guys who worked on it, Grant and the other guy (forgot his name), were fast and efficient in getting my car done. The atmosphere alone was a 10/10. To top it off, Firestone ended up being the cheapest place to get my tune-up done with $200.00 less than other places. Highly recommend them for any service you might need. Thanks Firestone Crew!!

Dissatisfied. Brought vehicle in, was told it would be fixed, paid. Asked if the issue was fixed proceeded to leave their parking lot the same exact issue was going on brought the vehicle back was told to come back a different day came back a different day and was told they didn't know what the problem was to take it somewhere else. A week goes by started hearing a new sound from an area that they worked in that I had never heard before brought it back they said that they couldn't hear the issue and they didn't know it was wrong.

I wanted to take time to recognize GARRETT. In today’s world of finding good people, GARRETT is definitely a great find. In the past 10 years or so taking your car to get it repaired has been a rat race as well as finding someone to trust. The reason we chose this fire stone was not for the name on the store, but the people inside of it. no one that GARRETT works here. Our family feels like we have a guy I recommend all my friends and family to go to the store to get honest work done on their vehicle. The store is open seven days a week. I can’t say enough good about Garrett and the store. Every person in here just wants to truly help people.

Had another flat on the trailer. Everything was closed on Sunday except Firestone in Omaha. They weren’t busy so they repaired it right away and we were back on the road. Friendly and efficient and reasonable!
