I used to be a customer at this place, the last time they changed the oil on my 2017 Porsche Macan, and they left the filter loose which is why I almost ruined my car. This time they gave me an appointment at 2 pm just to check a noise made by a wheel, my car was elevated on a machine for 2.5 hours, losing time. The white-haired man blames me for the ineffectiveness of the team, he needs a good retirement place instead of saying that there were many cars before me, in an aggressive and very unprofessional manner, he should have given me an appointment for another day. another schedule, then another unpresentable person came to give me an example of a medical office to defend the indefensible, they should make sure not to give shifts if they do not have the capacity. In addition to all this liars, when I took my car there was no one, and I also told the man that I should be in Lake Buenavista at 4:30 pm... they should close the place or change all the staff who are not useful or remove the name Firestone so as not to look bad with customers. And also, damn unpresentable, he tells me to take my car to Porsche then!!! With that criterion, they close and each vehicle goes to the original service. A disaster, really the worst in Orlando, the worst service, inefficient, aggressive, and the other guy banging on my car doors! I honestly know that they are not going to do anything about it because the company is not interested in customers.

I believe I had a new employee and he was trying to explain my question hen the other guy came over and took over. If he was in training he should have assisted him instead of taking over.

I have personally come to this store for over 6 years and i have always had a good experience. But i have been there for all 3 managerial changes in the last few years. I must say as of right now this is the best staff i have seen. Friendly working a-lot faster and honest. Recommend getting service here if you are not looking to pay for something you don't need! Thank you to Danny Jason and the rest of the crew.

My truck was stuck and had to be towed. I called and Danny said bring it right into their shop, even though I did not have an appointment. Had the truck towed there and all if the work was completed that same day. They did a great job, explaining the issues, giving me options, and getting everything fixed the same day. Great job Danny!

I was able to make a same day appointment and my wait time was not bad. I was explained in detail what they were going to do and I was explaining afterwards on my vehicle that was serviced. Jason and his team were extremely professional.

Q was an excellent no pressure guy. Sometimes it depends on the guy you get. I sold myself. Tread was getting low so decided to replace all tires. They might have lasted a bit longer but better to be safe. They were quick and was done in less than an hour and a half. Probably my best tire experience I've had because some of those other tire places are painful. Or maybe I just got lucky on a not so busy day. Either way I was satisfied.

Do not go here went in for a simple diagnostic came out missing parts. Definitely one of those places that are going to try and get you for everything they can without even checking if it's needed. very much a scamy place to go

I’m from out of state because of a family medical emergency. I’m driving the car of the one in the hospital and it has a low tire. I drop in the shop and the man behind the counter directs to the air pump and checks out/tops off all tires to the recommended pressure. AT NO CHARGE! Wonderful act of compassion for a family in crisis.

Let me start by saying I’ve been a Firestone customer for over two decades. I’ve not had an issue until I walked into this store yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. They immediately told me 1) I needed to replace my battery 2) both air filters were dirty, they needed to be replaced 3) I had a major oil leak 4) the lug nuts on my tires were stripped and needed replacing. I firmly told them to do just the oil change and tire rotation. After I left I took the car to my mechanic. 1) the air filters were ok not super dirty 2) no major oil leak 3) lug nuts were not stripped (the Firestone guy threw one lug nut away and I made him fetch it from the garbage) 4) my battery is fine. This was the first and last time I will ever set foot at this store. In fact I’m reconsidering not taking my business to any Firestone locations.

Sadly, after taking my cars to this location for years for tires, I will no longer go there. I purchased a set of aftermarket rims and wanted them to be installed on my wife’s bronco. I called and explained what I needed done and they had said no problem and to bring the car down. But once I arrived, they told me that, I needed to be aware that they might scratch my new rims when doing the tire swap. They were only 17 inch rims and I knew that this was just an excuse because they didn’t want to mess with it late in the day. I took my car to tires plus down the street and they took care of it. A tire shop should be competent in installing tires. I guess this one is not.

Terrible experience as always. I will no longer be visiting this curry ford location. The old guy at the desk can’t hear if you scream at him and still gets things wrong. He’s created 3 separate accounts for the same car virtually ensuring no other location can track repairs and maintenance. They attempted to charge my daughter over $200 for an AC check which has been advertised for at least 20 years as $19.99. Called the location at semoran and just asked what they charge…guess what $20 for the check and they’ll take the car asap. I’m a prior service manager and really can’t understand how that location stays in business. Upon entry the mgr or owner was arguing with a customer about a lightbulb. So it seems that the terrible service is a culture. I’ll happily drive further to get taken care of rather than advantage of.

5 stars for this shop! was looking to have a tire rotation done and they had time available right away! I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get the job done. All the staff were very friendly, especially the manager of the store. I would highly recommend you bringing your vehicle here for any mechanical needs

I take our cars here for regular maintenance, and if anything else is wrong with the cars, they are quick to fix the issues. Conveniently open 7 days a week unlike other service places. When the employees talk with me and when I see them talk with other customers, the employees are knowledgeable, honest, and seem to really want to help the customer. There have been several times where they have saved myself and other customers time and trouble.

Had an issue with my 2018 Equinox. The crossbar bolt fell out. I am from Canada, so obviously it needed to be fixed. I call on a Sunday morning and spoke to Isaac and he managed to get me in right away. The issue was fixed, I was extremely pleased with the charge (shocked in fact, they could have charged me way WAY more seeing as I had to have the vehicle fixed) and was on my way. Thank you Isaac and team! You are all amazing!

With a full diagnostic and quick explanation and treatment of everything my car needed, the team was efficient!
