Lizz does an excellent job. She is tireless, has a great attitude and professionalism. I waited on my car while it was being serviced and she was like this with every customer who came through the door first thing in the morning. She does a great job.

Charged $700 for a remanufactured part that did not even work in the first place to then be charged again for a “new” remanufactured part service was not exceptional and they did not help very money hungry mechanics

Always receive quality service for fair pricing. Gilbert, who I believe is the manager, is a very nice guy and double checked to make sure I received the correct price for the service I was getting done, which I appreciated. Highly recommend this Firestone.

Lizz, Gil and Sterling are amazing people! They always treat customers as family and give them perfect advice on their vehicles needs. Definitely recommend this Firestone out of all in Orlando. Very professional and honest work for the buck. My car runs brand new.

I currently live by 3 Firestone Stores within an 8 mile radius and this is by far the best location. Liz offered great service and her inventory was fully stocked. She understands the customers need and very tentative to your request. Yes, I am a cardholder and I have now found a new location to service my vehicle. Liz really was friendly over the phone and welcoming in person.

I was a customer for over 10 years. Cutting my Firestone credit card and never returning. Problem after problem. Not just this store, the Lake Nona location too. Update: i went back. Still can’t trust this place. I had to go here in a pinch. While I was waiting in line, a Firestone employee was recommending new wiper blades. The lady replied y’all just replaced them 2 months ago. I was in because a mud flap was dragging so I wanted to see if they could fix it. When they called me they also recommended I get an oil change. We literally just had the oil changed 2 weeks prior. There is probably a ‘good’ reason the only customers in there were older women who might not know better.

I went there for a tire patch and they told me I needed all 4 tires replaced, an alignment, air filter, new battery, windshield wipers... Said nope, I'm out of here .. took it to a mechanic that said I needed none of that and I got my tire patched

My alternator stopped working while leaving the shopping center. I stopped at Firestone, and they replaced my alternator in a timely manner. Thank you Lizz.

I showed up 30 minutes early for an oil change and new tires (called ahead to ensure they were available) without any other services, and they took 2 hours before even looking at the car. I was waiting. They also missed the delivery time by 30 minutes. When I left, my tire pressure indicator light came on during the drive home and I had to go back to the store for them to check and recalibrate the system.

If i could rate 0 stars i would i took my car here today and the black man working the counter, Sterling B was extremely slow. Nobody is behind the counter and the line is always out the door. I suggest not small talking with customers and prioritizing work over connecting. You provide a service to us, you aren’t our friend. Seriously disappointed with this place and i would recommend nobody ever come here. We waited 20 minutes to pick up my car and the oil change took several hours.

No matter if you have an appointment or not , they have you wait 3 hours minimum for your car to be serviced , and 30 min to have someone addressing your visit and talk to you once your enter the shop , you need whole day off for oil change

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Spent over two thousand dollars to have the rear break calibers replaced only to have major issues less than a month after service. Called and spoke to the manager who said it was covered under warranty, no charge to fix THEIR mistake. Get there and was told 'someone mysteriously must have touched it since they serviced it' therefore we must pay to have it fixed again!?!? Thats ridiculous! These people are crooks! Silvio, the manager was condensing and just rude. DO NOT come here if you value your vehicle break safety, they don't care as long as they get your money!!

La cita 1pm y empezaron a trabajar en el carro cuando llegue a buscarlo. Me dijeron se 1:30 minutos. Llegue 2:20pm. Empezaron a las 2:28pm y terminaron 3:05pm. Solo se tomaron 37minutos y no habían hecho nada. Como me dijo el dependiente cuando llegue.
