We are regular customers in Lake Nona and I like the ease of the location but more importantly the staff is top notch, Kevin, Albert and staff are excellent, Mike is a Master Mechanic and has fixed our cars for the last few years, none better. I highly recommend this Firestone👏👏

A simple diagnostic should not be $120 . They will charge you arm an leg for doing nothing . This place only wants your money. WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN .

Few weeks ago I took my car for an alignment to this place, when I got my car back and a charged of over $200 and not alignment sheet to proof that was done the car was worse than when I took it in for this service, after I found that the lower control arms were bad and the shop knew this and still proceeded with the alignment knowing that it was no use and it would eed to be fix to be able to correct the alignment, I spoke with the manager Kevin and we agreed to get a refund ... well almost 2 weeks later still no refund, I went to the store and called and nothing so I do not recommend this place at all, bad business

I made an appointment on line....they changed it to the next day without asking me. I took more time off work to be early for my new appointment. Showed up early and was told I would be next....it's been two hours and they just pulled my truck in. I asked them to just take it down and I'd go somewhere else and, apparently it's too late. It's on the lift. The person I Talking to just says "Whatdoyawantmetadoman...." So I call my boss to tell him I have no ability to get back to work untill they are done....if you come here, take the day off work....unless they change you to another day without asking....then take the week off just to get the oil changed. But no worries, just because you lost a days pay, they'll still charge full price.

Very professional and prompt. Called right when they opened and the staff told me to come right in. They were quick, very professional, and prompt to resolve any issues. The staff members were extremely knowledgeable and displayed a high level of customer service. I would recommend highly over the Mavis down the block.

Customer service is poor and no communication between the service advisors and techicians. Save yourself the headache and time and go somewhere else. I have a lifetime alignment & scheduled an alignment with an appt it took 2 1/2 hours before pulling in the bay. I called about 2 hours into the appointment to see when they would be taking my car in the stated next. Then I see another car go into the only alignment bay. The did warn me they were short staffed but that always seems to be the excuse. Besides that I am asked would that be an additional 45 minutes and they then stated after me communicating throughly with them that they would be removing the car out of the bay. Off course they didn’t know who I spoke to but it was only 3 people answering the phone and it dosent take a rocket scientist to ask the technicians. I told them to ask the technician and find out but this is unacceptable. Lack of communication is not an excuse for piss poor service!

I left this place absolutely furious. First of all. I told it would take an hour for my service. it took 2 hours and 48 minutes to do a brake flush. I paid for an vehicle inspection and never got the results. Then when I asked to speak to the technician to find out, he was already gone for lunch, so I sat in the waiting area when I could’ve left earlier. What horribleservice I’ve never going back to this place. There was two things. I asked them to look at and they didn’t even check it out

Took my car for an AC inspection. They refilled the frion. They also put a dye to find a leak. Couldn’t find one. Took it twice more to refill the frion. On my last visit, after paying $300 the frion was gone in 1 day. When I took it back to see what can we do they claimed that they told me I had a leak since visit 1. Not only I spent a lot of money, they also said it was my word against theirs. Didn’t get my money back. A total scam

Top notch service from these guys. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and they were swamped, but Elvis at the front desk was extremely polite and was able to fit me in before they closed. I was very happy with the service department and the customer service at the front. This is why I keep coming back to Firestone!

Friendly and straightforward service. Service advisor Kevin was excellent offering different tire options for my needs and was very honest with suggesting the services my vehicle needed. No hard sales tactics just extremely helpful. Also, my vehicle was ready when promised. Very refreshing, specially after I had just left one of your competitors a mile away that was very dishonest with the products they were offering and extremely rude. Great job! you just gained a new customer and will be coming back to service my vehicles. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. I stopped in for help with a very simple issue. The guy behind the desk rolled his eyes and said it would be hours before he could help because they “only” have 4 people. I took my car next door to autozone and they helped me within 5 minutes so shout out to them! Don’t go here if you want honest work done on your car

Imagine the worst place where they can attend you and multiply it by 10, that's this place, they don't tell you anything about the state of your vehicle, you have an appointment or they don't take HOURS to say something, if you ask how much time is left for your shift they tell you I don't know to ignore you later, a disaster of attention and staff not very empathetic, if I could put 0 I would do it

STUPID- Moved to this side of town and tried to establish a relationship with this organization. Called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a TPMS BATTERY replacement. Was told $120 for the TPMS repair. I showed up for my appointment and they tell me it's an additional $48 for the diagnostic on the TPMS. So basically it's $170 not $120. I would of understood if they uncovered something additional that was broke and needed to charge me for it but I was intentionally mislead on the cost. This repair and all future business will be conducted elsewhere.

Update so after three weeks the area manager called me Robert the real one not Albert the one I said not to contact me form the store pretending he is Robert. Well Robert is very rude cocky and unprofessional. I will be filing complaints with the ag in Florida for fraudlent practices including making people sign ro’s blindly at drop off and pick up and refusing to show what you are signing for stating it would be emailed after sign!!!!! It to mention giving you parts for a car they say is oem comparable when they are the cheaper aftermarket ones you can get !!!!! They lie and I see how there way of business is started from there boss Robert. Frauds and scams go to the dealer pay a little more but at least you get what you pay for with a true estimate to see before signing and picking up!!!!! Thought I had found to go to auto care center, boy was I wrong, let’s start with alignment issues I have brought in 5 times for an alignment over the course of 2 months, it would last for a day or two and start pulling again. Finally I brought it to the dealer last week and they said it was not done correctly and since I left them it works great and doesn’t pull anymore. Secondly last two times I brought in ALBERT measured my pads at a 8 then second time at a 7. Which is about right for the miles. Two weeks and two thousand miles later I brought my car elsewhere to have tires installed as they don’t install non store bought tires. The other center measured in front of me my pads at 4 and rear at a 5. So I called fire stone and to keep working with one center ask if I could get my pads done as the rotors were ok confirmed else where, they said I need rotors and pads together as they do not do most pads. So I agreed I got a price at the other place and they said they would match it for front and rear. Being a former car guy I cleary stated I need oem comparable as I do not want any nosies with the new pads I don’t want it to sound like a bus or truck , I was assured that would not be the case and I Would have oem comparable the best they have. Well I pick up my car keep in mind they have you sign at drop off without showing you what you are signing for and at pickup and have to wait for a recepit to be emailed, well after I left I had to call for receipt which showed only the fronts we’re done and the rears were not. I called after spending over an hour and a half of being put on hold waiting to speak to somebody. I was told that was not agreed on keep in mind for the last two months. I kept asking for quotes on tires and front and rear brake pads and rotors as I knew, it was getting close to get done based on the miles and I drive finally they apologized and said OK made an agreement to pay $100 more even though the original price I paid was the price match for the front and rear and pretty much got told that I didn’t get that price because they’d be losing money keep in mind I’ve been in the car business for 22 years a sales manager and as a general sales manager, I know my stuff so they told me to bring it back in. I did Albert came right out showed me a brake pad that was not even mine that measured at a 10 after he told me the last time I saw him. My rears were at seven now keep in mind. I have a new car with 40,000 miles on it brake pads have never been touched. so because of their mess up, they wanted to talk me out of it saying I didn’t need brake pads and after I confronted him about what he’s told me the last two times I was in there angrily walked away and said OK then I asked another employee why he would tell me three different ratings and then all the sudden tell me I don’t need brake pads and where did that brake pad come from? Blatantly said well the ones you had had chicken wing grease on it so we found one just to show you the measurements on it keep in mind last week, the measurements in person on my brake pads on my vehicle that measured exactly what I stated earlier so now not only did I lose out on getting

Chris was very reasonable, patient and helpful. He and his manager were able to help me find a solution to my problem. I plan on returning to this Firestone if I have another issue with my tires.

Schedule my appointment for a 2104 Ford Flex for a schedule oil change and tire rotation I show up on time. And waited approximately 5-10 minutes before an advisor greet me and asked what I was there for when I told him he proceeded to go to my vehicle get my information. Then he tells me the service is $109 for the oil change alone. And I needed high mileage oil and so on. No one is going to tell me what I have to use in my own vehicle and I refuse to pay more for an oil change at a chain place then i would at the dealer!!! Kissellbeck Ford will only charge you $79 for a complete service and rotation!! Firestone needs to get off there high horse and remember without the customer they have no business! I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! Buyer Beware!!!

Do not use the app or online scheduler, it will say a slot is open but is likely already booked, the app didn't even record my initial request for service; call the store to schedule. Firestone also didn't have a history of my purchases from another location, and I had to find records of my life-time services to make sure I wasn't charged again. Aside from Firestone's logistical problems, the staff there are nice and will provide a breakdown of their inspections to make sure you are aware of any concerns they found.

Excellent Tire Service at Firestone I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to William. He quickly fixed my tire issue, explaining everything clearly and providing a fair estimate for tires. Took my truck in for an AC check-up because it was blowing cold air on some days, but in hot environments, it would switch to cold/warm. After their inspection, they recommended $2k worth of AC repairs. Since then after inspection, it only blows hot air. It's clear they tampered with the AC to push their service. I won't be returning here again.

Went in and they said they will do the job 5 minutes later they said the guy is on break and I asked what time will he be back they said an hour. I said but you close at 7pm? He said they are short staffed Will go to Mavis tire & brakes next time. What a waste of my time
