Great service. Employee didn't pressure you in to buying more services he did ask of I wanted to take care of a couple different issues but once I said no he left it like that didn't pressure me, just did the service that I came in for and that was it. Very professional

Untrustworthy, do not go here! I went for a nail in my tire and they lied to me telling me my tires were “dry rotted” (they were not) and that I needed 2 new tires for over $350. I drove across town to my trustworthy mechanic and paid under $30 for my tire to be fixed. You didn’t just lose $350, you lost my entire family’s business for life!

I come here to get an oil change and have my tires repaired/replaced when needed. When getting my tires repaired, I repeatedly need to return and have the workers refill the tires with air, which is extremely inconvenient. I even call before picking up my vehicle to ask if they refilled the tires, and they dismissively tell me they have properly inspected the vehicle. I even speak with the manager, and he assures me that the car will be fully inspected and properly maintained, but then the same thing keeps happening. They just don’t seem to care about people’s time. The facility also reeks of cigarette, the workers are continuously smoking around the garage and exterior of the facility. Unfortunately I will not be returning here, even though it is close to my home, which is why I kept going back.

I visited on Labor Day and was greeted by the manager Jerry, who was both friendly and informative regardless of my situation. The mechanics were also highly professional and friendly. A positive overall experience. I appreciate the excellent service.

I brought my car to this location for a wheel alignment and an issue with the tire pressure sensor light continuously turning on. My car was delivered to me with just the wheel alignment but they never checked my concern with the tire pressure sensor light. George tried to explain to me that it just needed to be recalibrated (which I've done multiple times before but after driving several miles-it turns back on). He proceeded to giggle at me with another customer as he assumed I had no idea what he was talking about. He came outside to my car to "show me" how to calibrate it-which I already knew how. He never had any of the technicians check the tire pressure in my tires nor did he offer to have it looked at further. I left the shop and stopped at a local gas station to put air in my tires and ensure that all levels were accurate and by the time I got home-the light is on again! Poor customer service George.

Not all Firestones are created equal but this location takes the cake for us. We have been bringing our cars here for the past 3+ years and we would not go anywhere else. Jerry and Aaron are top notch when it comes to customer service with consistent communication and never quoting any work unless they feel it is absolutely necessary. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to work with us. They even helped me out today with a walk-in opportunity where I had a flat tire. They had me in and out in no time at all. Thank you for all that you do for our community.

I declined to return to the service center. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM for a brake inspection. Upon returning from a brief meal, approximately an hour and a half later, I found my car still positioned where I had originally parked it. When inquired about the estimated time for completion, the staff informed me that they were unable to provide one. Subsequently, I retrieved my car and departed from the establishment.

I took my car there today. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours at 2 hours and 45 minutes. My car still hadn't even gone in and I had an appointment. Don't come here and if you do, you will wait a long time. Whole morning was wasted for no reason. And when I asked for my keys back, they said we can call you when the car is ready. No thank you. If I hadn't gone up to them asking for my keys I would still be there waiting. There was zero communication from any9ne as to why my car had not yet gone in after being there over 2 1/2 hours. If I wanted to wait that long I would have gone to the dealership. Will definitely not be back here. It's truly sad how customer service has gone out the window. And I'll make sure to also post this on other platforms as well. People need to know good service from poor service. And I'm not referring to the mechanics.Because well my car didn't make it in so I can't speak to that.

They always go above and beyond and treat me with the utmost respect. They knew my financial limitations and explained what the best repairs/maintenance would be for the money. I highly recommend this location! I actually drive past another location to come to this one!

They greeted me like I was family. Took me right away. Saw the problem, got me a new tire, put it on the rim and away I went. I came in with a flat tire. The tire I could afford. I always come here for service.

This place is horrible. I made an appointment at 8AM to get a nail out of my tire and waited over an hour and a half before I asked the status. I was told by their Service Advisor, Christian, that it can take 90 minutes before they get my car in which he said, "I'm getting ready to pull it in". He was very rude on how he said it, and that was NEVER communicated to me like he rudely said he did. I live close to the location and could've walked home in 10 min. Had I'd known it would be that long, I would've gladly done that. With the attitude I got from him, I took my keys back and I will never return to this Firestone again. The vehicle that was being serviced is my company vehicle which has a national contract for service with Firestone. You would think that would matter but it didn't. I wasn't looking for special privileges, but I was looking for professional courtesy. I have had other issues with this location but like a fool I kept going back because it's close to my house. I also have a history with Firestone and once had my car stolen out of a bay from another location in Orlando Florida 15 years ago. If you do choose to go to this location or any Firestone, ask questions and watch your car!

Unfortunately the customer service from the store manager Gary was disheartening to say the least. He was not personable, not helpful and he did not want to do the right thing and price match a deal on tires I got from the online Firestone site. I made the reservation at this store only because of the online deal. The online website is very misleading it makes you believe you get a deal on tires and all you have to do is schedule an appointment based on the quote but when you get to the store it’s a different story. It’s more than the price online and Gary wouldn’t honor the price I got quoted. He advised I take my complaint about him and the misleading information to Firestone corporate. I don’t understand how he even got his position as a store manager because he handled this situation poorly and unprofessionally. I got all my tires for years at this location and honestly they lost my business in the future. I will go for a honest company true to their deals online and at the store

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location if you have a luxury vehicle. We took back our car back 3 times to them because of mistakes from their end. They still did not resolve the issue the last time we took it back. We decided it wasn’t worth our time or energy to keep going back to them. Their mechanics don’t care about the quality of their work. Save your time, money and peace of mind and don’t take your car here.

I called Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday to have some work done on a vehicle. When I get there everything was fine to begin with, but after waiting an hour they told me my vehicle was too big for them to work on. Even though I told them the exact vehicle I was getting work on over the phone. Wasted my time and the would not correct their mistake.

I went to the store with an appointment but my car hasn't been attended to for a day now. The person who helped me tells me that there is nothing wrong with my car but the brake noise is happening. They never called me. I called them and that is why I have received information. If I hadn't done it, I don't know when they would call me. Yesterday, Sunday, they told me that they did not have technicians and today they tell me that my car have nothing bad. I'm going to pick it up. I’m so disappointed.

Knowlegeable technicians and always friendly, professional service. Honest shop, you won't pay for unnecessary service. I paid extra for higher mileage tires, hopefully it will be worth the extra investment.

TLDR: do not come here for air conditioning related repairs! Around 9-10 months ago my car’s AC stopped working, was told that the Freon in the vehicle did not have a dye in it that they use to track where a leak could be coming from. They recharged with Freon and I left paying over $200 just for that and was told to come back when it stops working. I come back months later after it runs out and they tell me that there’s a leak in the evaporator core which will cost $1200 to fix. I saved up and returned months later when I was able, and they said they would need 4-5 days for the repair. I pick it up after 4 days and seems to work fine. The next day the air does not seem to be working after driving on the highway (only blowing through feet vents not face). Took it back in and after 2 days they reported that they were not able to duplicate the issue. I pick up the car and about 2 weeks later, the AC was no longer blowing cold air. I drove straight there after work to show them. They kept car for another 2 days and the manager states “we found the issue and were able to fix it, I feel comfortable letting you pick up the car”. I drive to the store and then home right after, and the air stopped working AGAIN when I got home! I called the corporate line the next day and was able to get the process started for a refund. The manager said I had 2 options: he said “this last time we identified where the issue was so if you bring it in again we should be able to finally fix it (or something along these lines) OR you can get a refund.” Of course I chose the refund because I had absolutely zero trust in this location/business being able to honestly and truthfully do the work they were paid to do. I finally received the full refund 2 weeks later. I will never be returning to this location for service. The associates there were not rude during our encounters, however I believe they take on jobs that are above their skill level or scope and hope that they get away with putting bandaids over things until they break again.
