Shop wildly overcharged for parts. Shop claimed they were close on margins but typing in the part number online shows that that you can get a 4 pack of coils or spark plugs for the price they charged me per unit. The shop also provided me with a lower receipt than what I was charged and refused to honor it at the time of payment. The car is working but the price gouging and rude customer service were disgusting and explain the many negative reviews.

I had a horrible experience last time I was here. It all started off when I went in for an oil change and two weeks later, a message shows on the dashboard of my car saying that I needed to add more oil. Since it made me concerned, I returned to firestone so that they could rule out the possibility of a leak. I called in prior asking if I needed an appointment and they told me no, so I dropped the car off at 9 AM with the expectation it would take just a few hours. Around 2 PM that same day I called in asking if there was an update and I would need the car ready by 3:30 PM because I had another appointment. One of the reps there said that they had not even started to check the issue, and that they wouldn’t start since they were not going to have enough time. I said that is totally fine, I’m coming to pick up my car. When I get there, my car was nowhere to be found in the lot. When I asked where my car was, they said it was parked in the back. I said I had to go since I had another place to be and kindly asked if I could have my car ready to go. After a few minutes, handed me the wrong car keys. I told him that they were not my car keys and that’s when everything started to go south. I look up where they have the lifts for the cars, and there was my car, with all of my 4 tires removed. I look at my car and I ask the rep there what was going on and he said he needed to remove all of the tires to figure out where the leak was coming from (which was a lie). I called him out on that, saying that I had called just an hour earlier and that he had told me that they would not touch my car and that it would be ready for me. He tried to play it off and obviously lied about it, saying that they were looking out for me, trying to sell me all new tires - thinking that I would actually go with it trying to make $1500 off of me. He claimed I needed to change at least one tire, saying it was in poor condition. I said okay, change the one. He then said he couldn’t because there were no tires available to put on my car (what???!!!!). At this point, I told him to cancel everything, put all my tires back and that I had to go. I told him (once again) I had another appointment to go to. The rep was then blaming me for some sort of language barrier, saying that my Spanish was not very good and that he could not understand it, but really they were lying and being shady about all of it. After almost 2 hours of waiting for them to put my tires back on, I lost my appointment and I did not find out if there were any leaks. Their customer service is horrible and they are not organized with their procedures at all. I will never go back and I do not recommend this branch to anyone who wants to get their car fixed the right way.

I came in today to get my battery and gear shift indicator light checked along with other things. I reiterated that my entertainment center kept displaying “Battery Discharge Warning” when driving and the gear shift indicator is not on after getting a headlight installed. WHICH ISN’T NORMAL. To only be told “Your battery is fine.” After picking up my vehicle, the issue persists and wasted an entire day for nothing.

I purchased a set of tires and lifetime alignment at this location. When I was leaving I noticed the tire pressure light was on. I turn around and go back in, there were three employees at the front desk. The desk guy tells me to go back to my car and he would send someone in a minute, approximately 30 minutes pass and no one comes out. I left, called to complain and had to go back. They offered a fee oil change for my next service. I go in for that service months later, had an appointment and waited approximately 4 hours at the location. I go in for my next oil service had a Sunday appointment at a different location and here they tell me that the information on the system for the Lifetime Wheel alignment was for my old car that was totaled years ago and had never been serviced at the Lee Rd location. My new car was the same brand and model, but obviously a different year. The Lee Rd location never bothered to update my address nor VIN number when they sold me the Lifetime Alignment… Go to a competitor. Firestone has been an issue every single time. Not to mention that they offer to sell cabin and engine filters without even looking if they are dirty or not. I change those myself so I know they were clean, yet they were saying I needed to change them. They do not inspect cars, they just tell you that you need things that you probably do not need, beware!

I should have known to stay away after last year. Last year an ignition coil went out. They changed it. It went out again (the same one) 2 days later. Took it back because it was under warranty. They changed it again. Let me make this short, I had to go back FOUR times in one week before they decided to put a brand new ignition coil in. Car has been fine. This year my ac goes out completely. We took it to firestone. $1900 later it was fixed. Within not even 2 months the climate control module broke again (one of the things they fixed not even 2 months ago). Take it back to them to fix (mind you my ac was blowing ice cold air). They fix the module but its not blowing as cold, module breaks again. We take it back for them fix the module and they call and say there is a new problem with the hose that goes from the ac to compressor. I was told they had got a hose but it was the wrong one. They told me on Saturday that the dealership has to order the hose because it is on back order but the part will be here on tuesday. Here it is tuesday and they tried to tell me the same thing. I told them thats what they said on saturday. The lady said she will call the dealership to see when the part will be here and she would call me back. No call back so I call. Now Im being told that it could be months before they get the hose! We live in florida DO YOU KNOW HOW HOT IT IS TO DRIVE WITH NO AC? I will be taking my business else where!

I am elated about yesterday’s visit. Oh how I was well serviced by Sofia and Glenn. Sofia welcomed me with a gracious smile as she input my information. I knew right away I would be cared for. Then, Glenn was very patient to explain my vehicle’s needs from the ‘severe’ to ‘additional considerations’. Glenn also brightened my day as he was willing to provide a price match. All in all, my overall experience at this “Firestone” location is A+ rated! There’s NO DOUBT my future visits will be the same!

This is my favorite Firestone location. I will only go to this one to have my vehicle worked on. Glenn is always amazing to me! Great customer service, very patient and kind. Any issues I have ever had he always solves them with knowledge and reassurance. After 15 years of going to this location, I can honestly say that he is one of the best managers I have encountered.

Girl at counter tells me it’s your fuel pump and recommends 5 other things. She says everything comes to $1500. So I said ok what about just the fuel pump,she says 480. I said OK just get the fuel pump done. Then some dude calls me back and says oh she made a mistake, the fuel pump alone it’s going to be $1200. Also,I installed the fuel module and he’s suggesting I change it because “it’s not sending a signal” I said don’t touch my truck I’m picking it up. Why can’t ppl just be honest! VERY shady ppl please be aware!!!

Glen is simply a good guy who wants to help you with your car. I know garages aren't known for perfection (neither are you and me, btw) but so far this place has been perfect, and I like being dealt with as a grown up and not an upcharge. Having someone like Glen just makes the entire experience better. We trust Glen and his Firestone garage and he will always be the first call for any work we need done on our 2015 Jeep Wrangler.

This is my second experience at this location and another 10/10 experience! It’s always nice to find a place where you can trust them not to try to sell you on needless services. As a female, it’s difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic and Glenn and his crew provide that! Quick and knowledgeable with a great price, look no further!

This is my second time coming to this location for TIRES and leaving with more car problems than I arrived with. A year ago I bought 4 tires and was told before picking the car up that the battery died because someone left the lights on. They literally told me over the phone that someone left the lights on while working on my car. So I had to buy a new battery as well. This time, I needed 1 tire replaced and was told that I had a coolant leak (which has never been a problem) and now 2 days later my car overheated and the check engine light is on. This car has never overheated and I refuse to believe this is a coincidence right after you tried to convince me to have my coolant tank replaced. Feels to me like you are sabotaging my car in order to make more money. Never returning to Firestone and encouraging everyone I know to do the same

Worst service ever. It took 7 hours to change the rear breaks pads when it was supposed to be 2.5 hours. They did not offer even an apology. Definitely not going back there.

Service is consistently slow at this location. I had an 8:30 am Friday morning oil change appointment, and I didn't get my car back until 10:48 am. I didn't even get an updated oil change mileage sticker. I'm just going to start doing it myself from now on.

The customer service I have experienced here at the Lee Rd. Firestone has been exceptional. It is easy to make an appointment, drop off my vehicle, the service team will call me to inform me what my situation is with my car and payment is easy. I have been using this location for about 4 years now because of the customer service I have received I will always come back!! I am thankful I have a reliable service car care center to take my car to.

Considering it took almost 2 weeks to get the parts in, the wait time was only an hour. Christian is always professional and has great customer service. I was not expecting 2 hose clamps installation to be over $250, but it needed to be done.
