Scheduled an appointment online (so I thought) at 3pm on Sunday. I show up at 3pm only to be told it wasn’t an appointment but an appointment request. No one called me to confirm or deny the appointment. The employee wasn’t the nicest but i can’t blame him much, I would be annoyed too if this was a constant issue…. My 2 cents, the online form should be more clear and a call would be nice if the “request” isn’t possible.

Great service team. Reasonable quotes to maintain project budget. They stand behind their work and offer good guidance on troubleshooting auto or truck maintenance issues. My wife gets her SUV serviced at this location. Wanted to get some quality suspension work done on my truck. The Firestone team did a good job. I'll be getting my brakes done here soon.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Firestone. I was told by a mechanic at another store that I needed to have my brake fluid replaced. Upon inspecting my vehicle at Firestone, I was told that the service was not needed at this time, which saved me almost $100. I was also provided excellent service in selecting new tires for my car and received a second phone call telling me that I did not require a tire rotation, again saving me money, which is much appreciated. I will recommend Firestone to friends and family and use this company again because I feel like they truly care and were not trying to take advantage of me, which is not how women always feel when getting work done on their vehicles! Thank you, Firestone!

Firstly, Thanks to Mark for not only diagnosing the issue and locating the part for our SUV! He knew we were needing the vehicle early this week, and when Lisa called letting us know not only that the parts had arrived but that they would work it in on Sunday if we could drop it off on the way to church! Mark had done a short time ago some work on our 1985 Chevy Monte Carlo SS; and we knew how particular he was at getting the job completed. When we arrived early Sunday, we were proud to see a young man already displaying the U.S.A. FLAG, as well as those of the military units… THEY CONSTITUTED AN ABSOLUTELY Heartwarming DISPLAY AS WE APPROACHED FROMBTHECEAST AND ENTERED OUR FIRESTONE SHOP! Thanks, Lisa for getting us in on short notice (Sunday) We were again pleased to have her message of “JOB COMPLETED And ready AT OUR CONVENIENCE FOR PICKUP” Thanks for our US MILITARY discount!

Had a broken tire and rim emergency while traveling for Thanksgiving, and they got my rim to their shop (which was hard to find) and on my car within a couple hours to get us on the road! The representative, Mark, went the extra mile to save our Thanksgiving trip! Give that man a raise!

Got a inspection on car and truck really good price got both vehicles done same day and it was fast! I would recommend Firestone. The front desk staff was not really helpful and kinda seemed like he did not know alot but the service was good overall and gave me the information I needed

They came in clutch and helped me in a scary situation. I changed my cars oil 2 days ago and when I was driving on the highway, my vehicle was struggling to accelerate and smoke was coming out of my engine. I called, and they told me to stop in. I had overfilled my oil pan too much on accident and some oil splattered & caused a gasket misfire. They drained my oil, refilled it, and fixed the issue. They are literally my heros. If it werent for yall, I would not have been able to drive 4 hours and see my mom today. Thank you.

I went for a simple tire change and 10 minutes after driving off the lot the ABS, engine, and brake light all popped up on my dash. I went back to get another tire change and they could not explain the reasons for the lights showing up or what codes meant when they scanned the vehicle. I received a phone call from Mark who was not able to thoroughly explain the codes. Mark offered to look at the car again, likely resulting in a much bigger bill to fix the damages they caused in the first place. I advise anyone who wants a tire change, especially if you are from out of town and more likely to be taken advantage of to stay away from this location. Either their mechanics are incompetent or they cause problems on purpose to get more money. Please also review the numerous lawsuits against Firestone for engaging in dishonest activity and causing more damage to cars.

The price I was quoted for an oil change was actually a great price but I was recommended by the staff the change my oil every X same amount of miles for both blended and synthetic oil. I have never heard this and this goes against EVERYTHING I have ever been told from ANY car shop, mechanic, dealership, ECT. So they almost lost an upsell because of the opinion of the staff. Then when the service was completed I was billed $40 greater than quoted. I said something to the gentleman checking me out, who wasn't the same person that gathered my information, and he left then returned only to say I was correct and charged me what I said I was quoted. No paper trail to that. Firestone usually has great service and knowledge, almost too much at times but this time it seemed I was trying to be bamboozled out of future services and out of money. I more than likely will not use this location again.

After a week of packing up a house, we were ready to leave for California when our AC suddenly stopped working. We sure didn't look forward to driving 1600 miles with no air conditioning, so in desperation, I started calling repair shops in the area. I had no luck until Mark answered the phone at Firestone. Even though they were very busy and overbooked for the day, he told me to bring the car in. Fortunately, the only problem was low Freon, so a couple of hours later we were on the road. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I certainly would. With service like this, it's no wonder they are booked with customers. Thank you Mark
