I meant to post this right away but life…about a month ago I had an issue that needed fixing asap, it was the end of the day and I was so stressed. When I got in to this Firestone and was met with the positive energy from Ilia and Abigail, they helped me, and made everything so easy, all the stress gone! I highly recommend especially for women who struggle finding safe places to get cars fixed.

giving one star because i can't give zero. I've been here twice now and each time they couldn't help me. The customer service here is an absolute joke, on top of that I arrived for my appointment and the guy says yeah I only have one technician today and 3 other appointments in front of you so it's gonna be a while. Well why not call the customer and let them know that instead of having them waste their time and gas and hope they wait around for service? I don't know which is more bs about this place, the lack of respect for your time or the lack of respect for you as a person/customer. Won't ever see me again.

First time customer with time sensitive vehicle issue. I was in and out in 45 minutes. This location definitely exceeded my expectations. I am pleased from the reasonable price, time-frame of work performed, and customer service. Keep in my I'm a customer to impress and I live over 30 minutes away from this location. I would come back.

My wife and I went yesterday for two rear tires. William, is the manager....so friendly and professional! Love this guy! He had us in and out in no time at all. I recommend this Firestone to everyone. These guys are top notch! Thank you, William and crew....we will definitely be coming back.

William who calls himself "the Batman" is a snake. He will try to replace everything on your car even though you don't need it. He charged my girlfriend for a new car battery and then did not replace the battery. Check the date on your battery and make sure this Firestone actually replaces your battery. He will take advantage of you in your time of need. Watch for fake positive reviews on this site. (You can tell by the names)

Needed new tire due to long screw in the sidewall. Tire was installed and the other 3 tires rotated and balanced. Good service at the South Semoran Firestone as usual. The manager at this store has been with Firestone for years and really knows how to treat his customers.

Very professional and great customer service m. Manager was very pleasant to assist and provided update each time on my car. The girl at the desk was very helpful and nice attitude. Overall I had a great experience for a Saturday. Will come back again and avoid Florida mall location.

Very professional location. The best Firestone I have visited in my entire driving tenure of 20 years. William, also known as “Batman,” was exceptionally nice and down to earth. He provided the best and most thorough service I’ve ever experienced from a Firestone employee. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured my vehicle received top-notch care. I highly recommend this location and commend William for his outstanding service. It’s rare to find such dedication and expertise in the automotive industry.

I took in my Nissan Versa this past Saturday because my car’s ac stopped working. I had recently paid for a vehicle inspection on 6/2/24 at another Firestone that was an out of state location. Upon this inspection, they did not find anything to be wrong with the ac. I drove the car down for my move and when I got to Florida, the ac stopped working. Firestone on Semoran was able to honor the fact that I recently had an inspection and conducted ac diagnostics free of charge. Ilia at the front desk was great. She was polite and professional. She and the team were great at communicating what was wrong with my car. Unfortunately, the estimate was just too high (at no fault of their own) and I decided not to proceed. My car has been with me for 12 years and I believe it is time for me to upgrade, so I’ll be putting money towards that. I definitely would recommend this location.

Lewis (spelling may be wrong) was AMAZING! So helpful and understanding of what I needed. I sometimes have felt at other auto shops that services are being pushed onto me but I was given advice on what I needed to get done in order to be safe on a drive! I am very thankful for their service and quick turnaround time.

Thank you to Mr.William and his excellent team. Mr.Willams is a very thoughtful guy and that goes a long way. I really needed my back brakes lights fix and he tried his best to fit me in so I wouldn’t get another ticket. This was my first time using this facility. The counter man was friendly and my truck tires were replaced quickly. No pushy add on, extra repair business. The truck was delivered as promised. Very happy with this visit.

People here do not want to work and turn away business. Make sure they are able to even do the work on your car before they try to have you bring it in. Unprofessional environment

The gentleman at the front desk immediately acknowledged me as I entered! He was very polite, professional and attended to me quickly. They serviced my auto as requested and insured me that my breaks were in order and ready for my journey home!

We came to this location because of the 4.2 star rating. This rating is higher than other locations near us. We figured this meant the customer service rating was high. We spoke to Dee in advance to order tires in advance of our appointment. Dee confirmed they would call our fleet management company for the approval to order the tires. When we arrived for the appointment Dee and Luis both confirmed that they did not follow through on their word. The approval took two minutes. Beware of working with Dee and Luis at this location. We've been with Firestone for decades all across the U.S for personal and fleet vehicles. Our fleet management requires us to go to Firestone. We will choose another location next time.
