Why won't it let me give negative stars. Took my car in for repair on Wednesday. Pucked it up after work, drove it home about 2 miles from shop. Dove it to work and home and then to pick up kid from work on Thursday. Made it to the parking lot, just as car started to over heat. At this point car have had the car a little over 24 hours. Looked at car and the same hose that was damaged and the reason to rake car to be repaired, is broken. They rigged it together. I could have done a better job with duct tape. Took it back today, and the manager took offense to me calling them out for rigging my car back together. How can you be offended, when the proof us right there. I know what it looked like when I took it in. When I explained that new parts should have been ordered. He argued that a part that was not there before, that they used to help rig the hoses together was there, I knew I was not getting anywhere with him. I am out hundreds of dollars for a crap job. Missed work because if this. If my husband didn6have to work I would have made him deal. Think they would have treated him better, than they did me. I know what the broken hose looked like and what it was attached to before I took it in. It was not what the rigged. Time to find a new auto shop.

Two days in a row I went with my car for alignment. Today it is the same like before, the steering wheel is not centered. They keep telling me that I hit curves and it is my fault. They did the same with the other car I have. One of my tires got worn because of a bad alignment.

Don't ask for a diagnosis, you'll find they did hours and hundreds of dollars of labor on an unnecessary "fix", and get laughed at when you ask for only what you planned on paying for. These jokesters will gleefully scam you out of an entire month's rent and groceries for premium air, professional windshield wiper installation, spit-shining the engine, tucking in the transistor goodnight, glitter in your tank, you name it. I was hoping a simple $20 request would be straightforward and under triple digits but this location proved me very wrong.

I was extremely satisfied with the service done to my car, and the customer service when I went in to pay, however after I left the store I opened my armrest and it was very apparent that someone had rifled through the contents inside. When I called the store to inquire why, the guy said they were looking for my lugnut key. They had no business looking through my personal belongings and personal information. They should have called me and asked me where the lugnut key was. It was in the back of the car in a cubby by the spare tire. I feel very violated that they looked through my stuff, and now I have to watch out for credit alerts in case that's really what they were after was my personal information.

I've been bringing my vehicles to the Metro location for several years now. The service has always been top notch and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They treat me like a person not a number and never try to "up sell" me. They only do what needs to be done and recommend only service that is necessary.

The first time I came to this Firestone for a wheel alignment.When I spoke to the manager and told him the wheel was not done properly.He said the machine said it was okay.Causing an abnormal tire wear. Unfortunately, they were the closest place to me.When I needed a tire the second time and at this time they broke my wheel lock Would not compensate me for it.Told me it was my fault because the car was an1988 I would avoid this place like the plague.They will damage your stuff and will not take care of it or you

UPDATE: When I bought an unlimited alignment service I had told the manager that my shift interlock had a malfunction. The manager said no worries, there will be no issues. 2 months later I went in for an alignment and was told I was lied to and that they will not service/alignment my car. So, now my unlimited alignment that I purchased is limited. I was not offered any compensation. Dropping my rating to 2 stars. I went in for an alignment. Decent price. Excellent service.

Workers were rude not just to me but other customers. I took my car in for stalling and check engine light. They change spark plugs. They said my car didn't have oil. I had just had an oil change like a month prior, not there. They said they did a fuel system cleaning. I left from there with a bill of close to 700$ I used the car about 30 minutes. It stalled on me once. Before I left the technician said check engine light might go on due to the rich fuel cleaning but that it would go away. The next day I was gonna try to head home from Arizona to NM. But my car started acting the same as when I took it in. Then it was worse. Bad gas smell. I had to call a tow truck. I called the mesa Firestone I spoke to the manager he was rude again. I asked if he could have my car towed to there Firestone. He agreed finally. But said he would have to charge me for the other problems. But that he could not check it until the following day. Was on vacation, had to come home. Decided to buy a new car

There is another Firestone about a mile from me. My daughter and I both take our vehicles to the Peoria and I-10 location because the service techs are experienced, astute, polite, and trustworthy.

Dean was helpful and friendly. He mentioned the credit card and membership and sales all going on and helped me get the best deal plus a credit card for the benefits and ease of using firestones nationwide. they did a good job on the maintenance and i'm very satisfied with the quality of the service in every way. thank you!

Well if you look at.my invoce i ask that the camber bolts locking tab be bent over. thus locking bolt head to prevent it from moving keeping the camber locked and in right spec .they didnt so i had to take my own tires off and do a job i just payed $240 alignment for ...so feel screwed just do your job....

Had a tire that was losing air and they were able to diagnose it quickly. I wasn't able to get it repaired at that moment but when I came back a few days later they had me in and out way faster than I had expected. Have used them several times now for a few different services and have always been satisfied with their work.

I ask for high pressure valve stems and was first told the ones I paid for and received were high pressure. After return from another Firestone and a discount tire where both places told me the ones I received were NOT high pressure. I purchased the correct ones from discount tire and return to the store. Then I was told they didn't put the ones I asked for in because "we don't have these". I requested a call from the store manger and have not received one yet. Wonder how many vehicles are leaving with improper valve stems in them since my trailer is now. I was fair and asked for a call before filing a complaint and bad survey, but there is obviously a breakdown in customer service at that store.
