We would highly recommend the Firestone @ 90th & Maple!! We called on a Sunday morning to have a flat tire repaired and were able to take our vehicle to Firestone @ 3:00 that same afternoon. After waiting no more than 30 mins, the technicians were able to diagnose and fix the problem at no charge, as well as completing a complimentary battery check. The staff was friendly over the phone and in person while we waited for our vehicle.

This place has gone down hill rapidly since the last time I got a car repair. The way I was talked to yesterday was very unprofessional. They acted like their car was the one needing repairs. I was told I needed a battery because my car would not start, when the car has power and a good battery. Because I refused to buy the battery, they refused to do service on my car. You just lost a customer who spent THOUSANDS of dollars here. And it's no secret that mechanics try to get over on women. So when they spoke to my husband, there was a different tone and the explanation was less confusing. I guess they're only equipped to do oil changes and even then I wouldn't trust these new guys they have working. They may just say you don't need oil but a new battery! Plus the last services that were done on my other vehicle was not fixed whatsoever. 0 stars. Where did all of the good , professional mechanics go?

About a year ago, I brought my company vehicle in because I had a screw in my front driver aide tire that was causing a slow leak. They fixed the tire quickly. After I got into my car and started to drive away, I noticed it was stuttering harshly when the gas was pressed. I continued driving. This behavior continued. I inquired about this to a mechanic I know. He stated that maybe they didn't balance the tire. I then called Firestone and explained what was going on. They gladly suggested that I bring it back in.i was miles away at this point. I got about a mile from this location, stopped at a stop light. When I tried to accelerate, there was a loud thud and the vehicle would no longer respond with any movement when the gas was pressed. The transmission was out! This was not an issue prior to this visit. The vehicle drove beautifully prior to this visit. I then had the vehicle towed back to Firestone. They stated that the transmission was out. No information that I didn't already know. They said a transmission would need to fix it. They offered no explanation, apologies, or compensation for the damage. The vehicle sat there until my company arranged to have it taken away. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never visit another Firestone after this incident.

I have been to your 130th and West Centre location and the other one in your 176th and West Centre location. If I compare both of these locations I would say that this center is the best and I have decided to almost always take my cars to this location. More customer friendly would capture my feelings towards this center.

They kept me informed of any changes to my original quote. They did the work in the amount of time they said it would take and they explained my final bill to me. I always get good service at this Firestone location.

Back in July 2024, my daughter had a flat tire near this Firestone shop. The shop was about to close when she drove into the parking lot. My daughter is 18 and she is inexperienced in car maintenance. She asked the attendant to put on the spare tire. He looked in the trunk and he told her that it wasn't there. When she came home, I looked and found it in the trunk. I believe that he took advantage of herby selling her a new tire,. He mounted it and sent her on her way. Two months later the new tire showed unusual amount of wear and tear. She called the tire shop and the attendant asked her to contact the local Firestone in Council Bluffs, Iowa. My daughter went to that location. The attendant told her that the warranty was void due to the damage on the tire. He said that the car was out of alignment and that caused the tire damage. He tried to look up the sale on the computer, but he could not find the purchase. Firestone will not stand behind their warranty! My family and I will never ever do business with Firestone again!

The staff at this Firestone has always been very kind and helpful. Annabelle, Jake, and Grant have all been super helpful and kind! They did a great job helping out when I explained the noise and issues I was having with my vehicle. I have some auto knowledge but not enough to feel confident in what I feel is the issue. They all were super great about making me feel comfortable telling them the problem and were compassionate and understanding when I was describing the issues to the best of my ability. A recent issue with my vehicle was resolved but unfortunately one of the parts had a defect that couldn’t be seen or heard immediately. After taking it back up to the shop they were able to fix the issue from the original defect! They were super helpful in explaining the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I will continue to go to this location for all auto work that can be taken care of by them.

Went to have an alignment done by appointment. 8/10/24 @ 11am. Arrived early 10:30 they get me in. They come back 25-30 minutes later saying you need an inner tie rod. No problem my mechanic who just did all the work on it is close by. Back by 11:45 wow they got me in. They are done in 40 minutes. That’s weird but I pay. After paying I ask for receipt or at least the paper work before and after showing how far alignment was off. Come to find out they didn’t even do the rear because they couldn’t. That’s okay I just need my $ back and the manager took me around and showed me why and what do to. Thank you. I get my car back and less then a block away my oil light comes on. I call my mechanic he still at shop ask me to listen to see if it’s knocking and it wasn’t. ( We just tuned it up and oil change it Thursday. Friday after getting it that done new tires at discount tire) Back to story. So I drive to his shop put it on lift and surely enough they cut my oil sending unit plug and stuffed it under neath ac compressor. 😡 I call the store manager while my car is back on the lift with 15 minutes let him talk to the certified mechanic and he tells him this wasn’t like that. Before you go here remember my story and think of your grandma wife or sister or someone who doesn’t mess with cars. I’m waiting on corporate office to call me back. Now I will have to go to Nebraska alignment because these dudes will have a person catching a case… God is good!

I went for a simple tire change and 10 minutes after driving off the lot the ABS, engine, and brake light all popped up on my dash. I went back to get another tire change and they could not explain the reasons for the lights showing up or what codes meant when they scanned the vehicle. I received a phone call from Mark who was not able to thoroughly explain the codes. Mark offered to look at the car again, likely resulting in a much bigger bill to fix the damages they caused in the first place. I advise anyone who wants a tire change, especially if you are from out of town and more likely to be taken advantage of to stay away from this location. Either their mechanics are incompetent or they cause problems on purpose to get more money. Please also review the numerous lawsuits against Firestone for engaging in dishonest activity and causing more damage to cars.

I didn't appreciate being priced a tire not equivalent in price to what I picked out for my car it was significantly priced up doubled the amount I was willing to spend and supposedly they discounted $100 off but when I looked at the invoice it was only $25 off so I was misled on the discount too. Very disappointed in their service and will not be recommending them.

Used to be the place I always got my alignment done, you can give them what you want, and they can get it right on. Just a few days ago they completely made it worse. They didn't even get it close to anything. I give them a $40 tip too. I wanted that back. I told them they need to redo it because it's not drivable. They didn't even touch it the second time. they'll call me back 40min later saying it's all done. I told them I want -1.5 camber in the front. And they do positive 😂😂😂. It's not even drivable. Not to mention, they seized up three of the alignment bolts.... so there's $160 in new parts I have to buy.

Excellent job! Monday, I went to go pull my truck out of the garage and found a lake of coolant on the ground so I scheduled a last minute appointment with Firestone. The dealership was 2 weeks out and quoted me $400 for a gasket alone. I dropped my truck off and rented a car from across the street. The truck was done Thursday but I chose to pick it up today. I applied for a Firestone card which was quick and easy, and applying payment without the card was as well. As someone who gave up being a technician to enjoy her soft girl era, I fully trust Alex and his crew to handle any repairs I need for my truck and the vehicles my business owns. He even installed the water pump with the metal fins instead of the plastic ones. Bravo guys, bravo!

Best automotive repair center in Omaha. Owen the service manager quickly made time from my van to get serviced and inspected while Joe, Master technician, best mechanic I have come across due to the fact that he works on any vehicle as if it was his own quickly diagnosed and repaired an on going problem that two previous visits other shops could not figure out. Thank you Firestone at 90th and Maple for your professionalism, expeditious manner and courtesy that is definitely few and far between now a days. I will definitely be back.

Alex, Annabelle and John were very helpful when I came in several times during our extended sub zero weather. There was a problem with one tire losing air and they not only continued to fill it for me, but figured out the problem with the rim and are going to repair it at an great price! These three employees were kind, respectful, helpful, skillful and knowledgeable. Grateful for their friendliness and pleasant demeanor. Will continue to bring my vehicle to this Firestone.

Communication is horrible When I called for the status of my vehicle they were rude and unhelpfulI with the status I was originally told it would be done on Sunday if they had the parts which they did but it was not fixed on time like Garrett assured me it would be if they had the parts on Monday I called and ask would it be done by noon as he told me on Sunday he got vary rude and side he never said that I was not called and let aware that my car would be kept overnight I was originally told 1200$ for the service, but ended up being 1800$ when I arrived to pick up my car. I was never sent an invoice or knew what all there where doing to my car also hoses where replaced without my knowledge that where not broken and when I ask why Garrett he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know they also performed a A/C EVACUATE AND RECHARGE that I didn’t need and didn’t want as it’s the winter this happened out of town and I let Garrett know that from jump them, not finishing on time like I was assured, resulted in me having to get a hotel and spend unnecessary money around the holidays
