I had gone to a previous Firestone location to get my AC checked and fixed, they couldn’t and referred me to an electrician. So I decided to check out this Firestone location to get a second eyes. Turns out the technician here is a guru and fixed my AC by adjusting the wiring going to the compressor! Great job by the Firestone team and technicians. I got my oil changed, AC fixed and car running new again!

The wheel alignment on my BMW 535i X Drive should have been a '4' wheel alignment and not a '3' wheel alignment. Apparently, a Jr. Technician had first worked on my car who was unable to loosen one bolt on my right rear wheel suspension. So, because I didn't want my new set of tires to wear unevenly, I had made a 2nd appointment. A Sr. Technician had completed the '4' wheel alignment for which I had initially paid for. The Senior Tech. was able to loosen the bolt and now my car drives like it's on rails. Good job Firestone!

Your Bustleton Ave service specialist, John Bates, was the epitome of service professionalism and expertise. He explained in detail what the problem was and the technician (Ignacio) did a great job in servicing my vehicle. Jason and the rest of the team are top notch. I’ll continue to take all my family’s cars to the Bustleton Ave center for service.

Absolute shameless scam artists. Quoted me $1025 to diagnose and replace four spark plugs and coils. I'm not a car person, so I called a friend before having anything done, and he fortunately told me that this was 2-3 times the fair price. I also realized that they were being very misleading about what actually needed to be done and were refusing to give me a clear breakdown of the cost of parts vs. labor for the job. They thought they had me over a barrel because they were one of the few shops open on a Saturday, and I needed to leave Sunday. Fortunately, my plans were flexible enough to change and take my car to a more reputable shop, where I got it done (diagnostic, labor, and parts) all for $360 - just barely more than a third of what these asswipes wanted to charge me. You should all feel absolutely ashamed trying to take advantage of people like this.

One of the best experiences I have had with Firestone! I needed tires , oil change and alignment . I spoke to Jason on the phone he said no problem stop up , I made an appointment for 9am, I brought my lap top as with other locations I always had to wait long. As soon as I walked in Jason checked me in and took my keys right back to his tech who took my car right in! It was very busy with walk ins but everything seemed well organized with the wait times being told to customers. 2 hours later I was done and shocked how fast! Tires are great! Car runs smooth! Thank you Jason and staff!

I went in for a road test because of a noise in my tires. Forty five minutes later I find my car on a lift, later they tell me I need $2,000 dollars worth of repairs. Dirty oil just had oil changed one month ago, engine gasket, shock absorbers, engine pan gasket, front hub. I just had car inspected three weeks ago by a reputable mechanic I been going to for twenty years. They also asked if I had a wheel lock I said yes I would get it the manager said if we need it I will come and get you, when I got my car back everything was totally gone through with out asking.

Worst place ever!!! Don’t go there they have the worst customer service, mechanics etc. They fixed my tires and when I was driving the tire flew off I called them when this happened and they were so nasty and and believe me till I showed them the video. I went there to explain and they were so rude didn’t even feel bad or sorry for what they did. On top of all that they told me they need to investigate and after they did all that they still were nasty knowing it was their fault they fixed the damage and told me never to return!!! Don’t go there they don’t know what they are doing!!!

I am disappointed and will not come back here again, I came and made an appointment to change the oil in the car! When I returned on the appointed day and time, I was told to wait 3 hours, I have a question, why did I make an appointment 🤦🏻‍♂️ tell your mechanics that it takes a maximum of 30 minutes to change the oil, and not wait 3 long hours! do not recommend

Great place to have your car serviced.JasonGuzik is the manager and is very customer service oriented and makes sure the services performed or needed and if not, they do not try to do work that is not necessary. All the mechanics are also well trained and have great customer service.

Followed my requests to the letter. Service was fast and complete. Staff is always up front and knowledgeable about repairs that are needed. Staff was mindful of my schedule and got my vehicle serviced and back on the road quickly.

Waw, merci beaucoup pour le service, on cherchait des pneus d' hiver partout aux États-Unis, on revenait avec notre Tesla du Floride, et il devait commencer une tempête au Canada. Au Miami, on était obligé de changer nos pneux a cause qu'une était gonflé, parraît bientôt a éclaté, finalement on a eu la chance de les changer mais de l'été ....au retour juste en Philadelphia trouvé ce service de pneus - très très serviable, même le personnel a aidé, plusieurs personnes ont mis leurs main pour nous aider, car on se dépêcher. Merci a Ada, service impeccable!!!! Je recommande à tous !!! Même on a eu des rabais)
