Avoid this location. I’ve had two negative experiences here, both for basic services. I scheduled and confirmed appointments for an oil change and a flat tire repair, while noting I am to wait while the work was done in the appointment. Both times, I was told upon arrival that it would take 3-5 hours for the service. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, like staffing issues, but the least they could do is notify customers with confirmed appointments instead of wasting their time. What is the point of an appointment. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and the service went smoothly. Save yourself the trouble and go to another shop—there are plenty of better options out there.

I waited 7 hours for my car repair. The part delivered from the dealer was wrong. I have to stay longer due to the error. The staff is outstanding.

I will never go back to this place again. They are completely untrustworthy. They wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to repair my A/c and bushing on my car. I found the parts through advance auto parts for half the price. The last time I was there to get my car checked, they said I had an issue with the spark plugs on my car. I never repaired it and the issue was not brought up this time. So, I don’t trust them.

I went in having some issues with my car. I got an OBD scan with some codes that i was not quite familiar with and Johanna helped me understand what the issue could be. She was also super friendly and empathetic with my situation. She reassured me and kept me up to date the whole time. Thanks for the amazing service

I’ll start with saying I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. These last several months have been a nightmare dealing with issues to our vehicle. Customer service has always been fine until they had to accept responsibility for their mistake. I am extremely disappointed that Kevin “manager” lack the very basics in customer service and doing what is right. They put in the wrong after market radiator in our vehicle on 12/13. On 1/2 we had to have the water pump replaced which failed on 1/3. And now I have to have the radiator replaced again because the vehicle continues to leak and apparently the wrong radiator was installed on 12/13. They are not taking responsibility for their mistakes. With all the options we have around please do your due diligence.

Few weeks ago I took my car for an alignment to this place, when I got my car back and a charged of over $200 and not alignment sheet to proof that was done the car was worse than when I took it in for this service, after I found that the lower control arms were bad and the shop knew this and still proceeded with the alignment knowing that it was no use and it would eed to be fix to be able to correct the alignment, I spoke with the manager Kevin and we agreed to get a refund ... well almost 2 weeks later still no refund, I went to the store and called and nothing so I do not recommend this place at all, bad business Update. After takung my car to a professional shop they verified that no alingment was done on my car, all the numbers were RED, and they were done they provided me with proof/post and prior alignment numbers print out, Firestone at Narccoossee is a SCAM

I made an appointment at Firestone Auto Care two days ago for a tire alignment. I specifically told them I needed the service completed by 11:30 AM because I had a job with my SUV at the airport at 12 PM. I was assured it would be done on time and scheduled the appointment for 9 AM. I arrived at 8:50 AM, and they told me the alignment should be done by 10:30 AM since my SUV was next to go into the bay. With that reassurance, I went across the street to get a coffee, as the waiting area was full and there was nowhere for me to sit. I even let them know to call me if it was done earlier, and I would come right back. When I returned at 10:45 AM, to my surprise, my SUV was still parked in the same spot I left it. Worse yet, another car was now in the service bay. When I asked what was going on, they just said, "Well, these people were here before." I had no choice but to leave without the alignment because I couldn’t afford to be late for my airport job. Now, I have to drive a long distance without the alignment I already paid for. This was such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

In this establishment I bought 4 tires and they offered me the free rotation, when I got the service I realized that the tires did not rotate. Talk to the person in charge and let him know since I had marked the tires. I don't recommend. En este establecimiento compre 4 neumatuco y me ofrecieron la rotacion gratis, cuando me toco el servicio me percate que no rotaban los neumaticos. Hable con la persona encargada y se lo deje saber ya que yo habia marcado los neumaticos. No los recomiendo.

Kind, friendly and courteous staff with comfortable waiting area and the availability of WiFi to enable work to be done while waiting. It’s a clean and comfortable facility that works clean and fast and provides fair pricing for their services.

Staff did a great job at sourcing the tires I needed fast, but the wait time for getting two tires replaced was over 2 hours, reminded me of the DMV from Zootopia.

Terrible service, especially the front desk people, they are rude, no respect for the customers… they don’t greet you “no good morning”, they call you “what do you want!” “next”… they treat each other badly, no respect, they look at each other dirtyly and they look at the customers dirtyly… a horrible atmosphere… they should rate those who are face to face with the company better… leaves a lot to be said… they cancel appointments as if we don’t have to ask permission from our jobs to be able to do those services because on weekends it is impossible… they take longer than ever… they didn’t give me my invoice for the service they did to me and they told me they would send it to me by email but up to now I have not received anything… the truth is that it makes me not want to do any service in that office again.

A simple diagnostic should not be $120 . They will charge you arm an leg for doing nothing . This place only wants your money. WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN .

I made an appointment on line....they changed it to the next day without asking me. I took more time off work to be early for my new appointment. Showed up early and was told I would be next....it's been two hours and they just pulled my truck in. I asked them to just take it down and I'd go somewhere else and, apparently it's too late. It's on the lift. The person I Talking to just says "Whatdoyawantmetadoman...." So I call my boss to tell him I have no ability to get back to work untill they are done....if you come here, take the day off work....unless they change you to another day without asking....then take the week off just to get the oil changed. But no worries, just because you lost a days pay, they'll still charge full price.

Very professional and prompt. Called right when they opened and the staff told me to come right in. They were quick, very professional, and prompt to resolve any issues. The staff members were extremely knowledgeable and displayed a high level of customer service. I would recommend highly over the Mavis down the block.

We are regular customers in Lake Nona and I like the ease of the location but more importantly the staff is top notch, Kevin, Albert and staff are excellent, Mike is a Master Mechanic and has fixed our cars for the last few years, none better. I highly recommend this Firestone👏👏

Customer service is poor and no communication between the service advisors and techicians. Save yourself the headache and time and go somewhere else. I have a lifetime alignment & scheduled an alignment with an appt it took 2 1/2 hours before pulling in the bay. I called about 2 hours into the appointment to see when they would be taking my car in the stated next. Then I see another car go into the only alignment bay. The did warn me they were short staffed but that always seems to be the excuse. Besides that I am asked would that be an additional 45 minutes and they then stated after me communicating throughly with them that they would be removing the car out of the bay. Off course they didn’t know who I spoke to but it was only 3 people answering the phone and it dosent take a rocket scientist to ask the technicians. I told them to ask the technician and find out but this is unacceptable. Lack of communication is not an excuse for piss poor service!

I left this place absolutely furious. First of all. I told it would take an hour for my service. it took 2 hours and 48 minutes to do a brake flush. I paid for an vehicle inspection and never got the results. Then when I asked to speak to the technician to find out, he was already gone for lunch, so I sat in the waiting area when I could’ve left earlier. What horribleservice I’ve never going back to this place. There was two things. I asked them to look at and they didn’t even check it out

Took my car for an AC inspection. They refilled the frion. They also put a dye to find a leak. Couldn’t find one. Took it twice more to refill the frion. On my last visit, after paying $300 the frion was gone in 1 day. When I took it back to see what can we do they claimed that they told me I had a leak since visit 1. Not only I spent a lot of money, they also said it was my word against theirs. Didn’t get my money back. A total scam

Top notch service from these guys. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and they were swamped, but Elvis at the front desk was extremely polite and was able to fit me in before they closed. I was very happy with the service department and the customer service at the front. This is why I keep coming back to Firestone!

Friendly and straightforward service. Service advisor Kevin was excellent offering different tire options for my needs and was very honest with suggesting the services my vehicle needed. No hard sales tactics just extremely helpful. Also, my vehicle was ready when promised. Very refreshing, specially after I had just left one of your competitors a mile away that was very dishonest with the products they were offering and extremely rude. Great job! you just gained a new customer and will be coming back to service my vehicles. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. I stopped in for help with a very simple issue. The guy behind the desk rolled his eyes and said it would be hours before he could help because they “only” have 4 people. I took my car next door to autozone and they helped me within 5 minutes so shout out to them! Don’t go here if you want honest work done on your car

Imagine the worst place where they can attend you and multiply it by 10, that's this place, they don't tell you anything about the state of your vehicle, you have an appointment or they don't take HOURS to say something, if you ask how much time is left for your shift they tell you I don't know to ignore you later, a disaster of attention and staff not very empathetic, if I could put 0 I would do it

STUPID- Moved to this side of town and tried to establish a relationship with this organization. Called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a TPMS BATTERY replacement. Was told $120 for the TPMS repair. I showed up for my appointment and they tell me it's an additional $48 for the diagnostic on the TPMS. So basically it's $170 not $120. I would of understood if they uncovered something additional that was broke and needed to charge me for it but I was intentionally mislead on the cost. This repair and all future business will be conducted elsewhere.
