Terrible customer service from some overweight guy with glasses who looked like he might have been the manager. Didn’t want to listen to me and ignored what I thought. Blew off my opinion. I will never use this garbage place again.

I arrived with a blown tire and was told by the person at the desk that they could change it within the next two hours. This was in the morning around 9:00 am so I thought okay I'll just wait for the tire change and then be on my way. It turned out to be the case that I didn't receive service until 6:00 pm! Right before the closed. I lived hours away so I couldn't just easily leave and come back. I constantly asked why my car hadn't been serviced and the person running the desk just kept assuring my car was close to being serviced all the while he sat around and even spent a few minutes flirting with two girls who came in (Their care was promptly serviced, I wonder why). I was frustrated and at my wits end. To top it all off my phone ran out of battery and I didn't have enough cash to pay, but the person at the desk said no one had a charger to lend me. I had to run to the nearest gas station and was barely able to buy a cheap charger so I could turn on my phone and pay with my google pay. The service was poor and the tires were expensive. I will not be returning.

Showed up for an appointment. Nothing in the system. Showed them the email confirmation. Just a sorry nothing we can do. Now I have to find a place to pay for an alignment when I am supposed to have a lifetime one here. Got screwed on this one.

This specific Firestone I have found to work with you to make your schedule whenever they possibly can. Prices seem fair and good. Workmanship so far for me has hit the mark. I will continue to go there.

I had purchased the lifetime alignment deal in June 2024. After receiving the car, it felt that the alignment was the same with the steering pulling to the right. I decided to bring it back on July 27, 2024 to have it checked and also to have wheels/tires balanced/rotated to hopefully rectify the issue along with vibration at higher speed. They told me that all work was completed that I requested and I paid for the services. Upon inspection, I found the rotation and balancing were not done because the same tires stayed where they were and that the wheels were not balanced. I called and simply was told it was miscommunication. It is lack of integrity and honesty for me because I asked them after and they told me they did all the work. I proved they didn’t. This is not a good look for Firestone and I will take my business elsewhere and will advise all my family and friends to not do business with this location. Manager refunded balancing but not alignment which I believe was not done. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION.

Make sure you talk about price up front. I had a couple tires changed and they added extra protection without my approval. Ended up being more than the tires themselves

Worst firestone ive ever been to. This location is slow and not professional. All workers look off customers and are not loyal to appointments. I went for a simple oil change for my 11:30 appointment. I wait for an hour and my car has not been touched still waiting outside. Like I said not loyal to an appointment at all. The staff was choosing to work on there own cars in the bays over the paying customer. Go anywhere else but here.

Dropped my car off at 10am to get one tire changed(needed a new tire). Told the guy at the desk what I needed, he entered everything into the computer then he told me they will also check to see if my car needs an alignment and if it did they would call to see if I wanted to get that done as well, I said ok. Time went by and nothing yet so I called at 3:30pm to get an update because I had to be to work for 5pm. They said they had just started on my car and it would be ready in 45 minutes. I was a little annoyed but atleast I'll get my car back In time to go to work right? WRONGGGG!!! 45 minutes passed and still nothing so I just went up there. Got my car back at 5:15pm and guess what they didn't even do the alignment check. SO Y'ALL HAD MY CAR FROM 10AM TO 5:15PM JUST TO CHANGE ONE TIRE??? AND MADE ME AN HOUR LATE FOR WORK!!! AT THIS POINT Y'ALL SHOULD HAVE PAID ME FOR WASTING MY TIME 🙄 I understand life is unpredictable and you're running a business and it can get busy but communicate with your customers because our time is valuable.

Dropped off my car at 8:25am to get the tire patched, now I’m leaving at 3:15pm and the job still isn’t complete, I get that people get busy or things run long but I was told my car was next at 12:07pm.

Had such a disappointing experience here. Took my car for an inspection on Sunday 8am they had it all day, I called to check on it and when I did they said the car hasn’t even been LOOKED at yet. What’s the point of making an appointment then?? They said they could get to it by Monday I told them yes because I really needed my car fixed.Monday came around they haven’t even called me to update me on my car or anything, so I call them. The guys says they’re working on it, this is around 12pm. I call again at 2 to check on it, he says still working on it. Eventually 4 o’clock comes around and I haven’t heard back. I call them and tell em I've been waiting for my car for 2 days and the Manager says he didn’t know that and he let me take my car. I told em I was tired of waiting because they also wouldn’t update me at all. So I will be taking my car somewhere else!!

Horrible service. First, I dropped my car off at noon for a simple tire check because it wasn't holding air. After waiting for three and a half hours I asked to know what was taking so long and was told it was next in. An hour after that I had to go to class and the car was still not taken in so I left with it and made an appointment for the next morning. Dropped it off and got a call an hour later that of course it wasn't repairable with no explanation as to what the problem was. I come in and decide to get a new tire instead of getting it fixed somewhere else which I should have. After the tire is on, the car doesn't start for some reason and has to be jumped and the battery test failed. The battery was 100% less than 2 months ago and all of a sudden fails when I bring it in, go figure. To top it off the main reason I went to a Firestone was in case I needed a new tire I could get the same one which did not happen. I specifically did not want 3 Firestone tires and one random company that looks used. Over $100 included road hazard protection that I didn't want and 8 hours later I was left with a random tire and bad battery.

I like this Firestone! They're friendly and do good work. I went in for 4 new tires. I had an appointment at 1 p.m., all bays were full and I waited an hour and a half before they took my car back to a bay. Then it took the technician 1 hour and 45 minutes to install four new tires and balance them. I've never had to wait that long once my car goes back to one of their days to have four tires put on my car. Of course this was the busiest that I have ever seen this particular Firestone but still once my car went back to a bay it should not have taken one hour and 45 minutes for them to put new tires on balance them and whatever else they do for the tires. Overall I spent three and a quarter hours sitting waiting for my car. I don't think I'll go back to this particular Firestone again.

Louis was AMAZING!! Very attentive & kind. I had a nail in my tire & only was looking to get it plugged due to me having a school exam I didn’t want to miss. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to, but had to buy a brand new tire instead. Louis, helped me to purchase a new one. He was informative & helped me to get a good deal. The process was about 45 mins to an hour, which was pretty quick in my opinion. Justin cashed me out & was also nice. The inside sitting area was clean. Thank you all so very much!

They forgot to replace three screws from my undercarriage shield and one from my wheel well. Wheel well shield started rubbing on the tire made me look underneath found missing screws and screws halfway threaded.

0 Stars for unethical practices. This evening, I got scammed by Firestone because they performed and charged for a service without my request or approval. I made an appointment online for a complete vehicle inspection with the car care package $10 coupon. At the front desk, Luis asked me about the oil that is currently in my vehicle and I responded with synthetic-blend and he did not follow up asking if I needed an oil change. I was confused why my car oil was brought up, so I made sure to specify that I only needed the car care package and the services included. Then, Luis took my keys without having me sign to confirm anything or even show my ID. I received an oil change 2-3 months prior at ~88,000 miles with 75-80% oil life, so I had no need for one. Yet, they changed my oil anyway and charged me $80+ for it. Julian was the one to return the keys and accept payment. He stated that my oil was changed, to my surprise, and I replied that I never requested an oil change and it was not on my appointment. I made an appointment online, and the only services I requested was a complete vehicle inspection with the car care package coupon. Julian replied stating that he did not know what happened, but he could not return my car to me without payment. I asked where Luis went and Julian said that Luis left for the day, conveniently. Therefore I, begrudgingly, paid the $100 fee so I could have my vehicle back. He said that I can contact the store manager about possibly receiving a refund, which I will definitely be following up with. I will update this review if the matter is resolved. I’ve had Firestone try to up-sale me on their services before, but this is the first time they have out-right performed a service on my car that was never requested or approved. Nothing was requested or signed off on for an oil change. They are simply going off of word-of-mouth and they are lying about it. I was going to follow-up with replacing my tires and brakes with Firestone but not anymore. I am a college student so I cannot afford to be taken advantage of like this. After 30 years of service between my family and I at this location, Firestone has lost a loyal customer.

I’ve never dealt with such an awful manager as Bob, he was absolutely rude and would not help me find what I needed in the slightest, he just made it seem like he hated his job, and honestly, at this point he should! Please do a favor to this store and get rid of him.

The guys who work here are nice and I am sure they are doing their best. However, when I go to a place to get an oil change it is because I expect that they can do it better than I could, and instead a month later my drain plug fell off and my engine was ruined. They were very apologetic, but if you want to save yourself from having to deal with the nightmare and backwards greed of the Bridgestone Corporate Office, I’d stay away from all Bridgestone companies.

This Firestone location is absolutely amazing. I've never experienced such custom service. This location should be the model for every location. Justin Clark and Julian took care of me. Please don’t take my word come check them out. You'll be glad you did
