It was a Saturday an hour before they closed. They were able to get it done. Plus I had my family with me my hooligans were playing in their lobby. Wonderful staff pleasant people. I will come back for all my needs.

They left something loose after my oil change and air filter replaced (employee said “oh we we probably left something loose” when I called to tell them I smell something burning, and that there was fluid leaking) and I was told they couldn’t get me in that day if I don’t come before 4pm. So I went in on a Saturday morning, and the guy at the front desk had a horrible attitude. I assume because he was so busy. I explained that I came in after calling because there had been a burning smell coming from my car ever since I had gotten my oil changed. The front desk guy told me they let my car run for 20 mins, and they don’t see any leaks. Then they said they put dye on the engine, and scheduled me to come back in a week. When I went back, I was told that there was indeed a terrible leak that lead to me needing over $1600.00 in repairs. I later learned that it was very dangerous to even be driving my car under that condition. As a long time customer I’m overly disappointed in my experience, the attitude’s on both days that I brought my car in and lack of accountability for their mistake. When I asked how could all of this damage happen 2 days after an oil change and why didn’t they see it before. Mathew told me…..it just happens.

THE TV IS A VIDEO TV AND NOT HOOKED UP TO REGULAR TV. I COULD NOT WATCH ANYTHING BUT A COMMERICAL. THE PRICE OF FIXING THE CAR IS TO EXPENSIVE. I NEED MORE DETAIL REGARDING THE MATTER WITH THE CAR

Highway robbery. Had a nail in my tire, wanted a patch but they couldn't due to nail location. As I needed my car to get to work Monday, new tire it was. I had dropped the car off, so when they guy called me, I had to ask MULTIPLE TIMES what the cheapest, all season tire. He danced around that question like I was the damn devil trying to make a deal. Needless to say, $232 is not very cheap.

I had to pay extra to reset a TPMS sensor that was installed just 8 weeks earlier. They then also diagnosed my battery as only drawing one amp and tried to sell me on a new battery (even after I said “no, I will take it to the Napa that installed it last month.” I had it tested at two other locations and both showed it drawing 850 amp. All in all I found myself distrustful of this location and will not be returning.

Long story short, I came to get my tires replaced because they had bubbles on them. My original firestone location I typically go to referred me to this location because they didn't have the tires my vehicle needed. My damaged tires were originally purchased at Firestone, and they had road hazard protection. The guy who assisted me on June 7th, 2024, stated that he didn't see any tire purchase on file. Since I needed my tires replaced, I went ahead and purchased full price because we needed the vehicle running that weekend. The guy who assisted me stated that if I can find the receipt of the purchase of my tires at a firestone, he can do the adjustment (refund). I finally had the time to visit my original firestone location and obtain the receipt of my tire purchase. I come today to this location to get my adjustment (credit), and the lady at the front desk states that they can't do it. She explained, but I really wish this would have been mentioned before I started looking for the receipt. Please train your employees to give proper information. Otherwise, I would have never taken the time to search for the receipt.

They got me put on Avis's do not rent list after deciding to change the oil on my car without permission. "Lance this is Heather at Avis. I spoke with you yesterday about the oil change on your vehicle not being needed for another 5k miles. You specifically went and had one completed anyways against my direction. You must return the vehicle immediately and you will no longer be able to rent at this time. "

Over priced and bad service. I called 2 hours before to see if I could place an appointment so I could avoid wait times, was told I had an appointment made by my car make and model. Got there BEFORE my scheduled appointment just to find out they did not make an appointment for me and I had to still wait an hour to an hour and a half before I would even be seen. So I went across the street to Jensen tire and auto, got taken in within 15 minutes, 40$ cheaper with a 3 year warranty. I will not be coming back to Firestone. Honesty goes a long way!

I was there since 9am didn’t leave until 3 pm for a ball joint, oil change and wipers. Not only that but my cars brakes are loud as I’m driving which wasn’t the case when I brought it in yea they squeaked when stopping which I’m getting fixed tomorrow at a different business but now they sound like they are scraping ten times worse I spent my whole day her for poor service I was nothing but respectful and patient I will never spend my money here again.

It’s nice they are located downtown, however made an appointment for 9:00am, showed up and was told they.l couldn’t get to my car until 11:00am. Arrived at 1:30pm to find out my FLAT TIRE PATCH was not done yet. FINALLY my repaired tire was ready at 2:05pm. I sure am glad I made a 9:00am appointment !!!!!

The workers were nice enough, but I made an appointment, then waited 2 1/2 hours in their lobby and paid 116+ for my oil change. Only had 2 other people in the lobby when I got there, who both left promptly after I sat down. What's the point of the appointment? Have had great experiences with other Firestones in Omaha, but will not be returning to this location.
