Technician was able to get me in last minute, identified the issue in a reasonable amount of time, explained the issue clearly and provided options. He was very polite and respectful to myself and the other waiting customers.

Great service! Highly recommend. Manager Howie offered great customer service and trustworthy advise. The technician Jose did a great job with my vehicle. Very happy with my purchased of 4 tires and a lifetime allignment. Highly recommend this shop! 👍🏽

I called Firestone this morning to schedule an appointment to have 4 tires mounted and balanced on my car. Eric, who was very friendly, told me “No problem! We’ll get you in at 1” I dropped off my car at 1 and was greeted by Eric. He was very transparent and said it typically takes 2 hours or so to do the tires but they were backed up and needed 3. No problem! I came back to Firestone just after 4PM and noticed my car hadn’t been touched. No new tires, still sitting in the same spot I left it. When I walked inside, nobody was at the front desk. One of the techs came inside and greeted me. He said that the individual who was supposed to be at the front desk would “Be back in 10 minutes” but he could pull my car in and get it started, which he proceeded to do. About 10 minutes later, the gentleman who was supposed to be back at the front desk returned. (I didn’t catch his name but he was a younger African American gentleman) He asked for my information and he told me the guys would get started on it right away. I told him I was unable to pick the vehicle later this evening, or tomorrow due to pre-existing plans that I needed my vehicle for. He then proceeded to try and persuade me that, since the car was already in the bay, that they can do 2 tires tonight and I could come back and do the other two, which still didn’t solve my problem of not being able to come in later this evening. I told him that I would need to take it to another shop when I had time, to which his response was “well how are you going to bring it to another shop if you said you’re busy?” Attitude that I did not appreciate. I proceeded to tell him that this was now MY problem to figure out, since I already wasted half a day letting my car sit in their parking lot, and that the car would not be coming back to them. The individual at the front desk then spoke with the techs and had them pull my car back out of the shop. This was a very disappointing experience with Firestone. I totally understand that communication mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for not having being aware and understanding of the impact to the customer. This was not a good experience with Firestone. I will not be brining my vehicles back to them and I strongly advise against anyone reading this review to bring their cars to this shop, for any service.

They rotated my Firestone tires and also took care of the broken wheel lock key that broke while re-installing the wheels. Pretty fast service also.

We took my wife's car in to get a simple oil change and diagnose a check engine light. The report you get afterwards suggests your car will blow up any minute: EVERYTHING needed replacement or maintenance suddenly. We didn't believe the report when they claimed 2 month old tires needed replacement right away. Check tire pressure light came on soon afterwards so they couldn't even do that right. They will lie about anything to squeeze money out of you. Go anywhere but a Firestone, especally this one.

Great customer service, no appointment and was able to squeeze me in. They took care of my issue and gave me concerns whether they are needed immediately or not. Definitely will return! I've been to other Firestones in the area and always only 1 tech and waited to long with a appointment. Usually the front customer service is to busy or you feel bad for taking up their time because the phone is ringing.

I went two weeks ago to get an alignment and told me right lower control arm was bad. I Replaced it. Got it aligned and it was running worse the tire would squeak like if I was pilling out every time i would turn. Took if back and now they told me my right arm was bad. I dind even drive my truck because of that reason. They only check one at a time or what. I dont think they have a good technician. Disappointed in there service.

Come for an oil change leave needing a new transmission. I brought my car in for a routine oil change with no issues. They recommended new struts and shocks so I told them to do that as well. Paid $1100. Drove my "completed" car off the parking lot and instantly something was wrong. Grinding-loose something under my feet. I took it right back and they had to have a "specialist" look at it 2 days later. Now they are telling me they cannot fix the noise, its a transmission issue! I had no issues at all with the car before I brought it in. UPDATE: I took my car down the street to a different repair shop. They had it fixed in one hour. It was a loose bolt! They charged me $30. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIRESTONE.

Last month i took my van to firestone in good year on peblecreek. They did a horrible job. However this firestone on 7th st and sundland made things rights and fixed my van at no additional cost. They went above and beyond. Thank you firestone on 7th st and sunland

I made an appointment to have my front end aligned on my very nice, very clean, lifted 2003 Tacoma. They even sold me on the lifetime alignment. They never asked if it was lifted. I rolled into the parking lot and parked right in front of the window where they could see my lifted truck. Went in, gave the guy my keys, and an hour later they told me that they couldn't even check it because it has aftermarket parts on it. Did they think that a 2003 would still have the original control arms, ball joints, and shocks? The guy made it seem like my truck was so highly customized that it might as well been a spaceship. Nope. 2 wheel drive simple bracket lift using OEM-spec components. I'm a car guy. My lift is in storage while my house is being built. These guys are either clueless or just don't want to do the work. Either of those are fine, but they could have saved us all some time by telling me that if my vehicle wasn't 100% original the way it came from the factory that they wouldn't touch it. The guy even said that I "should take it to an alignment shop!" Lol!!! I said, "Uh... I thought this WAS an alignment shop..." he said, No, it's a REPAIR shop." And then everything became clear. They want to sell you parts. If you don't need parts (i.e. you JUST want an alignment) they're not interested. I sure am glad that I found out before I paid for that lifetime alignment!! BE WARNED!! Classic bait-and-switch here!

Just had my 2009 Acura MDX serviced here. Was going to take it in to Acura but these guys said they could take care of it--and they did! Super honest and helpful. My guy David spent more time telling me what WASN'T wrong with the car than what was--which is pretty great for a car servicing place. He was all about driving down that final bill. Will be taking my car here for future services. Highly recommend. A+

Work done Oil change Premium tune up package A/C performance check w/dye Car Care Package Alignment Time 8am to 5:50pm Not impressed with the guy that was in the front. He needs work on customer service. No greeting when I dropped off the car and no thank you after he handed me the receipt. Left building, came right back because my car still made noise when I pressed the breaks. Guy said it was a safety test and breaks pads in front was good he was unable to tell me the noise. All he said front Breaks were good back ones replaced. Personally nothing stood out that would make me go back, they did the minimal they have to do for their service. I kinda knew labor would be a bit higher compared to a simple “guy shop” next door. But I thought they been around since 1929. What made them special? I don’t know and won’t go back. I work for my money and where I go I would like some politeness and patience in my services besides labor.

He also showed patience answering my questions and requests for clarification.The estimated time he gave me for how long the service will take is spot on and even with a few minutes to spare.

If you have a rental with hertz, don't waist your time !!!! They had my rental for 6 hours!!and told me they weren't able to do anything. Shouldn't be in service they suck !!

These people knew I was on my way to pick my vehicle up and closed early I was at the shop at 5:30 and the doors were locked! Clearly it says online they’re open till 6PM. I’m Sure corporate will be happy to hear about them closing their doors early knowing paying customers are coming to get their cars smh
