Brought my truck in three weeks ago to get a power steering pump done and magically. It don’t start now it’s having electrical issues now that it never had before. it keeps dragging out trying to figure out what’s causing it. My truck ran fine when it went in should run fine when it comes out just getting a power steering pump done this is getting extremely frustrating because I run a business and I need my truck. this is really disappointing with fire stone because I’ve been a lifetime customer, really question coming back to fire stone and I had a master mechanic at Chevy. Tell me sounds like they arc the ACU. and I feel like they’re trying to do everything to put it on me The guys have been friendly down there, but nothing’s getting done with my truck and this is getting very frustrating and if he take your vehicle out, they leave everything took apart classy fire stone, and the District manager is a real class act don’t take here this is a shady tree mechanic shop

Son prepotentes y deshonestos. Programe mi cita para un día luego ese día me dijeron que era al siguiente día. Deje mi coche a las 8am y a la 1:20pm llamé para preguntar y nisiquiera habían echo nada. Les dije quería llantas nuevas, cambio de aceite y un chequeo general. llegue a la tienda después de las 2pm y mi auto nisiquiera se había movido de lugar. Perdí mi día, mi tiempo, falté a la escuela por la ineptitud de esta gente y todavía actúan como si me hicieran un favor. No les parece que ya tienen bastantes reseñas malas?. Los dueños de esta tienda deberían poner atención. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

I am grateful for the work ethic, transparency, communication, willingness to answer questions, explain function/terms, and advocate for the customer. Alot of people don't know that Firestone has a complet auto mechanic service ,not just tires but the have a top notch alignment service that is second to none and if You have been through a winter in Nebraska and have the pleasure of pothole season You know the Importance of alignment. The Mechanics at Firestone are second to none ,very quick friendly service. And of course You can't beat the price on tires Firestone beats them all hands down .

Dropped car of Saturday and told it would probably be Monday before it was looked at. Called Sunday to check and see and told should be looked at first thing Monday morning. Called at noon on Monday and told next one up. Called ar 5pm and told not looked at yet. Recover call on Tuesday and told car needed oil change and quoted price but they had a $24 off coupon. Went to pick it up and coupon not honored and was told I was never told that. Been going to to Firestone stores for years and this one is the worse by far

Made an appointment for an oil change. Dropped off key after hours with a coupon printed off of their website for $29.99. Next day got a call saying car was ready and total was $114. I asked about the coupon and was first told he didn't know anything about a coupon. Then was told coupon didn't cover my vehicle. I understand if the coupon wasn't applicable but shouldn't a phone call have been made saying as much before working on the vehicle for nearly 4 times the cost?

The place is run by scammers pure and simple. I took my van in to get an alignment and the told me that first they'd have to replace the front control arms on both sides because the bushings and ball joints were bad. I am a mechanic and had just replaced the control arms, tie rod ends and inner tie rods, as well as the sway bar links and struts on the passenger and driver side within the past three days. The new parts had less then two miles on them (I chose Firestone because it was close, literally the only reason), and the clown of a manager they have had the gall to say that the parts were worn? I asked to be shown the worn parts after telling them the parts were brand new and was told that I couldn't go back in the service bay. After a an extremely rude exchange with the manager (I'm guessing that's his position) I asked for my keys so I could go elsewhere. I took my vehicle to another service who after hearing my story inspected the parts and found them to be in the condition I had stated: brand new. long story short don't go to firestone, their number one priority is ripping you off.

Completely unprofessional staff. I scheduled an oil change at 5:00 PM today. I handed over the keys to staff and at 6:30 PM again came back to collect my car but they did not do the service and told me to pick it tomorrow. They should have atleast informed the plan when they scheduled the appointment.

Well it took Firestone 2 Days to repair my tire that I already had taken off the truck for them. It should have been a simple plug job. However when I got it back it still leaked. I took it back with it on the vehicle. Did really listen to me why I brought it back. And right way said it was the sensor. I knew it wasn't. After a 2 hour wait they then told me they couldn't find the problem and tried sending me to another Firestone. So frustrated at that point. We left with the tire still leaking and unfixed. Long story short. Took it straight to Discount Tires. It took them less than 5 min to find the problem. Conclusion I had to buy a new tire because Firestone gouched my tire on how they tried to fix it and was unrepairable because of their work. Firestone failed to tell me what they did. I will be calling Corp office this Monday for further explaining and major complaint. Very un exceptable and very angry. It ended up $247.00 for a $20 fix and never got a refund. It sad they didn't even own up to what they did and had to lie about it. And let us leave there with an unsafe tire on our vehicle. And knowing we were using this vehicle to drive on a trip and didn't seem to care driving it on the highway with and unsafe tire. I've always had decent business with Firestone for the most part before this but after this I will probably never go back nor recommend them.

Had A Horrible Morning Hit Rebar And Blew My Tire After Already Having Bad Luck All Week, I Went In For A Tire Plug, Thankfully They Were Open On A Sunday And Everything Was Smooth Sailing As I Was Working At The Time I Was Able To Leave My Tire There For Repair As I Had To Go Back To Work. The Service Tech Isiah That Helped Me Was Amazing And Friendly He Was Able To Turn A Bad Day Into A Good On. Very Great Customer Service Skills

This place really helped me when I was in a bind and did it completely free of charge and I am so grateful. My skid plate was falling off halfway into a cross country move, and I had my toddler, cat, and three dogs with me. They looked at my car right away and did everything they could to remedy the situation so I could make it home to NY safely. Thank you!

Front desk attendant is willing promise to have a diagnosis on my SUV with in 24 hours, call couples times to check on the status and he keeps saying is next in line, after 72 hours, we end up picking the SUV and he refuses to released and no Diagnosis was complete. Very poor service.

Paid them almost $50 to fix my headlight. Came to pick it up after paying and my headlight was still out. Rediculous, and cannot warn people enough to stay away.

Terrible service. I came to get new tires and my car aligned on 08/04/2024. When I got there to go pick up my car I got in and saw the plastic of the control where the shift gear is located damaged. I went back and told the guy at the counter my issue. He was nonchalant about it and told me to come back the following day to get it fixed. The guy had said he was missing a part that had to be ordered. I waited a couple days went back turns out he never ordered the part. He proceeded to pretend to order the part and told me he would call me back. He made a comment looking annoyed saying that since he was a nice guy he would fix what was broken. He told me I had no reason to be annoyed because eventually my car was going to break? Whatever that means. It is now 08/21/2024 and he never gave me a call back. Avoid if possible very rude. Never returning to this location again. The first picture is how I got my car. The second picture is how it looks now. It’s even more damaged since the part was never fixed and the shift gear kept pulling on the broken plastic. I told all my mutuals to never come to this place.

I had them do a complete brake job front and back of my truck. A couple months after they were done my front driver side caliper locked up and caught on fire. They looked over the brakes and said some parts were missing free of charge. Next I have my truck being worked on at DC automotive for the rear differential and their mechanic noticed something wrong with my rear brakes. Turns out again missing certain parts and pads were already worn down and about to start grinding. If you know anything about Brakes the rear ones don’t go out that fast. Firestone doesn’t even know how to do a basic job.

Honestly probably the absolute worst customer service. I had a confirmed appointment at 11. I showed up a little bit early (10:40) two guys in front said “yeah no issue it will be done in an hour” it’s was 11:50 when I notice my car was just sitting there. What’s the point of asking customer to schedule an appointment if the appointment isn’t going to be honored? Don’t go here unless you want to get upset.

I called for a simple tire fix. Shawn got me in without an appt right away. It was my tire and rim which he found quickly & cheap. James put them on for me within the first two hrs they were delivered. He also made my 3 yr olds birthday that day by letting him watch in the garage ☺️ Excellent and prompt service with amazing customer service!

I had an appointment to get a tire fixed and get in and out. They got to it 30 minutes late. Then they popped the hood and took off 4 tires. Ended up being 2.5 hrs for what should have been 20 min. You wasted my time.

I hate to have to leave this review but I think the service really needs some work. I called the day before to get a good feel for how much a service would cost, so I would not be surprised the day of. I was quoted a certain amount and had expected to pay that. I then had scheduled an appointment online a little while later, for this afternoon. I received an email saying my request was received and then another one that was titled "ALLISON your requested appointment is confirmed". So, logically, I assumed my appointment was made. When I got there at 12:05, for my 12:00 appointment, they then seemed to not be able to find my appointment and then went on to explain that it wasn't actually confirmed and if I "do not hear back from them then its not confirmed"..? When I explained I got the email saying it was confirmed, they said that it was simply confirming my REQUEST and not my actual APPOINTMENT and that I needed to have received an additional email? I honestly don't even know because it doesn't make sense. They then seemed to have found my appointment that had been scheduled under a completely different name, that was not even close to my name, which is the name that was given to schedule the appointment. Then, I asked again how much the service would be costing. I was given an amount that was $40 higher than what I was told over the phone. The way it was presented made it seem like it was my only option, so i didn't question or argue it but it was over my budget and the exact reason why I had called and asked in the first place. By this time, it was 12:30 and so I asked how long it would take to do everything. I was told around an hour. So, I go and leave and come back right around 2:00 (an hour and a half later). I go to check out and the guy just so happened to realize that they hadn't even done the oil change, which was pretty much the only reason my car was there. I am then told that it will be 20 more minutes, so I wait. They finally finish whatever it is they were doing and I check out and go to leave and realize they hadn't cleared the maintenance light or reset the mileage warning. I tell them and they go to fix it and come back in and realize they hadn't put on a new updated service sticker reminder on the windshield either.... Finally they are all done and come to see amidst everything, they somehow knocked off the seat adjuster knob and it is now broken. The man was saying it looked like it had been glued on and popped off. I can not seem to "pop it" back on, so it is now broken. I was just annoyed at that point. As driving away, I realize that the maintenance light and mileage counter were still not cleared. So now I have to take it in to the manufacturer to have it fixed. I hate writing reviews but there was an issue with just about every single step. Please work on it.

Wonderful location, had a tire going flat and was supposed to be on the road heading to Tennessee. They were able to squeeze me in real quick, getting me taken care of and on the road again.

Had an 11am confirmed scheduled appointment for an oil change. Was sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes until I decided to ask questions. When I just asked for my keys back, I was given an attitude by the guy that just sat at the front desk while eating chips and watching the tv. What good is an appointment if it's not honored?! This is the second time I've had this issue and I got the same lying excuse about why it takes so long. I would stay far away from this place as they do not care about customers, only themselves.

I was driving through Omaha on Friday morning on my way to Michigan. Dash warning indicated low tire pressure. Left rear pressure was low and dropping fast. Exited I-80 immediately and found Firestone store 2 miles away. Shawn let me in 15 minutes before they opened at 7:00 a.m. Tech determined that sidewall was cut, probably from pothole I’d hit a bit earlier. Shawn provided two options. They replaced tire and I was back on the road within the hour!

It’s does seem reliable at first but you have to pay attention to what services they are recommending & how much they cost. They WILL rip you off if you don’t pay attention. As a young college student it was easy for me to tell the lady on the phone to do a service for me & she stated that my engine filter & cabin filter were dirty. I had literally just changed my cabin filter & overcharged me for replacing my engine filter. It’s pathetic that a women would want to do this to a person who is not always knowledgeable about vehicles. The manager was very friendly though! Please work on your ethics & morals Firestone.

I was traveling back to Colorado and called the store 30 minutes before they close because I had a screw in my tire. Shawn Nelson was incredibly kind and told me that he would stay late as they would close 5 minutes after me arriving to fix my tire. He was incredibly diligent and thoughtful and verified if it was not repairable if they had tires in the shop before I came. Him and his team truly went above and beyond to take care of me and my traveling family. Had he not have done this for us, we likely would have been stuck 8 hours from home on Easter and likely had to wait until Monday to be serviced. I’m beyond grateful for him and his team and truly could not have asked for a better experience. I ended up buying 4 new tires and they switched them all out for us past their shift. Thanks so much to Shawn and his team as they were truly amazing and are truly some of the best I’ve ever worked with!

Three hours into a 10 hour drive and my daughter’s car had a check engine light and started acting up. The staff there were very helpful in diagnosing the problem, making the repairs, and getting us back on the road.
