Great service and excellent care. Have an EV, and tires are hard to find in stock. They had it, and Carlos even answered the phone after hours to take of us while we were on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. Definitely giving them repeat business.

I needed new tires so I stopped at Firestone from the moment I walked in I felt welcome.Daryl was professional, knowledgeable , and patient. I was able to witness this the way he handled the customer before me and also how he dealt with me. He greets everyone as they walk in and is quick with the computer system. I recommend this location to anyone needed car maintenance. The entire staff at this location are friendly and helpful.

Do not use this company. Horrible, horrible customer service. Two different occasions I have called the number associated with the store, made an appointment, showed up and was told that they do not have the appointment on the books despite me getting a confirmation email. No attempts to help the situation were made. Just a shrug of the shoulders and sorry. Beyond frustrating.

I brought my car for an OIL CHANGE AND ALIGNMENT. My backup camera was working when I dropped it off. They parked it facing forward when they were “done”. When I left and noticed my back up camera wasn’t working and they were closed of course. I called and someone told me to bring it in at 1pm. I came in and they are saying they can’t fix the camera and they “didn’t” mess with the camera. It was working when I dropped it off so how does that make sense ? Tim Murray is unprofessional as hell. When speaking to a rep from customer service they asked who I had spoke with and when I asked his name he ignored me ? All I was trying to do was get assistance and answering the questions I was being asked so this issue can be resolved. Do not bring your vehicle here even if you’ve had a few good experiences.

Really frustrating service here. I made an appointment because my AC was having some issues and hoped a coolant fluid exchange might fix the problem. When I got my car back, there was no air. When I went back inside, they resorted to saying things like, "You never mentioned anything about an AC problem," "you didn't say that" instead of immediately helping me find a solution. At this point it doesn't matter who said what, I was a frustrated customer who just wanted my car fixed. The blame game they used on me was completely unprofessional. Their demeanor was very off-putting and lacked any empathy for customer concerns. They seemed annoyed that I was upset my car still wasn't fixed and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I would never come here again due to their very immature behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. This place does not deserve your time or money.

I have to say that I am very happy. Unexpectedly I had a flat. Took to a nearby store. Was not happy with options. Did some reasearch and picked a beast of a tire - probably more than my car needs - and was able to get them immediately from Firesone on Osborn. Tim was great, matched the Firestone online price. Was always polite and direct and got the tires switched with the old ones quickly. Firestone Firehawk Indi 500 are causing me to beam with pride as I drive slowly to the grocery store.

Called the local number to set appointment. When I showed up no appointment was scheduled. Told that’s because I called the 800 number and the schedules do not match. This location was argumentative and was told it’s not their fault it’s the miscommunication with the call center. How is a consumer to know if an appointment is correct or not.

I understand dropping in last minute is inconvenient! I didn’t plan to get a nail in my tire! Saw the grumpy man with a bad ponytail ask him politely that I need help with a nail in my tire his response was drop it off and pick up on Saturday! Today is Thursday I responded I live 45min away will you be able to take me home and drop me off he looked at me ! With the am crazy look at 5:25pm but he helped another person that said thank you for helping me I just dropped in no Appointment!! For being a national account with lease plan bad service good luck getting service with Firestone on Osborne and third Avenue

The associate I spoke was professional and courteous. Assessed my flat tire issue, inquired about my warranty, and repaired the tire. It's nice to have all my car's data and warranty info easily available in the system. Saves me the trouble shuffling through files to locate it.

This place is a Scam they put the wrong battery in my car it way to small for my vehicle I needed a much bigger battery and they over priced and charge extremely high I would not recommend this place I wish I never came here the reason I did because I thought Firestone was a legit business but they out not they out non professionals and act as if they don't know what I'm talking about I paid over 400 for the battery just for them to give me the wrong one they said I needed front brake I did not got a second opinion and I didn't need front brake just the back I'm a female and they work on me and work me over I would never ever come back here I'm already out 500 more dollars they have cost me and they could give a Damn this place should be a ashamed of them self I hope someone reads this and put a stop to this I'm a victim from this I hope this help someone i wish someone would have told me about this Scam place before i came here i Do Not trust Firestone ever again.

Took my car here approx 1 1/2 months ago for an oil change, 2 new tires and alignment. I usually check the oil level after just to make sure everything is ok. Waited till now and find the oil is about and 1 1/2 inches over the top line on the dipstick. Check your oil level before you leave. They did a good job with the tires and alignment.

not sure what to think ??? I have always used these guys for quite a while now. for several of my co. work trucks and my own personal trucks. i have never bought any new tires from them but have always use them for service. balancing 2 or 3 times a year, flats, mounting or changing tires from one truck to another, etc. never a problem. now all of a sudden ! they tell me they cannot do any service work for any of my tires unless I bought them new from them. their words. no changing them from one truck to the other. no balancing, no flats, no nothing. they cant touch my tires unless I bought them new from them. "Being talked down to". never once had a problem with this place. The word "service" in customer service seems to be escaping more & more these days. with no rhyme or reason. an auto service place with NO service unless ur buying something from them. They are kicking their own customers right out the door and they act like they really don't care. this is very very sad. Maybe they were bought out or have new management ? Hope it was worth it to them. Will not be returning. = (

I booked an appointment for 9 am for a wheel alignment. It was taking forever so I took off. I returned at noon and my truck still had not been touched. I asked for my keys back and no one apologized or said anything. I would expect a long wait time for walk ins but if you book an appointment I would not expect my car to still be sitting where I parked it 3 hours later.

I was coming in from Tucson and my car's "Check Engine" light came on while on the freeway in downtown Phoenix and it immediately started running poorly.  I pulled off I10 and found the nearest mechanic’s shop, Firestone, located nearby.  They looked into it, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and gave it back to me by the next afternoon.  I made it back to Tucson and it ran normal for 2 weeks.  Then, the same sequence happened after 2 weeks, I took it to my mechanic and they told me that the Sensor that Firestone had replaced now needed a replacement.  It required an OEM Sensor, now my car runs well. I called the Phoenix Firestone location and asked to speak with the Manager.  He and I had multiple conversations over a week and half timeframe about the possibility of getting some kind of reimbursement for the several hundred-dollar cost for a component they installed that didn’t keep the car running normally for more than 2 weeks.  I sent in all the information the store manager asked for, several weeks have passed and I haven’t heard anything back.  Please ensure you get OEM parts when you get your car repaired here.  I have spoken with the store manager 5 times over the week and half communication and left my personal number several times with him, I have never received a call from him during this time and I do not expect any kind of refund, reimbursement or phone call from this store or any phoenix-Arizona general management to address this overall dissatisfying experience. Firestone service has degraded significantly over the past few years. Follow up: the area management reached out to me and we were able to come to a resolution. This was not simple and convenient but it was resolved.

The guys at Firestone took us in without an appointment on a Sunday to help you put on a spare tire. Come to find out the lug nuts did not fit the spare. They ordered us the right size free of charge. Got us taken care of right away. They have our business for life now.
